OPTIMASI KEUNTUNGAN PRODUKSI MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN LINEAR PROGRAMMING DI UMKM MUBAROK SNACK 使用UMKM MUBAROK零食的线性编程方法生产收益

SMEs Mubarok Snack is the only SMEs in Pandan, Sekarmojo Purwosari District, which produces tempeh chips and is no exception to facing problems in running its business. The problems faced by SMEs Mubarok Snack include determining the optimal amount of production by using existing resources in order to obtain maximum profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal production profit at SMEs Mubarok Snack with the method used a linear programming approach with the help of QM for Windows. The results of the study found that there were 3 decision variables and 10 constraints. The decision variables used were rengginang chips, tempe chips, and jess chips. While the constraints in this study are the raw materials used in the production process. The calculation results obtained a net profit of IDR 446,681 by producing 275 packs of rengginang chips, 83 packs of tempeh chips, and 60 packs of Jess chips a day with an increase profits of IDR 38,202.

ANALISA KERUSAKAN WIRE ROPE (TALI BAJA) PADA ELECTRIC HOIST LT.2 UTARA SUSPENSION PREHEATER DI INDARUNG IV PT. SEMEN PADANG

Routine use of the Electric hoist requires care and maintenance so that the machine is always ready for use so it does not interfere with production activities. In November 2022, the Wire Rope was replaced at Indarung IV, but this replacement was faster than planned. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse the causes of damage to the wire rope so that it can be used until the age limit and prevent accidents when the hoist is operated. The method of checking damage on the wire rope is using a visual method and measuring the diameter of the wire rope. The method of finding the root of the problem is using the Ishikawa diagram (Cause-Effect Diagram) Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained, the damage on the previous wire rope was corrosion on the outside, crushing and waviness. Wavy wire rope occurs due to the wire rope overlapping on the hoist drum and shaft. In this Hoist Stahl component, there has been damaged equipment, namely the Wire Rope Guide. The absence of wire rope guide equipment is one of the biggest factors causing damage to steel ropes. . As well as adding a lubrication method to the steel cable so that the steel cable is not brittle and does not corrode.

The use of the Laminar Air Flow device in the microbiology laboratory is very important to note, because this tool has UV light radiation which can cause damage to the human immune system. for this reason it is very important to apply the safety of this Laminar Air flow tool, so there is no risk of accidents at work. Laminar Air Flow is really needed as a sterilization medium to prevent the development of microbes, as well as bacteria and fungi. The tools previously used in the laboratory were simple and the results were not optimal for microbial development. With the design of the Laminar Air Flow tool that controls UV lamps automatically as well as time settings and the addition of a Bluetooth receiver, this makes it easier for the Laminar Ai Flow tool to work. To maintain the quality of the media material being sterilized, it is necessary to have tools that support the work process on an automatic basis

An important aspect that needs to be carried out by producers so that their products can compete is by carrying out product development and innovation. One of the innovations that can be made during the Covid-19 pandemic is drinks and food that can boost the body's immunity such as Sungkai leaves which are called Tea Royal Sungkai Sinatra. This drink is a new product resulting from an innovation that started with the widespread use of sungkai leaves as an alternative treatment for Covid-19. Sungkai leaf boiled water is felt if you drink it immediately tastes bitter and impractical. Therefore it is necessary to develop products so that consumer preferences are met. This study uses the integration of the Conjoint Analysis and QFD methods. The Conjoint Analysis method functions to research the market for consumer preferences regarding attributes and levels that are the focus of customers, while QFD is a planning tool that functions to ensure consumer preferences are known to business owners in making products to increase customer satisfaction. Based on the research results, four important attributes were obtained for consumers for Sungkai tea beverage products, namely taste, aroma, color, and price attributes. Based on the attributes and levels that are considered important, 16 combinations of products obtained from SPSS processing are obtained. IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) BERBASIS OPEN SOURCE PADA MODUL SALES DAN ACCOUNTING PADA SEBUAH UKM MAKANAN DI YOGYAKARTA

MSMEs have an important role in the economy of a country, including in Indonesia. However, MSMEs are currently experiencing various obstacles, where the majority of business process transactions are still carried out manually. This research presents a case study of the implementation of an open-source ERP system in a culinary MSME (UMKM X) in Yogyakarta. The research was conducted using the action design research method, which consists of three main stages: problem formulation, building, intervention, and evaluation (BIE), and reflection and learning. At the problem formulation stage, information was obtained that the majority of business processes in UMKM X were carried out manually, starting from recording customer orders, purchasing raw materials to vendors, processing products, to completing marketing. At the BIE stage, business process identification and module configuration needs are carried out. The modules to be implemented for the first phase are sales and accounting. In the reflection and learning phase, feedback was collected from the users and owners of UMKM X, where the results of the user acceptance test (UAT) showed that all sales and accounting process scenarios were successfully executed.

The queuing system is a collection of customers, services and a rule that regulates the arrival of customers and the processing of queue service problems. The Multiple Channel Single Phase model is a service system that serves with one queue line and several services. The Multiple Channel Single Phase model is used when queuing tellers at a bank. Bank is a type of financial institution that performs a variety of services, such as providing loans, circulating currency, supervising currency, acting as a repository for valuables, financing the business of companies. The public's need for banking services is increasing. Apart from the various facilities provided by banks, service is a very important thing to pay attention to. If the services provided by banks are not optimal, it will cause problems. One of the problems that arise because the service is not optimal is the occurrence of long queues. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of customers queuing in the rush hour queue and to find out the average time customers were in the queue during peak hours. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation of the performance of the customer queuing system at Bank Nagari Koto Baru. The results of the study found that the number of customers queuing at 1 teller was 7.26 customers. The average waiting time for customers before getting service is 31.99 minutes. Additional facilities are needed to improve service so as to reduce customer waiting time.

The public's need for banking services is increasing. Apart from the various facilities provided by banks, service is a very important thing to pay attention to. If the services provided by banks are not optimal, it will cause problems. One of the problems that arise because the service is not optimal is the occurrence of long queues. The purpose of this study was to determine the number of customers queuing in the rush hour queue and to find out the average time customers were in the queue during peak hours. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation of the performance of the customer queuing system at Bank Nagari Koto Baru. The results of the study found that the number of customers queuing at 1 teller was 7.26 customers. The average waiting time for customers before getting service is 31.99 minutes. Surau Tahfidz Firdaus has many students. The management of students' data and the development of students' learning at the Tahfidz Firdaus Mosque was not optimal because the recording was still in the book which made it difficult to process the students' data and the development of the students. The design of the Management Information System for students' data at Tahfidz Firdaus Mosque aims to build a web that is expected to support the management of students' data and the development of students as well as to facilitate data search and speed up the preparation of reports on students' learning outcomes. The application is made based on a webbase so that later it can make it easier to find out the development of students. To build the application, the method used is the SDLC method with the stages of problem identification, problem analysis, studying literature, data collection, creating a system and finally system implementation. From the results of trials that have been carried out, it shows that the system is made to make it easier for the administration section to manage student data and make it easier for teachers to make student progress reports and make it easier for parents to see the progress of student learning outcomes.

Bottle capping or installing milk bottle caps on CV. Memory Susu Nusantara in Semarang city is still done manually by turning the bottle cap by hand. There are many weaknesses in working manually that cause workers to get tired quickly and even blisters, especially on the fingers and wrists. This design or design is planned to use anthropometric data with a sample of 30 employees and the surrounding community as a measure. The measurements used are forward hand reach (JTD) and hand grip (GT). The optimal percentile that will be used is 50. The reach of the hand will be tested for the adequacy and uniformity of the data. Research in the form of this design will later be developed in the form of implementing tools from the designs that have been researched. It can be concluded that later with the Bottle capping tool, workers will be more comfortable at work, besides that it is more effective than the previous manual method. Product design in addition to paying attention to ergonomic size must also pay attention in terms of strength and safety when used.

RANCANG BANGUN FLYWHEEL BAHAN BETON SEBAGAI KOMPONEN PENGGERAK MULA TURBIN CROSS-FLOW UNTUK PEMBANGKIT SKALA PIKO-HIDRO

Flywheel is one of the important components of the machining system, especially in cross-flow turbine systems. The flywheels that are used in the community and are widely sold in the market are conventional flywheels made of cast steel made through a metal casting process, so the price is relatively expensive. This experimental study aims to identify flywheels made of concrete as an alternative to conventional flywheels because the raw materials are widely sold in the market at relatively cheap prices. The manufacturing process is relatively easy, which can be done by small workshops in the community. The test results show that the price per unit of flywheel made of concrete is 40% cheaper than conventional flywheels. The low cost of procuring a flywheel made of concrete is very suitable to be applied to water turbine systems for pico-hydro and micro-hydro power plants. This is very reasonable considering that many pico-hydro and micro-hydro scale water turbines are operated in remote villages that do not yet have an electricity network which is synonymous with the weak economic capacity of the people. From the test results, it is known that the flywheel of this concrete material is able to store energy originating from the turbine's normal power generation so that the turbine can operate optimally.
