KOAGULASI DAN FLOKULASI LIMBAH CAIR LABORATORIUM XYZ MENGGUNAKAN KOAGULAN PAC XYZ实验室的液体废物凝结和传播使用了PAC

The educational laboratory was one of the supported in academic activities, especially practicum courses. The laboratory was used to support practicum activities and produces liquid waste from the remaining use of chemicals. In general, wastewater treatment used several methods, and the method often used in wastewater treatment was coagulation and flocculation. In this study, XYZ laboratory wastewater treatment was carried out using coagulation and flocculation methods. This method was known as the most common method used in wastewater treatment. In this study, in coagulation process PAC (Poly Aluminum Chloride) were used 100, 300, 500, 700, and 900 ppm and then followed by flocculation. After that it were tested for pH, turbidity, and COD values. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding a coagulant to the XYZ laboratory wastewater and adjusting it to the quality standards of the Minister of Environment Regulation Number 5 of 2014 and Number 51 of 1995. Based on the results of the study, the pH value of the waste was 6, the optimum turbidity value was 0.45 NTU, and the COD value was 49,559 mg/L obtained at a coagulant concentration of 700 ppm.

DESAIN KONSEPTUAL BOTTLE CAPPING MACHINE DENGAN METODE ANTHROPOMETRI 用人类学方法设计BOTTLE CAPPING MACHINE

Bottle capping or installing milk bottle caps on CV. Memory Susu Nusantara in Semarang city is still done manually by turning the bottle cap by hand. There are many weaknesses in working manually that cause workers to get tired quickly and even blisters, especially on the fingers and wrists. This design or design is planned to use anthropometric data with a sample of 30 employees and the surrounding community as a measure. The measurements used are forward hand reach (JTD) and hand grip (GT). The optimal percentile that will be used is 50. The reach of the hand will be tested for the adequacy and uniformity of the data. Research in the form of this design will later be developed in the form of implementing tools from the designs that have been researched. It can be concluded that later with the Bottle capping tool, workers will be more comfortable at work, besides that it is more effective than the previous manual method. Product design in addition to paying attention to ergonomic size must also pay attention in terms of strength and safety when used.

RANCANG BANGUN FLYWHEEL BAHAN BETON SEBAGAI KOMPONEN PENGGERAK MULA TURBIN CROSS-FLOW UNTUK PEMBANGKIT SKALA PIKO-HIDRO

Flywheel is one of the important components of the machining system, especially in cross-flow turbine systems. The flywheels that are used in the community and are widely sold in the market are conventional flywheels made of cast steel made through a metal casting process, so the price is relatively expensive. This experimental study aims to identify flywheels made of concrete as an alternative to conventional flywheels because the raw materials are widely sold in the market at relatively cheap prices. The manufacturing process is relatively easy, which can be done by small workshops in the community. The test results show that the price per unit of flywheel made of concrete is 40% cheaper than conventional flywheels. The low cost of procuring a flywheel made of concrete is very suitable to be applied to water turbine systems for pico-hydro and micro-hydro power plants. This is very reasonable considering that many pico-hydro and micro-hydro scale water turbines are operated in remote villages that do not yet have an electricity network which is synonymous with the weak economic capacity of the people. From the test results, it is known that the flywheel of this concrete material is able to store energy originating from the turbine's normal power generation so that the turbine can operate optimally.

Stock taking is an activity of the inventory system. This activity has the aim of adjusting data between goods in the warehouse with goods in the database. This data collection activity requires a long time and accuracy so as to produce accurate data. A computerized system can certainly help manage stock-taking to be faster and more accurate. The process of inputting ATM stock and passbooks in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara still uses Microsoft Word and sending reports at the end of each month is still printed on paper. Employees have difficulty managing ATM stock data and passbooks due to this manual system. As well as sending hospitalization reports that are less effective and efficient resulting in a lot of paper consumption because it must be printed at the end of every month. PT. Bank Tabungan Negara needs to build an application to process data quickly, precisely and efficiently so that the system it has will be more effective

PERBANDINGAN KONSUMSI BAHAN BAKAR MITSUBISHI FUSO 220 PADA SETIAP SEGMEN JALAN DAN BERDASARKAN RPM 三菱FUSO燃料在每个街道段和基于RPM的比较

PT Haswi Kencana Indah targets the fuel consumption used to be 19 liters / hour in transporting coal from the mining front to the stockpile. But in reality in the field, fuel consumption of 21 liters / hour exceeds the company's standard. Observations in the field can be seen that the condition of the haul road is that there are roads that have collapses and muddy. Road conditions are also influenced by a slope of 20º for coal transport trucks. The condition of the road will certainly affect fuel consumption. Fuel consumption is something that really needs to be studied because it is related to operational costs incurred by companies in transportation operations. Many factors affect of fuel consumption including the slope of the road (grade), RPM of the means of transportation, speed of the means of transportation, rimpull of the means of transportation, mileage of the means of transportation, and travel time of the means of transportation. The purpose of this study was to compare the fuel consumption of Mitsubishi Fuso 220 on each road segment and based on RPM. The data needed are road length, RPM, distribution time of transportation equipment, road conditions in the field. The results of data processing show that the use of Mitsubishi fuso 220 truck fuel consumption in each coal transportation operation at PT. Haswi Kencana Indah with a distance of 798 meters is 21.1 liters / hour (when loaded 17.573 liters / hour, 3.527 liters / hour when empty) while fuel consumption using RPM calculation is 18.01 liters / hour (11.09 liters / hour loaded, empty 4.7 liters / hour and at idle 2.22 liters / hour). Based on the results of the study, the author recommends related to the condition of the road surface, the grade of the road in the field such as minimizing subsidence (≤ 5 cm) by stockpiling it with relatively hard rocks and widening the bend haul road for Mitsubishi fuso 220 trucks to pass is 8.04 meters.

Many factors affect of fuel consumption including the slope of the road (grade), RPM of the means of transportation, speed of the means of transportation, rimpull of the means of transportation, mileage of the means of transportation, and travel time of the means of transportation. The purpose of this study was to compare the fuel consumption of Mitsubishi Fuso 220 on each road segment and based on RPM. The data needed are road length, RPM, distribution time of transportation equipment, road conditions in the field. The results of data processing show that the use of Mitsubishi fuso 220 truck fuel consumption in each coal transportation operation at PT. Haswi Kencana Indah with a distance of 798 meters is 21.1 liters / hour (when loaded 17.573 liters / hour, 3.527 liters / hour when empty) while fuel consumption using RPM calculation is 18.01 liters / hour (11.09 liters / hour loaded, empty 4.7 liters / hour and at idle 2.22 liters / hour). Metode Prototype dalam Perancangan Sistem Informasi Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) Kabupaten Sambas 设计桑巴斯地区额外员工收入(TPP)信息系统的原型方法

Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai merupakan tambahan penghasilan yang diperoleh oleh PNS pada Pemerintah Daerah yang ketentuan diatur melalui peraturan perundang-undangan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Aparatur Daerah, ditemukan belum ada aplikasi yang digunakan untuk menghitung kompleksitas perhitungan TPP dengan kriteria sesuai dengan Perbup Sambas No.1 Tahun 2022. Untuk itu dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai sebagai alat dukung untuk mengurangi kesalahan perhitungan penghasilan, agar tidak terdapat hak-hak PNS yang tereduksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode prototype dalam pengembangan sistem informasi ini. Metode pengembangan ini menjelaskan objek sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada dan mendapat representasi model aplikasi yang dibuat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi dalam bentuk web yang sudah memiliki laman web https://bkpsdmad.sambas.go.id/simtpp
