Application of External Stimuli During Ideation: Impact of Background and Inclination Based Stimuli on Novice Minds 思维过程中外部刺激的应用:背景和倾向刺激对新手思维的影响

Effective ideation is defined by the attributes like Novelty, Variety and quantity of ideas derived. The research aims to discover the relevance and effectiveness of External Stimuli on ideation process. Methodical examination was conducted on 100 students and empirical data was gathered in an attempt to comprehend if, novice minds can be stimulated using two distinct categories of stimuli namely, Background based stimuli and Inclination based stimuli. Systematic analysis on results of ideation was conducted. The outcome demonstrated potential of proposed research. The investigation transpired unforeseen aspects of ideation and provides evidence on trends in ideation during different stages of research. The research explored, assessed and established new ideation improvement technique in classroom environment.

Review Paper on Prediction of Crop Disease Using IoT and Machine Learning 基于物联网和机器学习的作物病害预测研究综述

Environmental parameters like humidity, temperature, rainfall, wind flow, light intensity, soil pH are main factors for precision agriculture. Fluctuations in weather parameters like humidity, temperature and so on along with the inappropriate management result into a decrease in crop productivity. Therefore disease prediction is more important to beat these problems. The real-time update will alert the farmer by indicating which crop is in trouble, so the expenses on insecticides, pesticides will reduce and overall economic condition of farmers will improve. The proposed system gives more emphasis to predict diseases of the crop with the use of the Internet of Things and machine learning algorithms. Different sensors collect the real-time data of environmental parameters like temperature, humidity, rainfall, light intensity. Utilizing these data, crop diseases are predicted using machine learning algorithms. Such predictions would warn the farmers about crop diseases through text message or web browser. This work can be extended in the future to help farmers in other ways like which fertilizer can be used to overcome this disease problem.

Designer's Cognitive Empathy and Emotional Empathy Measurement, a Need for Comprehensive Understanding of User 设计师的认知共情与情感共情测量——对用户的全面理解

Empathy is the crux of User centric design. User will be satisfied only when designer is capable of understanding the user needs in-toto. To understand the user completely, designer must have at least average cognitive and emotional empathy. Deficit in any one of the empathy in designer, will make him to empathize the user in wrong way. Thus there is need to test the cognitive empathy and emotional empathy of the designer by using Balanced Emotional Empathy Scale. This test will help to identify the empathy of the designer. Low cognitive and emotional empathy level needs specific training. This paper is focused only on the need for testing cognitive and emotional empathy so that designer will be fortified and overcome his deficit, for comprehensively understanding of the user.

Enhancing Efficiency for ABE Through Homomorphic Encryption in Cryptography 密码学中利用同态加密提高ABE的效率

In today's computer networking technology, most of people stored their confidential data on trusted third-party server. But along with this, data privacy also arises as number of users becomes large. Naturally people want their data only accessible to authorized users according to their access policies. But when using these services, servers may get compromised by an attack like Denial-of-service, chosen cipher-text attack or Denial of service attack. Hence it is still most difficult job in cryptosystem to provide the leveled trustworthy servers and efficient data privacy systems to keep users data under the safe zone. To solve this problem advanced cryptographic methods are needed to be apply to increase efficiency for data encryption as well as to maintain the improved privacy preserving environment on web to share data. Considering these all aspects about privacy in communication, we need to look after the successful implementation also hence we have presented this paper to put forward the ideas of homomorphism into ABE which will truly build an improved as well as trustworthy privacy preserving possible outcomes using homomorphic encryption in the field of cryptography.

Lab-on-a-Chip: A Potential Tool for Enhancing Teaching-Learning in Developing Countries Using Paper Microfluidics 芯片实验室:利用纸微流体技术在发展中国家加强教学的潜在工具

Paper based microfluidic lab-on-a-chip (LOC) devices are being rapidly adopted as sensors and portable analytical platforms in scientific establishments. Yet this revolutionary technology remains distant from developing nations, where its benefits can be readily realized. In situ education of this technology in its targeted domain is likely to create a substantial breakthrough in the implementation of these devices. We present this article to illustrate the potential role of paper based lab-on-a-chip (LOC) technology in the field of education. In countries where engineering and medical sciences drive growth and prosperity, a simple revolutionary concept can become the technology of the generation. We intend to motivate the educators towards conducting teaching-learning sessions on microfluidic based LOC technology to explain fundamental concepts to students. The article discusses essential features of paper based microfluidic devices and demonstrates a few simple experiments that can be used to engage students in active learning. The work is specifically aimed at motivating the educators to incorporate the art of microfluidics in imparting education in developing countries.

A Novel Algorithm for Generation Rescheduling Based Congestion Management 基于生成重调度的拥塞管理新算法

The practitioners and researchers has received considerable attention solving complex optimization problems with metaheuristic algorithms during the past decade. Many of these algorithms are inspired by various phenomena of nature. One of the promising solutions for secure and continuous power flow in the transmission line is rescheduling based congestion management approach but the base problem is rescheduling cost.. To solve the congestion with minimized rescheduling cost, a new population based algorithm, the Lion Algorithm (LA), is introduced in this paper. The basic motivation for development of this optimization algorithm is based on special lifestyle of lions and their cooperation characteristics. Based on some benchmark Lion Algorithm (LA) is compared with the existing conventional algorithms such as Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithm (GA), Artificial Bee Colony (ABC), and Firefly (FF) by analyzing the convergence, cost, and congestion. In IEEE 30 bus system experimental investigation is carried out and the obtained results by the proposed algorithm LA (Lion Algorithm) in comparison to the other algorithms used in this paper.

Overview of Reasons of Lack of Motivation in the Students of Indian Engineering Education 印度工程教育学生学习动力不足的原因综述

This paper presents account of different reasons for lack of motivation in Indian engineering students. The paper is focused at root cause analysis of several reasons that demotivate the students. The causes for demotivation are mainly divided in three major categories Cognitive problems, Education system related problems and Socio-economic problems. These categories are analyzed in details and some for finding factual and hypothetical solutions. Students demotivation broadly effect on teaching learning process and in turn quality of engineering education.

Wikispaces platform was used to support teambased projects and evaluate individual student work. This study was conducted for a Software Engineering course taught to third year Computer Science and Engineering students. Wikispaces Classroom enabled collaboration via sharing and editing wikis within a team and viewing other team wiki pages. Teams were formed and a unique project was assigned to each team at the beginning of the semester. Individual tasks and team work tasks were assigned by the instructor. Wikispaces enabled the instructor to create project wikis for each team. Wikispaces tracked individual members of a team by recording revision history for all project wiki pages that they had updated. This enabled the instructor to grade individual student work. Analysis of the metrics from Wikispaces and Google Analytics and responses to a questionnaire revealed that the students were engaged with the website. Majority of the students revealed that they had gained team work experience. They approved of the grades assigned based on individual tasks. Most of them agreed that the team project wikis were useful. The survey revealed that there was some sort of collaboration among students via viewing wiki pages of others in order to complete their tasks and sharing project wiki pages.

In last decade tremendous changes in teaching learning process are observed. Lot of research has taken place to improve the teaching learning quality. This paper shares the experiences carried to interact and communicate in an effective way with Millennial Learner. As millennial learners have a very short span of attention & concentration, hence effective interaction with these learners is possible through information and communication technology (ICT). As today's generation is very closer to technology and more comfortable in using it, ICT is one of the solutions to improve teaching and learning process. Usage of ICT has various aspects. It is possible to use ICT more effectively in a urban location where internet facility and infrastructure facilities are easily available. It may become somewhat difficult in rural location due to insufficient infrastructural facilities.

A Performance Analysis of “Light Fidelity” and “Internet of Things” & It's Application “光保真”与“物联网”的性能分析及其应用

In today's world, the number of people suffering from various diseases are increasing, with this a doctor's capa bility to treat such large number of people deteriorates and also the task to monitor them regularly is painstaking. However we can overcome this problem to a certain extend with the help of newly emerged technology of LIFI and IOT. LIFI or Light Fidelity invented by Prof. Harald Hass of University of Edin burgh and IOT proposed by Kevin Ashton, provide us with one such technology using which a doctor can keep record of his/her patient from anywhere across the world. Since doctor has to stay updated with his patient's condition, we need a very fast and noninterfering connectivity which is possible by LIFI and this huge data of patient's can be recorded and stored using cloud computing IOT. Once the doctor receives data, he can analyze them and provide appropriate feedback to the person (nurse) who is currently operating the patient.
