Researchers in Bandung did a study to examine the influence of service quality and brand image on consumer decision-making in purchasing Muslim fashion products. In addition, the research aimed to determine the dominant component, either service quality or brand image, that had the most impact on the purchasing choices of a sample of 100 consumers involved in the study by completing a questionnaire. By employing path analysis, this study substantiated the legitimacy of service quality and brand image factors among customers of Muslim fashion products in Bandung City. Therefore, the results underscore the significance of improving service quality and enhancing brand image to influence purchasing decisions. The findings of the study indicate a substantial relationship between Service Quality and Purchasing Decisions, as well as between Brand Image and Purchasing Decisions. Judging from the results of research on Service Quality on Purchase Decisions for consumers of Muslim fashion products in the city of Bandung, to increase purchasing decisions, companies should be able to improve service quality by providing training on how to be responsive and reliable customer service so they can perform better service than before. Judging from the research results on the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions for Muslim fashion products in Bandung, companies need to build good brand name awareness to improve purchasing decisions. Because it is an effort to form a brand approach to consumers or their target market, this can work through collaboration with Influencers on social media to use products from one of the Muslim fashion products that aim to influence their followers indirectly. In addition, it is necessary to sponsor several events relevant to the same target audience.

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The object of research is 50 employees in one of the sub-district offices of Bandung Regency using a questionnaire so that data is taken using the population. The variables in this study are divided into two, namely, independent and dependent variables. The independent variable divides into motivation and work discipline, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study uses using the SPSS version 16 application. Research using Path Analysis shows that the variable Motivation (X1) has a direct effect of 26.0%, an indirect effect through a relationship with Work Discipline (X2) of 15.9%, and the total effect is 41.9%. The Work Discipline Variable (X2) has a direct effect of 20.7% and an indirect effect through its relationship with motivation (X1) of 15.9%. The total effect is 36.6%. The results of the relationship of the coefficient of determination (R square) with the variable Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) in determining the Employee Performance variable (Y) is 78.5%. In comparison, other factors that affect employee performance but are not examined show by the value of € = 0.215 or 21.5%. As for suggestions concerning the research results, agencies should be able to improve the above variables further.

The demand for a user-friendly website that enables the withdrawal of funds from gold savings accounts at Pegadaian has experienced substantial growth amidst the ongoing epidemic. Due to its inherent value and stability, gold assumes particular significance in times of economic uncertainty, allowing individuals to liquidate their savings when necessary. The old approach entailed the manual input of customer information through Excel, which consequently required face-to-face interactions for payment processing. Nevertheless, a significant shift has transpired through the integration of an internet-based platform, facilitating the provision of personal data by clients and thereby establishing virtual profiles to conduct online transactions. Implementing this transformation has resulted in a more streamlined process, enhancing efficiency and improving accessibility for clients.
The research methodology employed for this project is descriptive, encompassing direct field observations. Furthermore, the system employs the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology to analyze and design the system. The main objective is to develop a system that streamlines the procedures of gold pawning and online savings for consumers. The data input process utilizes the PHP programming language, whereby the data is safely stored within a MySQL database. The integration of these elements guarantees a system that is both secure and efficient, effectively addressing the requirements of both customers and administrators.

The motivation for this study stems from the intense competition observed among e-commerce platforms during the consumer's purchasing process. One potential approach to tackle this issue is through the proficient execution of a brand image strategy with the aim of augmenting sales. Brand image activities typically center around establishing pricing strategies and facilitating purchasing decisions, which collectively form an integral component of the marketing mix. The employed research methodology is a quantitative approach incorporating descriptive and verificative methods. The study's sample comprises 100 participants who have engaged in shopping activities on an electronic commerce platform. The results of this study suggest that (1) Brand image exerts a favorable and substantial influence on consumer purchasing decisions, and (2) Price exerts a significant and positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This study aims to examine the influence of Affective Compliance on Task Quality, with a specific focus on the potential mediating effect of Employee Engagement. Affective Compliance pertains to the degree of emotional connection that employees experience towards their employing organization. In contrast, Task Quality refers to the extent to which the output generated by employees aligns with predetermined criteria and anticipated outcomes. The research employs the Partial Least Squares (PLS) data analysis method, which facilitates the modeling of intricate relationships among the variables under investigation. The study's findings indicate that Affective Compliance exerts a positive and statistically significant impact on Task Quality. However, the discovery that Employee Engagement serves as a mediator in the association between Affective Compliance and Task Quality is of greater interest. Employee engagement is a concept that aids in elucidating the relationship between affective Compliance and task quality. The findings of this study carry significant implications for the fields of human resource management and organizational development. Enhancing employees' levels of affective Compliance can enhance the quality of their tasks by fostering increased employee engagement. Hence, organizations must prioritize strategies that enhance the emotional connection between employees and the company, thereby enhancing the work output's quality. This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the interconnectedness of these variables within the work setting, presenting the possibility of enhancing employee productivity and work quality.

This research analyzes the influence of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, market knowledge, and technological knowledge on individuals' readiness to face risk in the context of entrepreneurship. Through regression and ANOVA analysis approaches, this study aims to identify factors contributing to individuals' attitudes and behaviors in confronting challenges in entrepreneurial endeavors. The results of the Model Summary analysis indicate that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation significantly impact readiness to face risk, while market and technological knowledge also positively relate to a proactive attitude toward risk. The implications of these findings are relevant for policy development and focused entrepreneurship education. This research provides a deeper insight into the factors influencing individuals' preparedness to face risk in the entrepreneurial world, forming the basis for efforts to foster a dynamic and innovative entrepreneurial culture within society.
