The primary objective of this study is to investigate and assess the impact of motivation on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and the combined influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance within a convection services company located in Bandung. The employed research methodology is descriptive and verificatory in nature. The study's population comprises employees from a single convection services company in Bandung. The sample size for this study was determined to be 137 respondents, utilizing the Slovin technique. The data collection process involved the administration of questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted using path analysis with the aid of SPSS 21 for Windows. Based on the statistical analysis results, it is evident that Motivation exhibits a direct influence of 28.9%, an indirect influence via competence of 15.3%, and an overall influence of 44.3%. The Work Discipline variable exhibits a direct influence of 12.5% and an indirect influence through Motivation of 15.3%, resulting in a cumulative influence of 27.8%. The coefficient of determination (R2), represented as a percentage, indicates that the collective impact of all the independent variables, precisely Motivation and Work Discipline, on the dependent variable, employee performance, amounts to 0.722 or 72.2%. In addition, it should be noted that other unexplored variables may have an impact on performance, as evidenced by the value of ? = 0.278, equivalent to 27.8%. Therefore, it can be inferred that motivation and work discipline positively and substantially impact employee performance within the convection services company located in Bandung.

This study aims to assess the impact of Profitability and Liquidity on the valuation of PT Indonesia Air Asia Tbk from 2017 to 2021. The present study falls under the category of quantitative research. The population under study comprises the financial statements of PT Indonesia Air Asia Tbk. The sample utilized in this study is derived from PT Indonesia Air Asia Tbk's quarterly financial report, employing a time series design sampling technique. The data collection techniques employed in this study involve using financial reports available on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, specifically www.idx.co.id. The employed analytical methodology is multiple linear analysis. The findings indicate no significant positive relationship between Profitability and Firm Value, as evidenced by a t-count value of 0.142 and a significance value of 0.889, more significant than the threshold of 0.05. However, Liquidity has a significant positive impact on Firm Value, as indicated by a t-count of 3.446 and a significance value of 0.003, which is less than the threshold of 0.05. Furthermore, when both Profitability and Liquidity are considered together, they significantly positively influence Firm Value, with a significance value of 0.003 and an R square of 49.6%. The research findings propose that corporations consider the comprehensive market and industry conditions when developing their business strategies. Ongoing assessment of the organization's fiscal performance is imperative in order to discern prospective enhancements and address potential challenges that may manifest in the future. By comprehending the impact of Return on Assets (ROA) and Capital Ratio (CR) on Price-to-Book Value (PBV), organizations can formulate more suitable business strategies and prioritize the attainment of sustainable growth and enhancement of corporate value.

This study aims to gain insights into the inventory requirements of a coffee shop, develop and deploy a web-based application to enhance inventory management efficiency and assess the effects of this implementation on the coffee shop's operational processes. The methodology employed encompasses a blend of qualitative and quantitative techniques for data collecting, encompassing interviews, observations, and system testing. These methods are utilized to develop a comprehensive comprehension of the current inventory system and evaluate the efficacy of the recently built web application. The findings indicate that implementing the application resulted in a substantial enhancement in inventory management. This condition was achieved through the provision of real-time inventory tracking, a reduction in errors associated with manual recording, and an overall improvement in operational efficiency. The coffee shop workers responded positively to the product, highlighting its user-friendly nature and time-saving capabilities. Nevertheless, the study posits that forthcoming research should contemplate integrating elements such as predictive analytics to enhance stock management capabilities and develop a mobile iteration to augment flexibility and user-friendliness. This study provides additional evidence to reinforce the importance of implementing digital transformations in small-scale enterprises to address prevalent operational obstacles.

This study aims to determine how the financial performance based on the cash flow ratio at PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk. 2015 – 2019 Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is a quantitative method where after all the required data has been collected, the next step is to analyze the collected data to be understood and processed in the form of explanations. After analyzing and discussing the problem, the authors conclude that the cash flow ratio shows poor financial performance, because the average ratio decreases and is below 1. There are only 2 ratios that are considered good, namely the operating cash flow ratio to interest and cash flow ratio operations to capital expenditures.

This study examines the effect of compensation and works motivation on employee performance. To determine the magnitude of the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance, the researchers surveyed one outsourcing company in Bandung with 45 employees as respondents. The statistical methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. This study indicates that all independent variables, namely compensation and work motivation, have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Based on the overall analysis of the data obtained, it knows that the compensation is in a reasonably good category, work motivation is in a reasonably good category, and employee performance is in a reasonably good category. Compensation has a high impact of 30%. In contrast, work motivation has a low effect of 29.5%. It reaffirmed that compensation and work motivation had an effect of 59.4% on employee performance and the remaining 40.6% was influenced by other factors not examined and possibly affecting employee performance.

The results of this study were carried out to know the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction. The study used a survey approach to internet service customers as many as 100 people in the city of Bandung. Based on research using path analysis, it appears that the price variable has a direct influence of 14.7%. The indirect effect through the service quality variable is 13.1%, the total effect is 27.9%. On the other hand, service quality variables directly influence 32.1%. The indirect effect through the variable price is 13.1%, the total effect is 45.2%. The coefficient of determination (R-square) relationship expressed in the percentage of the contribution of all independent variables price and service quality in determining customer satisfaction variables is 73.1%. In comparison, other factors that affect customer satisfaction not examined shown by the value ? = 0.269 Or 26.9%. The recommendation is that the company should further improve the quality of the internet and other products to improve customer satisfaction.

The operating system has become a somewhat important part of the development of smartphones in the modern era. Several operating systems have also succeeded in helping several new smartphone brands participate in coloring the mobile gadgets business competition, which is developing in Indonesia. The interest of the Indonesian people to develop through the adaptation of the latest operating system technology is also very fast. However, this public interest tends to lead more to lifestyle than needs. This research was conducted to present an alternative smartphone operating system according to the needs and effectiveness of its use in the community using the Analytic Hierarchy Process model. The target community that tests in this study includes three groups, namely: lecturers, students, and employees. The final result shown by this model is in the form of an alternative decision of a smartphone operating system that supports the level of activity of using each group.

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Survey dilakukan terhadap 150 orang pelanggan yang merupakan konsumen sepeda di Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis jalur untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terkuat terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai besarnya pengaruh yaitu 32,5%. Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh kedua terkuat terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai besarnya pengaruh yaitu 24,9%. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) yang dinyatakan dalam persentase menggambarkan besarnya kontribusi semua variabel bebas yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan (X1) dan Kualitas Produk (X2) dalam menentukan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) adalah sebesar 57,4% dan besarnya epsilon adalah ?=0,426 atau sebesar 42,6% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diteli dalam penelitian ini.

Survey dilakukan terhadap 150 orang pelanggan yang merupakan konsumen sepeda di Kota Bandung. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis jalur untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terkuat terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai besarnya pengaruh yaitu 32,5%. Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh kedua terkuat terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai besarnya pengaruh yaitu 24,9%. Motivasi dapat menjadi pendorong seseorang melaksanakan suatu kegiatan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik untuk itu perlu adanya dorongan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan motivasi individu. Berangkat dari peran penting motivasi kerja maka peneliti bermaksud untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai motivasi kerja pegawai. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai yaitu untuk mendapatkan gambaran motivasi kerja pegawai pada salah satu instansi pemerintah daerah di Kota Cimahi. Berdasarkan pada maksud dan tujuan penelitian maka pendekatan deskriptif peneliti gunakan untuk menggambarkan motivasi kerja pegawai. Responden yang dijadikan sample adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada salah satu instansi pemerintah daerah sebanyak 114 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa kondisi motivasi kerja pegawai berada pada kategori cukup baik menuju baik. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kondisi motivasi kerja pegawai sudah memadai namun demikian perlu ditingkatkan oleh pimpinan instansi setempat untuk mencapai motivasi kerja pegawai yang optimal.

Penelitian ini berangkat dari adanya fenomena di lapangan yang mengindikasikan adanya kepuasan kerja yang belum memadai yang diduga disebabkan oleh rendahnya motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja pegawai. Untuk itu penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan responden pegawai yang bekerja pada salah satu instansi pemerintah di Kabupaten Bandung sebanyak 120 orang pegawai. Sample frame menggunakan pangkat dan golongan kerja pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan hasil yang menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Total pengaruh secara keseluruhan sebesar 58,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.
