This study aimed to analyze the evolution of the th eor etical fieldon public policy and finance in the context of behavioral economics, facilitatin g the evidencing of existing research approaches and fronts. The methodology adopted by t he research was the systematic literature review and the analysis of the articles in the port folio by means of the Consolidated Analytical Meta Approach Theory. Articles published between 1985 and 2021 in the Web of Science and Scopus databases were analyzed. From th e analysis it was identified that there was growth in the themes focused on finance and pub lic policy related to the behavioral approach, the significant use of behavioral constru cts, heuristics and biases of this economic approach in the investigated articles that address amongo ther topics predominantly designs and perception of policies, cognitiv estructures an d choices in decision making and financial education.

Analisou-se a influência da Satisfação, da Confiança, Experiência e da Inovação da Marca sobre o Amor à Marca. Esse estudo é descritivo e quantitativo, mediante survey com 409 clientes de bancos digitais, baseando-se em modelagem de equações estruturais. A Satisfação, a Confiança, a Experiência com a marca e a Inovação da marca influenciaram positivamente no amor à marca. Esse estudo contribui, metodologicamente, ao validar, no contexto brasileiro, uma escala de Antecedentes do Amor à Marca em Bancos Digitais (fintechs). Gerencialmente, esse estudo contribui para que os gestores formulem estratégias a partir do conhecimento das variáveis influenciadoras do amor à marca. Palavras-chave: Amor à marca. Satisfação. Confiança. Experiência. Bancos Digitais. ABSTRACT The influence of Brand Satisfaction, Trust, Experience and Innovation on Brand Love was analyzed. This study is descriptive and quantitative, through a survey of 409 digital bank customers, based on structural equation modeling. Satisfaction, Trust, Experience with the brand and Innovation of the brand positively influenced the love of the brand. This study methodologically contributes by validating, in the Brazilian context, a scale of Antecedents of Brand Love in Digital Banks (fintechs). Due to the expansion of the service sector in recen t d cades and the growing academic interest in it, with emphasis on the service experi ence quality, an attempt was made to test the applicability of the EXQ scale to evaluation of the quality of experience in internet access services. To this end, a quantitative study was car ried out, through a survey, using the original proposal of the EXQ scale as a research instrument, together with the loyalty, satisfaction and word-of-mouth scales. Data were analyzed with the s upport of the PSPP software, using the techniques of mean, standard deviation, analysis of factor loadings and reliability analysis by Cronbach's Alpha. The results indicated inconsisten cies in the original scale, and an adaptation of the model was proposed, which proved to be valid and presented positive results. As a contribution, it is inferred that adv nces are needed to improve the model for specific contexts of services in Brazil. As for the quality of the experience measured in internet access services, after validating the scal e, it is concluded that it is considered satisfactory from the point of view of consumers an d that it induces satisfaction, loyalty and word-of-mouth communication.

Burns, as they are an indisputably traumatic event that even puts the person's life at risk, leave several marks in the lives of those who were injure d, usually symptoms of depression. The general objective of this study is to analyze the k nowledge produced and published related to the assessment of depression symptoms in burn patie nts. The study is a literature review, adopted the integrative modality, which is consider e the broadest methodological approach regarding reviews and provide a broad understanding of the phenomenon analyzed. Eight articles indexed in the PubMed database were analyz ed. The sample consisted of adolescents to elderly, aged between 12 and 80 years. The instr uments most used to assess depression are the Hamilton Depression Scale HDS and Beck Depres sion Inventory BDI. It concludes by emphasizing the notoriety of the underdiagnosis of depression in people injured by burns, and the low number of publications in Brazil.
