Science is a subject that studies the cause and effect of events that occur in nature, science learning involves students playing an active role in finding concepts. So that we need a learning model and learning media that can make it easier for students to find a concept. Miniature media is a learning medium that can be used in learning for students to understand concepts. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes by using an interactive learning model about grouping of animals. This research is a classroom action research using the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. In this study, measurements were made with student activity sheets and within a certain time students were given a posttest. The subjects of this study were third grade students of SDN Kemuning Lor 02 Jember

The 2013 curriculum that has been re-enacted by the government, must be accompanied by an increase educators quality. Actually there are several problems faced in the implementation of this curriculum, including teachers do not yet know the form of RPP specifically in the thematic, scientific approach to the 2013 curriculum. This study uses a school action research design (PTS). In each cycle includes planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. In the first cycle, it was known that the teacher's ability to make high-class thematic RPPs was only 3 teachers out of 7 or 42.86%. Furthermore, the implementation of the second cycle shows an increase in the ability to make thematic lesson plans for teachers. This is evidenced that there are 6 out of 7 teachers based on the results of the assignment obtained the ability to make high thematic thematic RPPs. The percentage of high category teachers is 85.71%. This shows that workshops on variations in jigsaw models can improve the ability of teachers to make thematic lesson plans for learning. Teachers and teachers should continue to improve their competence in making lesson plans, while principals try to continue to facilitate their supporting facilities.

Today, many students are not familiar with algebra. They consider algebra to be a scary lesson. Not even a few who really hate this lesson. Starting from there, algebra material always tries to be presented in a more pleasing form. Appearances that feel new are indeed worth showing to increase the love of algebra. The concept of algebra, consciously or unconsciously, has actually been taught from an early age in kindergarten, Play Group. For example when studying while playing / singing accompanied by a knock on a table, chair or other object. By paying attention to the sequence of repeating beats, the teacher can simply explain the concept of algebra to the child according to his level of reasoning. One difficulty in solving problems is to explain the answers we try to find from the unknown. In algebra if they are numbers, they are often explained by letters such as 'a' or 'x'. This usually leads to misunderstanding. In arithmetic, letters are used as abbreviations for measurements, for example if the length of the garden is known to be 12 m. which means 12 meters. sometimes 3a + 4b which means '3 apples and 4 bananas'. In the context of algebra, 3a + 4b means 3 times a plus 4 times b, that is, a and b do not represent apples and bananas, they stand alone for unknown numbers. If ‘a’ is 5 and ‘b’ is 2 then 3a + 4b will be 3x5 + 4x2 = 15 + 8 = 23.

One of the roles of teachers in developing children's talents is helping the child from the side of independence, guiding and encouraging talents and aspects of social personality, especially in developing motor skills through planning guidance and providing adequate supporting facilities. Activities that are interesting in this development are through extracurricular activities, such as Qiroah, speech, and Calligraphy. This research is focused on the role of extracurricular teachers in developing children's talents at MI Miftahul Ulum 02 Gumukrejo Karangsono Bangsalsari Jember which focuses on supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study research. The role of extracurricular teachers in developing children's talents is raising several indicators of success through extracurricular activities that extracurricular teachers concern and always strive for, namely Qiroah, speech and calligraphy; supported by a) The teachers having high enthusiasm and profesionalism; b) The existence of adequate infrastructure; c) The enthusiasm of the teachers in cooperating extracurricular activities; while the obstacle is that students only participate in activities without any response, such as when doing qiroah activities they just follow, they have no enthusiasm to show their abilities.

The low quality of our human resources reflects the low quality of our education system that produces the human resources. We have to reconstruct our educational system. Our educational system we will construct, must be able to build human resources comprehensively, in which the society goes to the learning society and the environment where the society does their activities goes to learning environment. It will be realized by developing Learning Organization. In Learning Organization, the organization supports individuals to keep on learning and enrich their capability as learning society. The actualization of Learning Organization in the learning environment, where all school components interact each other integratedly and each school component functions optimally, so they impulse effectively to the realization of effective school.

Learning outcomes are the culmination of all teaching and learning activities, because they are part of the benchmarks for the assessment of learners and teachers through various learning patterns and methods within a certain period of time. This is to become a new and further framework for teaching and learning activities (KBM). Learning outcomes are also inspired by methods from the teacher to students and their feedback. Various types of learning methods have been used as a learning formulation, one of which is Jig Saw Learning, this method is an interesting strategy to use if the material to be studied can be divided into several parts and the material is not in the order. The advantages of this strategy are all students learn and teach others. This method is can be implemented in various subjects with supporting capacities and tools such as syllabus, implementation of learning (RPP), student activity sheets (LKS), formative tests, and test validity. In this study the authors conducted a study to what extent the effectiveness of the Jig Saw Learning method was applied in Indonesian language lesson by comparing the theory with the application of the method, not only on learning outcomes, but also on students' understanding and mastery of the subject matter.

Education is very influential on students in adapting themselves and being socially sustainable to their environment. Education have concepts that must be neatly organized in carrying out educational principles with quality results and making education truly able to shape students into a smart and religious generation. The concept of education is found in the book Ta'limul Muta’allim written by Syekh Burhanuddin al-Zarnuji and the book Washoya al-aba 'lil Abna' written by sheikh Muhammad Syakir which is widely used as a guide for students at Islamic boarding schools. The two books are considered important to be compared as a reference in knowing the concept of education in the book Ta'limul Mut'allim by Sheikh Burhanuddin al-Zarnuji and the concept of education according to the book Washoya al-Aba’ lil Abna' by Syekh Muhammad Syakir. This study uses library research using documentation data collection techniques while data analysis uses descriptive qualitative techniques. Researchers found the book Ta'lim Muta'allim explained that the concept of education in this book is more likely to describe a person's moral/adab when carrying out learning and teaching activities. Meanwhile, the concept of education in the book Washoya al-Aba 'lil Abna' does not only focus on the provisions of teaching and learning, but also describes the need for a child to serve Allah and His Prophet, including describing the morals of daily life.

Revolusi industri 4.0 ditandai dengan cyber physical yang mulai diterapkan di berbagai industri masa kini dengan mengembangakan dunia virtual, berupa konektivitas manusia, mesin, dan data yang lebih dikenal dengan Internet of Things (IoT). Ini sebagai bentuk revolusi industri 4.0 yang diperlukan persiapan termasuk metode pembelajaran pendidikan perguruan tinggi secara tepat. Metode pembelajaran yang membutuhkan perhatian guna menjadi simbol persaingan revolusi industri 4.0, diantaranya pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, metode pembelajaran pendidikan, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk pembelajaran era revolusi industri 4.0. Ini sebagai bentuk revolusi industri 4.0 yang diperlukan persiapan termasuk metode pembelajaran pendidikan perguruan tinggi secara tepat. Metode pembelajaran yang membutuhkan perhatian guna menjadi simbol persaingan revolusi industri 4.0, diantaranya pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, metode pembelajaran pendidikan, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk pembelajaran era revolusi industri 4.0. Metode yang dianggap sesuai untuk diterapkan di revolusi industri 4.0, diantaranya: Pendidikan yang diselenggarakan atas dasar semangat discovery, selanjutnya pendidikan yang diselenggarakan atas semangat berpikir asembling, atau pendidikan yang diselenggarakan untuk melembagakan cara berpikir \"perakit\". terakhir, memanggil masuk para pelaku pasar dan dunia industri yang berhasil yang dikenal dengan istilah para praktisi atau penggiat dunia usaha dan industri. Jadikan mereka dosen, tanpa pernah memperdulikan title akademiknya. Karakter dimaknai dengan nilai-nilai yang baik (tahu nilai kebaikan, mau berbuat baik, dan nyata berkehidupan baik) yang terpatri dalam diri dan perilaku. Karakter merupakan ciri khas seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang mengandung nilai, kemampuan, dan ketegaran dalam menghadapi kesulitan dan tantangan. Fenomena kerusakan moral/akhlak yang menimpa masyarakat tersebut telah mendorong pemerintah Indonesia untuk menerapkan Kebijakan Nasional Pembangunan Karakter Bangsa (KN-PKB). Salah satu mewujudkan kebijakan tersebut adalah dengan menekankan pentingnya pendidikan karakter untuk diimplementasikan dalam setiap institusi pendidikan, baik formal (sekolah), informal (keluarga), maupun non formal (masyarakat). Pendidikan karakter akan berjalan efektif dan utuh jika melibatkan tiga institusi, yaitu keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Pendidikan keluarga berperan penting karena keluargalah yang membentuk karakter seorang anak. Untuk merumuskan kerangka model pendidikan karakter dalam keluarga dapat dikonseptualisasi melalui pendekatan system pendidikan. Jika istilah system dikaitkan dengan pendidikan (sistem pendidikan), maka dapat mengandung makna “suatu kesatuan komponen yang terdiri dari unsur-unsur pendidikan yang bekerjasama dan berhubungan antara satu dengan yang lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan.” Dalam suatu sistem terdapat unsure-unsur, bagian-bagian, atau komponen-komponen yang saling berkaitan dan teratur, serta mekanismenya saling berhubungan dalam satu kesatuan yang semuanya di tujukan untuk mencapai satu tujuan. Perkembangan dunia pendidikan sangat pesat dan kompetitif, dunia global banyak memberikan kontribusi arah perubahan dunia pendidikan, temasuk di Indonesia. Perubahan ini menuntut pada setiap lembaga pendidikan untuk terus berpacu dengan waktu dalam perubahan dan persaingan yang dinamis, lembaga pendidikan yang mampu menunjukkan keunggulannya yang akan bisa masuk dalam persaingan ini. Sekolah unggulana yang menjadi impian semua kalangan dan golongan seharusnya sudah jelas terminologinya yang dapat dipahami oleh semua orang, sehingga kata “unggul” ini tidak menjadi superioritas intelektual sebagian orang. Di beberapa negara-negara maju, untuk menunjukkan sekolah yang baik tidak menggunakan kata unggul (excellent) tetapi menggunakan istilah efektif dan lain sebagainya, dari sisi ukuran muatan sekolah unggulan di Indonesia juga tidak memenuhi syarat. Sekolah unggulan di Indonesia hanya mengukur sebagian kemampuan akademis. Dalam konsep yang sesungguhnya sekolah unggul adalah sekolah yang secara terus menerus meningkatkan kinerjanya dan menggunakan sumber daya yang dimilikinya secara optimal untuk menumbuhkembangkan prestasi siswa secara menyeluruh.
