The article describes the current situation on the real estate market in terms of these four parameters: the apartments offered for sale and rent in terms of ownership, the apartments offered for sale and rent in terms of the size of the apartment, the apartments offered for sale and rent in terms of the building material and the apartments offered for sale and rent in terms of the location. Results were obtained using EVAL software. This software continuously collects, analyses and evaluates advertised offers of real estate in the Czech Republic in a monthly period.

Human behaviors are affected by rapidly-changing conditions, and so do leaders. Leaders play essential roles in shaping the planet, world, and businesses. Like all the other organisms, they communicate with the outside world. On one side, leaders affect the outside world, and on the other, leaders are also affected by it. Technological advancements affect leader behaviors, decisions, insights, lifestyles, and it even impacts leaders’ selves. Although digital transformation has become so central, and it has challenges for leaders and organizations, the studies are deficient in the quantity that links and associates leader and digital transformation. In this context, this research deals with answering two clear and vital questions: Which characteristics create effective and efficient business leaders, and how leader behaviors are affected by digital transformation. This research finds skills and key behaviors the leader of today and the future possesses, which potential leaders can adopt and employ. On the other side, it reveals the challenges this disruption causes and its effect on leaders. It moreover brings a holistic approach to provide a paradigm for leadership. These would guide us to understand how digital transformation disrupts the leadership process and where it will evolve next. Other measures of progress are to emphasize the leaders’ interplay with technology, the leadership spectrum, and what is required for leaders to adopt and adapt to the changing world from technological and universal perspectives.

Logistics has become quick developing and important industry which contributes large percentage in Vietnam’s GDP. However, with about 1,300 firms operating in this industry, only few firms have been successful in activity, the others have been facing mangy difficulties. The reason why this circumstance occurred was raised up encourage authors to conduct this research. Buy using FsQCA, some interesting results were found. Most important finding was that there consist different viewpoints between two groups of companies (leading companies and the others). As for all successful businesses in the industry, all factors affect the company's business results if they interact with each other and are combined to create a quite large level of influence for each logistics business. For other logistics businesses, their concern is not all of the seven elements. Two different perspectives are given when firms assess the factors that influence success. This implies somewhat conclude to success or unsuccess of logistics companies.

The way an investment is being financed presents one of the risks of investing in industrial properties, so extra attention should be paid to address this matter. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the property in terms of the risks that affects not only the market value of the property, but also the overall collateral and financing of the property. Banks set the level of risk for each property individually and there are several situations that may arise while assessing the risk. This paper discusses the risks associated with valuation of industrial properties for banking purposes.

In the years 1994-1996, I started to think about how much meaning luck has when trading stocks, FOREX, and corresponding derivatives. Therefore, I developed a simple formula, which describes how much your capital can grow if you have a rare lottery winner’s luck when investing in volatile markets. In the end I found that indeed, you need the luck of a Finnish lottery winner to expand your little capital to extreme heights, especially when trading with highly volatile stock index derivatives. If we assume that markets are fully competitive, extremely volatile, and even inside information is useless when trying to trade in a profitable way, by using this simple formula, we can see that even a relatively small amount of capital can grow to an extremely large sum of money.
