Implementing kNearest Neighbor Methods to Predict Car Prices 应用k近邻方法预测汽车价格

The demand for automotive in Indonesia has never subsided, considering that the human need for transportation greatly affects people's daily lives. Various attempts are made by manufacturers to produce cars of a quality that is comparable to the costs incurred and following market demand. Prediction is a process that can be done to achieve this goal. One of the prediction methods that can be used in this case is the kNearest Neighbor. The prediction process consists of a preprocessing stage that cleans and filters unnecessary variables, followed by a variable multicollinearity test stage with Variance Inflation Factor (VIF). The multicollinearity test found 4 variables that had a specific influence in predicting the VIF value of these variables, respectively 2.22, 2.08, 1.53, 1.10 for Horse Power, Car Width, Highend, and, Hatchback respectively. The four variables of the VIF test results have a positive correlation with the price variable as the dependent variable. The prediction model is made using 4 variables selected based on the VIF test, to determine the accuracy of the method used, the Linear Regression model and, the kNearest Neighbor through the validation test with Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and R2. The kNearest Neighbor method produces an MAE test of 0.06 and R2 results are 0.843. This can be concluded if the overall kNearest Neighbor method has qualified performance in making predictions with continuous value variables or in other words using the concept of regression.

Website-Based Application for Classification of Diabetes Using Logistic Regression Method 基于网站的Logistic回归方法在糖尿病分类中的应用

Machine learning is a one of computer science field, machine-learning studies how computers are able to learn from data to improve their intelligence. Machine learning consists of many classification methods, including Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, Logistics Regression, and others. In this study, a classification process carried out using the Logistics Regression method for cases of Diabetes. Diabetes is an increase in glucose in the bloodstream due to a lack of insulin, which is responsible for the transfer of glucose from the blood to tissues or cells. This study created with the aim of improving previous paper. The data used in this study are the same data as previous studies published by the Pima Indian Diabetes Dataset. In this study, several stages used, those are pre-processing, processing, evaluation, and website-based application development. The data in this study divided into two, 75% for training data, and 25% for testing data. This study produces an evaluation with an accuracy 80%, which means it is better than the previous paper, which is 75, 97%.

Game Development of “Prokes” to Socialize the Prevention of Covid-19 “Prokes”游戏开发社会化防疫

The level of awareness of the Indonesian people to orderly and comply with the implementation of health protocols is still very low. Special touch to young people is needed in socializing health protocols and new normal life. Game of “Prokes” is expected as a means for socialization of covid-19 prevention. The proposed method is agile method that is combined using shuffle random algorithm to randomize question in quiz of this game. The blackbox result was 100% functionality of the game has run well.  There was a significant difference between user knowledge before and after playing the game of “Prokes” as indicated by t value of 2.297, t table value of 2.004, and the critical value of ? = 0.05. The proposed method had an GEQ result of 3.04. Therefore, the game feasible as a means of socialization in prevention covid-19 using health protocols and new normal for the young generations.

Reengineering Business Process Manufacturing Company Sales Module Using Odoo V12.0 Application 利用Odoo V12.0应用程序对业务流程制造企业销售模块进行再造

The manufacturing industry applies the use of ERP to run corporate business processes, build good communication and improve service quality. This study aims to provide a Business Process Reengineering proposal to the sales department using the Odoo V12.0 so that the system can be integrated. The methodology used in this research is Business Process Reengineering, where the research only focuses on the sales field. Existing business processes, namely purchasing products, sales orders and invoicing manuall. Reengineering that has been carried out is the product sales process, the sales order process, and the payment process. Reengineering has been carried out quite well by using the User Acceptance Test method and obtaining agreed responses as the greatest value in every aspect. The results obtained are based on 5 categories, namely content items by 63%, module items by 53%, multimedia element items by 88%, navigation aspects by 70% and usability items by 82%. Public Sentiment Analysis of Online Transportation in Indonesia through Social Media Using Google Machine Learning 基于谷歌机器学习的印尼社交媒体在线交通公众情绪分析

Public opinion is important to agencies or parties in particular fields, as it may indicate a tendency of public's view towards something (such as an object or process). One of them is in the transportation sector. Transportation has become a necessity for the community, many things more effective and efficient online, so that online transportation becomes important for society. The proliferation of online transportation, caused citizens to express opinions through social media. It is important to know the level of service of online transportation considering the large number of users, so that it can be used as a basis for improvement. One of the methods public opinion in social media is by sentiment analysis. The study used the help of Google Machine Learning for the sentiment analysis process that can produce 82,6% of accuracy number, 82,2% of precision, 83,3% of recall with the most sentiment result indicate to public opinion falls into the negative sentiment category for Gojek companies in media social of Twitter.

Design and Building Mikrotik Based Billing System and Chatbot as Media Transaction Online 基于microtik的在线媒体交易计费系统和聊天机器人的设计与实现

Providing services to rt / rw net users if done manually will consume a lot of time. Currently this service still used conventional methods even though there are applications that can help but still not efficient in providing the needs of the users such as transactions still using paper based vouchers, which will make it difficult for providers to provide time to handle user transactions. Besides that, there are also a problem where potential users of the service find a hard time to contact the provider because lack of knowledge of some of the provider to edit the mikrotik page to inform about their service and themselves to the user. With the problems mentioned, an application is needed that can provide much easier solution namely, "Design and Building Mikrotik Based Billing System and Chabot as Media Transaction Online". By making this application, it can provide much better solution for user such as getting information and interacting with the admin by using Chabot as media and online transaction to make it easier for users to update their packets and admin to process user transaction.

Teknologi informasi seiring waktu telah berkembang sangat pesat dengan adanya berbagai aplikasi instant messaging yang bermunculan bertujuan sebagai media komunikasi secara digital. Aplikasi instant messaging telah digunakan diberbagai bidang seperti di dunia pendidikan salah satunya untuk perkuliahan. Penggunaan instant messaging di perkuliahan bertujuan sebagai media untuk berkomunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen terkait aktivitas kuliah. Contoh aplikasi instant messaging yang telah digunakan mahasiswa dan dosen yaitu Line Messenger dan Telegram Messenger. Perbedaan instant messaging yang digunakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa menimbulkan permasalahan dimana mahasiswa biasa menggunakan Line dan dosen menggunakan Telegram, sehingga saat mahasiswa ingin berkomunikasi online dengan dosen maka harus menggunakan aplikasi yang sama dengan yang digunakan oleh dosen yaitu Telegram. Solusi untuk mempermudah komunikasi online antara mahasiswa dan dosen, yaitu dengan pembuatan chatbot, karena bisa dirancang sebagai sistem penghubung komunikasi antara mahasiswa dengan dosen. Chatbot yang dirancang berfungsi sebagai jembatan antara aplikasi Line dengan Telegram. Solusi untuk mempermudah komunikasi online antara mahasiswa dan dosen, yaitu dengan pembuatan chatbot, karena bisa dirancang sebagai sistem penghubung komunikasi antara mahasiswa dengan dosen. Chatbot yang dirancang berfungsi sebagai jembatan antara aplikasi Line dengan Telegram. Implementasi Algoritma PRNG pada Aplikasi Port Knocking Sebagai Perlindungan Server PRNG算法在端口锁定应用程序中的服务器保护实现

Keamanan jaringan harus dipertimbangkan dan dilindungi dengan baik. Masalah yang terjadi jika keamanan jaringan tidak terlindungi akan menyebabkan kerusakan sistem server dan dapat terjadinya akses tidak sah pada sistem server. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan proses autentikasi jaringan antara komputer klien dengan komputer server dalam memvalidasi klien yang akan terhubung dengan sistem server. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode autentikasi port knocking yang telah diimplementasikan algoritma PRNG (pseudo random number generator) dengan acuan seed waktu sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu autentikasi port knocking dilakukan menggunakan hasil random sequence port yang berbeda sesuai dengan waktu sistem saat random number dibangkitkan guna untuk memperkuat autentikasi dalam memvalidasi klien yang akan terhubung dengan sistem server.

Pada era revolusi industri 4.0 ini peranan teknologi informasi sangat penting karena semua aktivitas/pekerjaan diharapkan dapat terselesaikan dengan cepat dan memperoleh hasil yang akurat dan optimal melalui teknologi digital. Sektor pemerintah maupun swasta diharapkan bisa memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menunjang dan mengoptimalkan kinerja masing-masing sektor sehingga mampu untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. Sistem informasi surat-menyurat terintegrasi (SUMATRI) merupakan suatu sistem yang dikembangkan untuk menunjang kinerja administrasi surat menyurat. Sistem mampu mengelola data administrasi perkantoran mulai dari arsip data kependudukan, arsip data surat masuk, arsip data surat-menyurat bahkan mampu menerima pembuatan surat yang dipesan secara online melalui smartphone android. Pemesanan surat secara online bertujuan agar masyarakat yang ingin membuat surat tidak perlu datang lansung ke kantor pelayanan karena semua syarat-syarat yang diperlukan bisa dilengkapi dan diupload via smartphone android. Admin menerima pemberitahuan dan memvalidasi surat yang dipesan oleh masyarakat dan memberikan pemberitahuan/notifikasi kepada masyarakat jika suratnya sudah bisa diambil. Perancangan SUMATRI diharapkan mampu membantu pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik terutama dalam hal administrasi surat-menyurat kepada masyarakat.

Peramalan Jumlah Kunjungan Wisatawan Menggunakan Triple Exponential Smoothing 以三倍的精确度对游客的访问量进行比较

Bali merupakan salah satu destinasi pariwisata terbaik di dunia. Berdasarkan berita resmi statistik yang dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Bali, jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara ke Bali pada bulan Juni 2019 mencapai 549.751 kunjungan. Peramalan kunjungan wisatawan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting untuk menentukan kebijakan tempat tujuan wisata, meminimalkan ketidakpastian dan resiko investasi. Hal ini merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena sektor pariwisata merupakan tulang punggung ekonomi di Bali. Penelitian ini mengangkat topik bagaimana mengimplementasikan metode Triple Exponential Smoothing pada proses peralaman jumlah wisatawan. Kami menggunakan data historis kunjungan wisatawan ke Bali yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali. Hasil peramalan dievaluasi menggunakan mean absolute error untuk menunjukan rata-rata kesalahan dalam perhitungan peramalan. Rata-rata Mean Absolute Error yang dihasilkan pada peramalan ini adalah 18 dengan hasil evaluasi terbaik dengan menggunakan Alpha 0.9, Beta 0 dan Gamma 0.8.
