Analisis Usaha Pengolahan dan Strategi Pemasaran Produk Salai Dari Baung Putih (Hemibagrus capitulum) di Desa Kota Bangun Ulu, Kecamatan Kota Bangun, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara 库台卡塔尼加拉县哥打班贡乌鲁村白芒(Hemibagrus capitulum)加工产品的商业分析和营销策略

Kota Bangun Ulu village has one smoked catfish processor called Busu Asru smoked fish. Busu Asru smoked catfish is well known to many people and the business has been running for 17 years. This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing income and feasibility with investment criteria R/C, BEP, ROI and PP and knowing marketing strategy carried out by the Busu Asru smoked cattfish processor located in Kota Bangun Ulu Village, Kota Bangun District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research was conducted from January 2022 to July 2023, located in Kota Bangun Ulu Village, Kota Bangun District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The sample in this study consisted of 1 person using the Census Method. The results of the research show that the revenue from the Busu Asru smoked fish processing business is IDR. 4,803,754/month and the business is feasible to run. The marketing strategy that has been carried out in the Busu Asru smoked fish processing business is product development by product tasting, packaging and affixing labels, product guarantees and services diversivikasi. Techniques for increasing sales by delivering daily advertisements, institutional advertising, pricing tactics by setting real prices (right prices), physical arrangements and ways of displaying goods in close displays.

The aim of this research is to determine the profitability of the intensive cultivation of vaname shrimp (litopenaus vaname) at the Brackish Water Cultivation UPT Banjar Kemuning Sidoarjo and to determine the factors that influence the profitability of the intensive cultivation of vaname shrimp (litopenaus vaname) at the UPT water cultivation intensively. Brackish Banjar Kemuning Sidoarjo. This research uses a financial analysis method, namely by calculating investment costs, fixed costs, variable costs, total costs, gross income, net income and total profit. Pengaruh Kepadatan Yang Berbeda Pada Transportasi Sistem Basah Tertutup Terhadap Kelulusan Hidup Benih Ikan Koi (Cyprinus carpio) Umur 50 Hari 封闭式湿法运输系统中不同密度对 50 日龄锦鲤鱼苗存活率的影响

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh kepadatan yang berbeda pada transportasi sistem basah tertutup terhadap kelulusan hidup benih ikan koi (Cyprinus carpio) umur 50 hari. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan pengumpulam data yang dilakukan secara obsevatif langsung. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa Rancang Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan kombinasi pakan pellet dan cacing sutra yang berbeda yaitu: perlakuan (A) : 75 ekor benih ikan koi, perlakuan (B) : 125 ekor benih ikan koi, perlakuan (C) : 175 ekor benih ikan koi, perlakuan (D) : 225 ekor benih ikan koi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelakuan terbaik yaitu terdapat pada perlakuan Perlakuan (B) kepadatan 125 ekor dengan kelulusan hidup 99.8%. Hasil penelitian pengamatan kualitas air menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan masih dalam kadar yang optimal untuk mendukung kelangsungan hidup benih ikan koi (Cyprinus carpio) dengan Suhu 26.4°C – 27.5°C. pH 7.3 – 7.6. Oksigen terlarut 4.1 – 6.5 ppm.Kata kunci : kepadatan, transportasi, kelulusan hidup, benih, ikan koiABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of different densities in closed wet transportation systems on the kelulusan hidup of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio) aged 50 days. The method in this study used an experimental method with direct observation of data collection. The experimental design used in this study was in the form of a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 different combinations of pelleted feed and silk worms, namely: treatment (A) : 75 koi fish fry, treatment (B) : 125 koi fish seeds, treatment (C): 175 koi fish seeds, treatment (D): 225 koi fish seeds. The results showed that the best treatment was in Treatment (B) at a density of 125 tails with a survival rate of 99.8%. The results of the observation of water quality showed that the whole was still at optimal levels to support the survival of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio) seeds with a temperature of 26.4°C – 27.5°C. pH 7.3 – 7.6. Dissolved oxygen 4.1 – 6.5 ppm.Keywords : density, transportation, survival rate, seeds, koi fish

Analisis Kesediaan Membayar Pengunjung untuk Kelestarian Mangrove di Taman Wisata Graha Mangrove di Kota Bontang dengan pendekatan Non-Parametrik 用非参数法分析游客对保护邦唐市格拉哈红树林观光园红树林的支付意愿

Conserving the environment and the beauty of tourist attractions certainly requires considerable costs. Therefore, visitors as users of environmental services are expected to contribute to the preservation of the environment. This study aims to estimate the value of Willingness to Pay by visitors for the conservatiobof mangrove forests in the Graha Mangrove Tourism Park in Bontang. The study was conducted in September 2022. The sample was taken using the Accidental Sampling technique, and the data were analyzed using non-parametric methods, including the Turnbull method, Kaplan Meier Turnbull method, and Spearman Karber method. The findings indicated that the average value of Willingness to Pay (WTP) using the Turnbull method resulted in an average WTP of Rp.11,000 per person. The KMT method also obtained the same result of Rp.11,000 per person, while the SK method resulted in Rp.10,800 per person. The results of this research indicate that visitors are willing to pay more than the ticket price previously set by the Graha Mangrove Tourism Park of Rp. 10,000 From the results, the average Willingness to pay was obtained at Rp. 11,000 and Rp. 1,000 is used for conservation costs. The results of this research can be a reference for managers to carry out reforms related to tourism management, especially visitor entrance ticket prices and environmental conservation efforts through the resulting average WTP.

Hubungan Panjang Berat Ikan Juaro (Pangasius polyuranodon) DI Perairan Sungai Siak, Riau 廖内省锡耶河水域中的华罗鱼(Pangasius polyuranodon)的长度重量关系

The water quality of the Siak River is classified as polluted. This is due to the many sources of pollutants that enter river waters. The decrease in water quality will affect the living things in it. Although the Siak River has been polluted, there are still many juaro fish (Pangasius polyuranodon) to be found. This research will look at the long-weight relationship of juaro fish that live in polluted Siak River waters. This research was conducted in December 2016 in the waters of the Siak River with 4 samplings. The method used in this research is a survey method. The results of the analysis showed the similarity of the length-weight relationship for male juaro fish W = 0.013L 2.899 while for female fish W = 0.017L 2.805 . The relationship between length and specific gravity of male and female fish caught showed a growth pattern that was not much different. the coefficient of determination (R 2 ) is 0.9793 for female fish and 0.9219 for male fish, this means that the growth of juaro fish in the Siak River shows negative allometric properties Even though there has been a decrease in the waters quality of the Siak River which exceeds the water quality standards, these conditions are still suitable for the growth of the length-weight of the juaro fish which supports the availability of food for the juaro fish, which the juaro fish have opportunistic characteristics, so that these fish can take advantage of all the available food availability. located in the waters of the Siak River.

Diversification of processing fisheries is an effort to increase people’s fish consumption because fish contains nutrients needed by the body. Fishball are product are very popular among the community, both adults and children who live in urban and rural areas. The addition of carrageenan is intended to increase fiber content in fishballs. The purpose of this study was to determine the best percentage of carrageenan to increase fiber content in barracuda fishballs. This study used a completely randomized design with 5 treatments adding different percentages of carrageenan: K1 (0%); K2 (0.25%); K3 (0.50%); K4 (0.75%); K5 (1%), each treatment was repeated 3 times.
