Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Ekspor Kepiting Bakau (Scylla Serrata) pada CV. Sinar Sulawesi Kota Tarakan CV. Sinar Sulawesi Tarakan 市红树林蟹(Scylla Serrata)出口业务的可行性分析

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of a mangrove crab (Scylla Serrata) export business at CV Sinar Sulawesi Tarakan City. The data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the results of interviews with 2 respondents using the case study sampling method, the results of financial research show the NPV value (IDR. 16,040,437,785), Net B/C Ratio (12,37), IRR (154%), and PP (0.81 years). which means the mangrove crab export business (Scylla Serrata) on CV. Sinar Sulawesi is worth running. Sensitivity shows that the mangrove crab export business is sensitive to changes in economic conditions that cause the business to be unfit with several assumptions, namely production down 11.1%, prices down 11.1%, OM costs up 12,5%.

Due to a number of anthropogenic activities carried out by communities, seawater is vulnerable to heavy metal pollution. Lead mining, fishing harbor areas, catch fishing, and tourism are a small part of the community activity that takes place in the coastal waters of Tanjung Gunung. The aim of this study is to determine the concentration and degree of Zn resin found in sediments and to find out the relationship between zinc heavy metal (Zn) and fine sediment and total organic carbon (TOC) in the coastal waters of Tanjung Gunung District of Bangka Tengah. The mangrove ecosystem is a plant that is often found in coastal areas. Mangroves have functions and the benefits that can be obtained from the existence of mangrove ecosystems are greatly influenced by their health conditions. Mangrove health is an integral part of sustainable ecosystem management. This research aims to determine the Importance Value Index, percentage of canopy cover and Mangrove Health Index. This research method uses Statified Randon Sampling along the mangrove forest zone. The results of research in the mangrove area at Tajungan Mangrove Tourism are classified into five zones dominated by the mangrove types Rhizopora mucronata, Rhizopora apiculate, Avicennia alba, Sonneratia alba, Rhizopora stylosa

ABSTRAKMakrozoobentos merupakan organisme yang sebagian hidupnya berada di dasar perairan, bersifat menetap, hidup relatif lama, dan bergerak relatif lamban. Makrozoobentos dapat berfungsi sebagai indikator biologi di wilayah perairan yang tercemar. Pada Kalimati Pamarayan terjadi kerusakan habitat yang ditandai dengan terjadinya ledakan jumlah ganggang (blooming algae). Dikarenakan adanya gangguan terhadap habitat makrozoobentos maka perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai sebaran makrozoobentos sebagai data pendukung untuk pengelolaan di Sungai Kalimati Pamarayan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada 5 stasiun pengamatan. Analisis data yang dilakukan meliputi kelimpahan makrozoobentos, indeks keanekaragaman, indeks keseragaman, indeks dominansi, indeks morisita dan tekstur sedimen. Makrozoobentos yang berhasil didapatkan terdiri atas 3 kelas invertebrata yaitu bivalvia (2 spesies), gastropoda (7 spesies), dan malacostraca (1 spesies). Parameter fisika dan kimia yang didapatkan yaitu suhu 28o-30 oC; pH air 7,1-8,1; pH sedimen 6, dan DO 6,2-8,7 mg/l. Sebaran makrozoobentos yang terdapat di lokasi penelitian yaitu mengelompok,seragam dan acak dengan tekstur sedimen silt loam dan sandy loam. Kelimpahan tertinggi yaitu 42,86 ind/m²diperoleh pada stasiun 1. Pada kelima stasiun memiliki nilai keanekaragaman sedang, nilai keseragaman tinggi, nilai dominansi rendah pada Sungai Kalimati Pamarayan.Kata Kunci: habitat, makrozoobentos, Kalimati Pamarayan, sebaranABSTRACTMacrozoobenthos are organisms that live partly at the bottom of the water, are sedentary, live relatively long, and move relatively slowly.  Macrozoobenthos can serve as a biological indicator in polluted water areas. Due to the disturbance of macrozoobenthos habitat, it is necessary to conduct research on the distribution of macrozoobenthos as supporting data for management in the Pamarayan River. The research was conducted in November 2022 through purposive sampling method at 5 observation stations. Data analysis included macrozoobenthos abundance, diversity index, uniformity index, dominance index, morisite index and sediment texture. Macrozoobenthos that were successfully obtained consisted of 3 invertebrate classes namely bivalves (2 species), gastropods (7 species), and malacostraca (1 species). Physical and chemical parameters obtained were temperature 28o-30 oC, water pH 7.1-8.1, sediment pH 6, and DO 6.2-8.7 mg/l. The distribution of macrozoobenthos found in the study site is clustered, uniform and random with silt loam and sandy loam sediment textures. The highest abundance of 42.86 ind/m² was obtained at station 1. Studi Fenotipe dan Morfometrik Pada teripang dan Kerang Asal Perairan Socah, Bangkalan, Madura 马都拉邦卡兰索卡水域海参和蛤蜊的表型和形态研究

Sea cucumbers and shellfish are marine organisms that are often found in Socah Waters, Bangkalan, Madura. Phenotypic and morphometric studies of sea cucumbers and shellfish in Socah Bangkalan Madura waters are needed to obtain phenotypic and morphometric data on sea cucumbers and shellfish so that they can identify these two biota specifically and can be used as a reference for further genetic research. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with random sampling technique. The results of the research show that two types of sea cucumbers originating from Socah Waters have the Latin name Phyllophorus sp. and Phyllophorella spiculata. Phyllophorella spiculata has an imperfect round shape, different from the species Phyllophorus sp. which has a perfectly round shape. Both species have papillae all over their bodies, which are small protrusions. Furthermore, the shellfish found in Socah Waters are Perna viridis, Anadara granosa, and Meretrix meretrix. These three shells have different colors and patterns. Perna viridis tends to be green and blackish green, Anadara granosa is yellow with brown edges, and Meretrix meretrix is plain white with a slight yellowish pattern. The suggestion from this research is that for more accurate results regarding determining the taxonomic classification of each species, further research is needed towards genetic identification.

The abundance of fishery products in Sungai Kapih Village that are can be used to make shrimp cracker products, and the desire of producers to compete with similar businesses. By implementing the marketing mix, producers can develop their businesses and meet consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted in Sungai Kapih Village in Samarinda City from April 2022 to November 2023. The research purpose are to assess the level of application of the marketing mix and consumer satisfaction with the marketing mix. This research method was using the descriptive qualitative, and 2 samples of producers were selected using the census technique and 30 samples of consumers were selected using the accidental sampling technique. The results of the research indicate that 5 of the 7 marketing mix elements are included in the applied category, that are product, price, place, process

The Indonesian fishery sector is very potential and has great prospects for increasing the country's foreign exchange, one of which is vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) cultivation. One of the fishery products containing Lactobacillus bacteria is the probiotic “Boster Bio Lacto”, composed of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Lactobacillus casei bacteria. Vibrio sp. attacking shrimp. Growth based on the number of sizes and quantities. Fluctuations in pH, oxygen levels, temperature, salinity, ammonia levels, and organic matter can cause stress to shrimp and trigger disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of Biolacto on vannamei shrimp culture for 30 days on the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria, water quality and growth as well as the addition of the right Biolacto dosage. The results showed that administration of Biolacto reduced the abundance of Vibrio sp. at doses of 10 ppm and 15 ppm with an average of 18.40 CFU/mL. The highest growth dose was 10 ppm with an average weight of 26.16 grams and an average length of 52.4 mm. Water quality within normal range. This study recommends using Biolacto at the right dose because it can affect the abundance of Vibrio sp. bacteria, water quality and the weight and length of shrimp can grow well.
