Image super-resolution reconstruction based on residual compensation combined attention network 基于残差补偿组合注意网络的图像超分辨率重建

: For image reconstruction, the residual network ignores part of the residual information when extracting features. We propose an image super-resolution reconstruction based on residual compensation joint attention network (RCCN). Firstly, we construct a three-way residual network for compensating the feature information of the standard residual network; secondly, we design a joint attention module to complement the pixel-level image attention information by 3D attention while the channel attention learns the channel weight information; finally, our method has clearer results compared with other advanced methods, and the objective evaluation indexes are all greatly improved.

Hardware Implementation of Artificial Synapses 人工突触的硬件实现

: The simple two-terminal metal-insulator-metal (MIM) structures of memristors make them capable of being integrated into dense crossbar arrays [1, 2]. As shown in Figure 1, a typical crossbar array consists of parallel metal lines, termed word lines and bit lines, respectively, as the top and bottom electrodes that are perpendicular to each other. The bidirectional memory is connected between the word line and the bit line. During the read process, the extra current generated by the natural path represented by the red solid line can reduce the energy consumption of the unselected unit, thus reducing the read mosaic and limiting the size of the array. In order to independently control the read/write operations of each memory unit in the array, the 1T1R structure is proposed.

Forest Fire Protection System Based on LoRa Technology 基于LoRa技术的森林消防系统

: At present, most forest fire prevention systems use 4G base station network communication. When encountering a fire, due to the weak signal of the mountain base station, data transmission cannot be quickly achieved, and the best rescue time for the fire is often missed. We have proposed our solution for this, a forest fire prevention system based on LoRa communication technology. Using various sensor technologies to accurately monitor and collect temperature and humidity, smoke concentration, flame value, etc. in the forest, the data is transmitted to the cloud management system through LoRa communication module networking. Once a fire is detected, the fire point can be accurately located based on the location of the deployed nodes, and the backend system alarm can be triggered. Forest firefighters can also be notified through apps, text messages, and other means.

With the advent of the era of big data, the significance of electric power information communication within power enterprises has grown increasingly important. This paper delves into the development of electric power information communication in the context of the big data era, focusing on the perspective of data security. Initially, we analyze the impact of the big data era on enterprises, along with the opportunities and challenges brought about by big data. Subsequently, we underscore the importance of electric power information communication in terms of data security and discuss the security threats currently faced by electric power information communication. Moreover, we explore the developmental trends in electric power information communication and propose several solutions and recommendations to bolster data security in this domain. Lastly, we summarize the primary content of this paper and provide insights into the future prospects of electric power information communication development.

Multi-peak MPPT Control Based on Variable Step Disturbance Observation Method and Butterfly Optimization Algorithm 基于变阶跃扰动观测法和蝶形优化算法的多峰MPPT控制

Photovoltaic power generation has attracted more and more attention in the field of new energy applications, and the maximum power point tracking technology is the critical link of the photovoltaic power generation system. In the case of partial shading, the output power curve of the photovoltaic array presents a multi-peak phenomenon, and the traditional MPPT algorithm is easy to fall into the optimal local solution when tracking the maximum power, while the traditional butterfly algorithm has slow convergence and low optimization accuracy in the tracking process. In order to reduce the loss of output power of photovoltaic system, an MPPT control method combining butterfly algorithm with adaptive inertia weight and variable step size disturbance observation method is proposed. In the butterfly algorithm, the population randomly generates the initial solution, and the crossover mutation operation is carried out on the population. The inertia weight is constantly updated with the increase of iteration times, which can reduce the oscillation amplitude in the tracking process, increase the robustness of the algorithm search, and achieve the purpose of global search. Then, the perturbation observation method with variable step size is used to accelerate the convergence speed and accuracy. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional perturbation observation method and butterfly optimization algorithm, the proposed algorithm can find the maximum power point stably, quickly, and accurately in the case of sudden illumination change, which significantly improves the performance of MPPT.

Wireless Sensor Networks Used in Quantum Measurement 无线传感器网络在量子测量中的应用

: A new field in which wireless sensor networks (WSN) can be used is presented. In the microcosmic field, WSN meets great difficulties. In order to realize quantum measurement, we must consider Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle. Besides, quantum measuring theory, quantum cloning theory and matrix mechanics should be taken into account. Finally we raise some possible solutions to make a try.

Intelligent Algorithm Evaluation of Incidental English Vocabulary Acquisition in Complex Reading Tasks 复杂阅读任务中附带英语词汇习得的智能算法评价

Vocabulary is the basis of learning a foreign language, and the cultivation of students' language ability is an effective means to improve students' ability to master vocabulary. In English teaching, how to effectively improve students' vocabulary level is a matter of concern. The main purpose of this paper is to explore how to use intelligent algorithms to analyze and evaluate the effect of incidental English vocabulary acquisition. From the perspective of incidental vocabulary acquisition, this paper further proved that output reading could promote students' English learning and provide some support for its application in practice. Through two groups of immediate tests and delayed tests, it was found that the learning efficiency of Class 1 of output group was higher than that of Class 2 of input group: 42.99>39.09>35.66>28.17, 16.78>14.50>14.49>12.22, 26.50>22.95> 19.32>15.90. In practical application, the study of this paper could not only provide some useful references for senior high school English teaching, but also provide some useful references for students' choice of vocabulary and reading.

This paper explores the development and application of digital twin technology and metaverse in the field of libraries. Digital twin technology blends physical entities with virtual models, allowing for real-time data synchronization, while metaverse creates a new virtual world, providing an immersive and highly interactive online environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the potential application of metaverse in library services, to enhance their quality and convenience, and to introduce relevant concepts and technologies of digital twin models and metaverse. The design scheme emphasizes the importance of creating virtual library scenarios and designing interactive interfaces. Machine Translation and Post-editing in Foreign Language Teaching and Learning: A Systematic Review 外语教学中的机器翻译与后期编辑:系统综述

In recent years, the improvement of machine translation (MT) has facilitated advancements in the new translation mode of Machine Translation Post-editing (MTPE). This study compiles and synthesizes existing literature on post-editing, specifically focusing on text type, evaluation, and pedagogical implication. It is conducted by Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework. The findings suggest that the majority of source texts utilized for MTPE in language learning involve in the general domain, with newspapers being the most frequently employed option. Meanwhile, the results indicate that the translation outputs of NMT post-editing and from-scratch translation were comparable when evaluating PE outcomes in terms of accuracy and fluency. Furthermore, the framework proposed by Krings [1] for assessing Post-editing Effort (PEE) has gained significant acceptance in the field. Ultimately, the utilization of NMT can yield benefits and efficacy in the field of language acquisition. The review also suggests future research directions to analyze issues and advance regarding to post-editing.
