MoCapDT: Temporal Guided Motion Capture Solving with Diffusion Transfer MoCapDT:时间引导运动捕捉解决扩散转移

We present an approach to reconstruct the joint location from noisy marker position in 4D data. The 4D data means the 3D location of different markers and time sequence. At the core of our approach, we apply a modified diffusion model architecture to transfer and denoise the raw marker information in the latent space under the guidance of other temporal data. Then we decode the latent space to not real skeleton 3D space. This enable us not only utilize the temporal guidance, we further utilize the iterative denoising technique to exploit the potential in the diffusion network. Furthermore, we demonstrate that our work outperform auto- encoder based deep learning model by large margin during our experiment on CMU-Synthesized data set and some real-world dataset provided by NC-SOFT.

Feature recognition of English clauses based on particle swarm optimization algorithm 基于粒子群优化算法的英语分句特征识别

Feature recognition of English clauses is a basic problem of syntactic analysis. It is the basis of English-Chinese machine translation. A feature recognition method of English clauses based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. This paper analyzes the characteristics of English clauses, delimits the boundary of clauses, and follows the current optimal particle in the solution space to search the best position through the cooperation and information sharing between particle swarm individuals. The feature set is selected, the crossover and mutation idea of genetic algorithm is introduced, and the crossover operation is carried out to complete the feature recognition of English clauses. The experimental results show that when the threshold P is 50, the recognition accuracy of this algorithm is consistent with that when p is 100, and the recognition accuracy is 93.45%. The accuracy of particle swarm optimization algorithm for English clause feature recognition is high, which remains at about 90%. Compared with the two literature methods, the convergence performance of particle swarm optimization algorithm is better.

Acoustic field separation with 2-layer microphone array 采用双层传声器阵列进行声场分离

: Interference noise seriously affects the recognition accuracy of the target acoustic field. To reconstruct acoustic field of the target sources in non-free acoustic field, a method of acoustic feild separation and reconstruction with 2-layer microphone array is presented. Wtih this method, spherical harmonics in different orders are superposed to describe acoustic pressure distribution for different sound sources, respectively. The coefficient vectors are obtained by matching the measured pressure with the mathematical model. As the coefficient vectors are not changed with the position of measurement planes, once these coefficients are specified, the acoustic pressure of the target sources are determined. The methodology is examined numerically in the acoustic field with two transversely oscillating rigid sphere. The results show that, when two sound sources on the both sides of the measurement arrays, the error of acoustic field separation is 7.36% for the frequency, this method can improve the accuracy of acoustic field recognition.

Optimization Classification Research Based on Laser Scanning Point Cloud Reflectance Intensity Correction 基于激光扫描点云反射强度校正的优化分类研究

: The laser intensity information of 3D terrestrial laser scanning point cloud is very important for target classification, but the effect of classification is not ideal because of the influence of reflection material, incident angle and distance. In this paper, the intensity of point cloud is obtained by scanning the experimental wall surface with a 3D terrestrial laser scanning. By using the method of comparative analysis, the normal vector of point cloud is estimated by using k-nearest neighbor points on the wall surface for each area, and the laser scanning incidence angle is calculated. The influence of reflection material, incident angle and distance on laser intensity is analyzed by regression. Through the polynomial regression analysis of scanning distance and laser intensity, the optimized parameters are obtained to correct the laser intensity, and the corrected laser intensity is used to classify the point cloud. The results show that the point cloud laser intensity can be corrected according to the polynomial regression analysis of laser ranging data, and the corrected point cloud laser intensity has a good classification effect.

Uniformity optimization method for arbiter physically unclonable functions 仲裁人物理不可克隆函数的均匀性优化方法

In recent years, hardware encryption based on physically unclonable functions (PUFs) has increased in significance in information security. In general, a PUF is evaluated by three indicators: reliability, uniqueness, and uniformity. In this paper, the arbitrator PUF is mainly studied, and a uniformity adjustment scheme is proposed. The main idea of this scheme is to add an adjustment module to the original circuit and construct an algorithm that automatically sets the adjustment signal according to the response. Finally, we use FPGAs to test the uniformity, reliability, and uniqueness of the adjusted PUF.K.

Application of Virtual Simulation Technology in Martial Arts Routine Movement Analysis 虚拟仿真技术在武术套路动作分析中的应用

This study aims to explore the application of virtual simulation technology in martial arts routine movement analysis. With the development of virtual reality technology, its application in the field of martial arts teaching and movement analysis has attracted wide attention. This study uses virtual simulation environment and movement analysis algorithm to reconstruct, express and analyze martial arts routine movements, and extract corresponding movement analysis indexes. Through experiment and data analysis, the effectiveness and accuracy of virtual simulation technology in martial arts routine movement analysis are evaluated. The research results show that virtual simulation technology provides a new way and tool for martial arts teaching and movement analysis, and can understand and evaluate the quality and performance of martial arts routine movements more deeply.
