This paper puts forward a methodology of building network action surveillance system and a concept of knowledge base in active real-name system and automatic surveillance system. The purpose of this paper is to develop an effective evaluation model for network behaviours based on the actual situation of China, through analysis and study of privacy law to establish a real-name system for users of active participation and an automatic surveillance system, and develop an automatic surveillance system based on protocol, behavioral data and model,and this system can self-integrate and self-expand.

A road tracing hardware and navigation algorithm for smart car is designed based on CCD vision. The road image is obtained by CCD, and is been processed within full-line, regional searched and key points selected to calculate the route curve, and the route curve is classify for difference control strategy. Depending on the different curve of route, the corresponding control strategy is selected. An intelligent vehicle tracing algorithm which is based on PD control is designed. Through practice, this algorithm can made the smart car run stably and rapidly, even if the guide line of the road is complex.

Information is also an objective reality like substance and energy. This paper first analysis the process of measurement using the information theory, puts forward the essence of measurement process and builds a information model for the measurement process, which can explain why the interference and error are always existed in the result of measurement. The dialectical relationship between the measurement process and the epistemology are also confirmed in this paper, in order to get the exactly information that can reflect the measured object, the paper put forward many methods following the epistemological principles. At last, The technology of multi-sensor fusion is used to reduce errors in measurement, which displays that the application of measurement information theory in science and technology. The measurement information theory is very important to guide the methods of design and ideas in measurement process.

To unforced nonlinear systems, based on the state equation of control systems, the definition of state space transition is given. First of all, the state space transition of the system is obtained by utilizing the solution of related linear homogeneous equation; then based on the differential equation in series forms, the state space transition of the state equation of the unforced nonlinear system is given by heuristic method. The method in this paper can be used to the design of nonlinear control systems.

An effective ensemble should consist of a set of networks that are both accurate and diverse. Ensemble learning is an algorithm to improve the generalization ability of the unstable classifier. We propose an improved boosting algorithm based on cloud model for constructing neural network ensemble, where cloud model is used to classify trained networks according to similarity and optimally select the most accurate individual network from each cluster to make up the ensemble. Empirical studies on regression of typical datasets showed that this approach yields significantly smaller ensemble achieving better performance than other traditional ones such as Bagging and Boosting. The bias variance decomposition of the predictive error shows that the success of the proposed approach may lie in its properly tuning the bias/variance trade-off to reduce the prediction error.

In order to improve information transmission rate in unit bandwidth, using direct-sequence spread-spectrum CDMA thinking, creatively present a new multi-path direct sequence spread spectrum wireless communication systems' model, and give its multi-path interference performance based on MATLAB. Simulation results show that the system can increase the information transmission rate in unit bandwidth through enhancing the length of the spreading code and the SNR.

An artificial immunity principle based model for information system security risk evaluation is proposed. Recognition of harmful antigen by immunocytes is simulated. Immature, mature and memory detectors are defined. Evolution process of the detector is derived with math method. The math model in which the detectors recognize threats is constructed. The intensity of a threat and the vulnerability in the information system are recognized. The quantitative computation equation of security risk is deduced through the threats and vulnerabilities. The theoretical analysis shows that the proposed model provides a new approach for the information system security risk evaluation in real-time and quantity.

Ridership forecast is one of the important bases for urban rail transport network planning, design, construction and operation. For the shortcomings of traditional ridership forecast in the stiff human-computer interaction forms, the signal forecast model, the low computational efficiency and the intensive labor, multi-agent-based urban rail transport ridership forecast system was designed. The Man-Machine-Agent accepted the data from the users and allocated the forecast task to the Management-Agent, in the collaboration and coordination to the next Data-Evaluation-Agent, Model-Selection-Agent, Ridership-Forecast-Agent, returned the forecast results to the Man-Machine-Agent and gave the users the proposed forecast advice and guidance by the User-Proposed-Agent. The system have the excellence of playing a variety of forecast models for a variety of different conditions, and can satisfy the randomness, non-linear and non-deterministic case for the strong adaptability, robustness and flexibility.

Rough set theory is a relatively new mathematical tool to deal with imprecise, incomplete and inconsistent data. The content of this paper is twofold. First, to decrease computational time, band reduct is performed on multispectral remote sensing image using rough set and information entropy. Second, image classification is obtained after band reduction, Gaussian mixture model and EM algorithm are considered. The algorithm designed in this paper can make bands reduction and multispectral remote sensing image classification unsupervised. Experimental results show that the proposed method did have effective and valid performance.
