Gas productivity analysis of high speed non-Darcy flow in deformed media gas reservoir 变形介质气藏高速非达西渗流产气量分析

The gas producivity is infuluenced by many factors. In the routine calculation of gas productivity, many factors were negelected for convenience such as the non-Darcy flow, the changes of gas PVT parameters and the deformation of rock media. In order to analysis the effect of these factors on gas productivity, the mathematical model of high speed non-Darcy unstable flow in deformed media gas reservoir, which takes the changes of PVT of real gas with pressure into consideration, has been made in this paper. Numerical difference technology is used to find solution to the mathematical model,in which there is a well in the center of the round closed layer and the well bottom hole pressure is kept as constant in the production. And the effect of the factors on the gas productivity is analyzed. The results show that the influences of porosity changes caused by media deformation to productivity can be neglected, the changes of permeability can lead to the decreasing of productivity in the early period. And the productivity under the conditions of the high-speed non-Darcy flow and the changes of gas PVT is higher than the one when the gas flow is linear and PVT of gas is constant. These research results are meaningful to predict the gas productivity accurately.

Dynamic Bayesian network optimized by particle filtering in gene regulatory networks 基因调控网络中粒子滤波优化的动态贝叶斯网络

with the development of bioinformatics, gene regulatory network research has gained growing more attention. The process of transcription regulation research has played a crucial role in the biomedical research. In a recent research work, the dynamic Bayesian network has become a powerful gene regulatory network modeling tool, which can show the power of the description of the relationship between complex gene regulations. However, because the vast majority of existing works simultaneously use all of the observational data on the reconstruction of the network structure and parameters optimization, so micro-array expression data in the timing characteristics have not been fully tapped. To solve the above problem, in this paper, the particle filter method is introduced into the framework of dynamic Bayesian networks algorithm, learning gene regulatory networks from the micro array expression data in sequential. By the test on brewer's yeast cell cycle microarray expression data, the algorithm is proven to be successful in capturing the dynamic characteristics of expression data. Experimental results show that compared some other works, the algorithm has higher accuracy, and can be more accurately expressed gene regulatory network structure.

Research on improving ecological compensation mechanism of mineral resources development 完善矿产资源开发生态补偿机制研究

The defect of the ecological compensation mechanism in development of mineral resources is the origin of ecological damage and environmental pollution. Based on discussing the significance of improving the ecological compensation mechanism of mineral resources development, the shortcomings of the ecological compensation mechanism in current mineral resources development are analyzed systematically, and then countermeasures and proposals are proposed, including speeding up the legislative process, making the main object clearly, determining collecting channels, standards and methods of the compensation funds, improving impact assessment system of mining environment and establishing a special management department for ecological environment in mining areas, and so on.

Study on the lab teaching system construction of information management and information system profession 信息管理与信息系统专业实验教学体系建设研究

The talents cultivation of information management and information system profession focus on the improvement of students' practical abilities, therefore the construction of high-quality practical teaching system is extremely important, while the practical teaching relies on the construction and development of professional laboratory. Based on the focus of practical teaching, this paper proposed the thought of lab teaching system construction, and then took it as the mainline to construct five sub-systems: practical teaching objective system, practical teaching contents system, practical teaching conditions system, practical teaching management system, and practical teaching evaluation system, thus provided a distinct and feasible thought for constructing lab of information management profession.
信息管理与信息系统专业的人才培养注重学生实践能力的提高,因此建设高质量的实践教学体系极为重要,而实践教学又依赖于专业实验室的建设与发展。本文以实践教学为重点,提出了实验室教学体系建设的思路,并以此为主线,构建了实践教学目标体系、实践教学内容体系、实践教学条件体系、实践教学管理体系、实践教学评价体系五个子系统,为信息管理专业实验室建设提供了清晰可行的思路。

Analysis and application of Wireshark in TCP/IP protocol teaching Wireshark在TCP/IP协议教学中的分析与应用

TCP/IP is widely employed to interconnect computing facilities in today's network environments, and it is the most important content of networking elements study. This paper introduces the functions and characteristics of Wireshark, and expounds its analysis and application in TCP/IP protocol teaching by some specific examples. The practice shows that good teaching result will be received with the aid of Wireshark and it is worth popularization and application.

Fast rotation invariant face detection in color image using multi-classifier combination method 基于多分类器组合的彩色图像快速旋转不变性人脸检测

A robust and real-time facial detector has been designed using multi-classifier combination method. The new detector composes of three classifiers: Skin color detector, AdaBoost detector based on haar-like features, and eye-mouth detector, a semi-serial architecture is designed to combine the three detectors, which set up the division and cooperation system and draw on each other's merits to implement the quick and efficient facial detection. An illumination independent skin color detector has been designed. Retinex algorithm based on the advanced adaptive smoothing filter is exploited to remove illuminant in color images and then skin color pixels are classified through there color information. This method increase efficiency and ability of skin color detection in images contaminated by illuminant. Besides this, the advanced adaptive smoothing algorithm adopts adaptive windows to replace the iteration, which guarantees real-time performance of skin color detector. Based on the acquirement and conditions of the new facial detector, a simple efficient eye-mouth classifier has been designed to reduce miss detection caused by rotary faces. The detector chooses color feature of eyes and mouth and geometric feature between eyes and mouth. Experimental result proves that the new face detector implements real-time face detection and improves detection robustness.

This paper investigated the influence of the shadow environment on the path recognition for the vision navigation system of the agricultural wheeled-mobile robot. In base of path recognition in the ordinary environment, a new method based on the SOM neural network was applied to the path recognition in the shadow environment. Experimental results proved that the new method was effective on the shadow environment, and could obtain the target navigation path rapidly, reliably and accurately.

The benefits of feedback in learning have been well documented. Studies across the past twenty years have brought to light three important findings. Individuals prefer specific, timely feedback. Timely and specific feedback enhances performance. Specific feedback that is provided throughout the learning task affects learner self-efficacy. In this paper, we introduce experiential learning; then we study Feedback in Experiential Learning; finally, we introduce self-efficacy.
