Introduction : The oral cancer includes various kinds of malignant neoplasms developed in the mouth. The present study aims at applying the grape seed extract in dentistry (systematic review study). Materials and methods : In this systematic review study, the articles of databases of Google Scholar, PubMed and SCOPUS were searched within 2000-2020. All information was classified in a table. Results: In searching the [13] investigated the role of grape seed extract in treating the toxicity by radiotherapy and suggested that both types of extract (grape seed extract (GSE) and grape peel extract (GPE)) reduce the impacts of chemotherapy cytotoxicity or radiotherapy on the natural cells. In view of the various impacts of grape seed extract on dentistry, we investigated the impact of grape seed extract on the oral cancer in this systematic review study (Figure 1). animal studies confirm the impact of grape seed extract on treatment of oral cancer cells. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct the clinical trial studies in the field of use of the grape seed extract as the therapeutic supplement in treating the oral cancer.

Paratesticular liposarcoma, a rare pathological entity. They usually mimic the inguinal hernia because of the location of the tumor. Physical examination is not considered appropriate for diagnosis; hence, for confirmatory diagnosis ultrasound and CT scan is performed. A 66 year old heavy smoker came into the outpatient department with a painless swelling on left side. Initially no suspected metastatic lesion; however, detailed investigation revealed small hepatic and renal cysts with lymphadenopathy. The dedifferentiated histopathological report is suggestive that it is high grade tumor; hence, patient underwent radical orchiectomy with the excision of the paratesticular mass followed by chemotherapy and lymph node dissection.

There is no cure for covid-19. Therefore, medical workers get easily trapped in defensive medicine, which is doing the extra prescription or work to avoid a lawsuit. Defensive medicine adds stress to practitioners. Also, among the medical team, many doctors or nurses got infected or even died. All these things make medical or nursing practice a very challenging profession, not alone the stress of seeing life and death scenes every day and cry with them. That stress not only affects the quality of practice, it also affects practitioners’ mental health, physical health, and family relationships. This paper will be research on how medical workers, especially the young ones fresh out of medical school should handle all these issues.
