At normal state the electrocardiogram presents for each cycle a sequence of five waves denoted with the letters P, Q, R, S T. Each of these waves represents the electric activity in the various phases of the cardiac cycle. Further on, we present the modelling of the blood volume, if we administer a certain substance amount, then its passing speed will depend on its concentration, hence the volume at which it spreads in the deposit. The isotopic methods present the advantages of a more direct expression of the factors mentioned and the increased objectivity of the results compared to other functional exploration methods. A direction of priority interest is represented by the biocybernetic concept, biomathematics and system theory for the explanation of the cardiovascular control in the physical effort. Stress cardiomyopathy is a disease caused by an intense emotional or physical stress leading to reversible, rapid or severe cardiac dysfunction. Heart disease causes the greatest worries. The idea of the disease transforms the person with his own mentality in a danger state

Signal transduction pathways play a central role in cancer development and progression by regulating various cellular processes. Dysregulation of these signaling pathways is common in cancer cells and contributes to their uncontrolled growth and survival. Targeting these aberrant signaling pathways has therefore emerged as a promising strategy to prevent cancer cell proliferation and promote therapeutic outcomes. This study highlights the critical role of signaling pathway activation and regulation in cancer biology. Furthermore, our results identified oncogenes such as PIK3CA, EGFR, AKT1, MAP2K1, AR, JAK2

This abstract attempts to explore if genetically inherited diseases could be prevented before conception. Sequencing Egg and Sperm before conception and comparing with the Reference Sequence will identify any deleterious mutations which will predict the onset of any serious illness in the embryo. Male and female differ genetically by their respective sex chromosome composition, that is, XY as male and XX as female. Although both X and Y chromosomes evolved from the same ancestor pair of auto somes, the Y chromosome harbors male-specific genes, which play pivotal roles in male sex determination, germ cell differentiation, and masculinization of various tissues. While the X-chromosome of the mother is made of 164 million AT-GC nucleotide base pairs and carries 1,144 genes, the Y-chromosome of the father is made of 59 million A-T-GC base pairs and carries 231 genes. The next generation of Nanopore Sequencer will sequence the X and Y-chromosome cheaper, faster and with great precision and accuracy. To this date, more than 6,000 genetic disorders are identified, and new genetic disorder are constantly being added in the medical literature. Some of the confirmed disorders include. Down syndrome (Trisomy 21), Fragile X syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, Turner syndrome, Cystic Fibrosis, Thalassemia., Sickle Cell Anemia,Huntington's Disease, Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy, Tay-Sachs Disease etc. Although some of these genetic diseases are treatable, Most of them remain under investigation. Once a mutation related to a disease is identified, our next challenge is to design drugs to shut of that mutated gene. Since the language of life of all living creatures are written in the same four genetic nucleotides, a drug design to treat genetic disease in animals could

Colorectal cancers (CRC) are a common cancer globally. The commonest symptoms were rectal bleeding (57%), pain (44%), and altered bowel habits (26%). 13 percent of the patients of colorectal cancer found signet ring tumor Histopathology which shows poor outcome of this very tumor , The CEA (Carcinoembryonic antigen) level estimation in patient serum commonly perform, surgery is a backbone of treatment unless until contraindicating factors are present after surgery tissue specimen required to send for not only histopathological studies rather also to look for tumor Immunohistochemistry studies in order to plan colorectal cancer very well directed chemotherapy according to its receptor as well as genetic or epigenetic alterations in BRAF, K-RAS, MMR, Most patients had localized or locally advanced disease. Twenty-eight percent of the patients had metastatic disease with liver being the commonest site of metastases (14%) followed by peritoneum and lung. More than half of the patients received treatment with a curative intent. Colorectal cancer in India differs from data than what we have found in data from western countries, In India we had more young patients, higher proportion of signet ring carcinomas, and more patients presenting with an advanced stage.
