A Research on the Construction and Development of “Loose-Leaf” Textbook Resources for Accounting Majors 会计专业“活页教材”资源建设与开发研究

In recent years, the “order-based” talent training model has been integrated into vocational education, and the bridge that effectively supports school-enterprise cooperation is the textbooks co-edited by both parties. Due to the particularity of the accounting profession, changes in relevant systems often affect its textbooks, which mandate updating in real time. Its traditional teaching materials lack flexibility, with a relatively fixed knowledge structure, and making flexible adjustments pose a challenge. There is a gap between the accounting talents nurtured under the background of the information age and the market demand. The new loose-leaf textbooks help students realize the transfer of professional knowledge and skills, as well as reflect the value of textbooks for the characteristic development of vocational colleges. This study first sorts out relevant research results of both local and foreign scholars, analyzes the relationship between the three reforms of teaching and the construction of loose-leaf textbooks, and finally puts forward ideas for the construction and development of loose-leaf textbook resources.
近年来,“订单式”人才培养模式已融入职业教育,而双方合编教材是有效支撑校企合作的桥梁。由于会计行业的特殊性,相关制度的变化往往会影响到会计教材,会计教材需要实时更新。其传统教材缺乏灵活性,知识结构相对固定,灵活调整是一个挑战。信息时代背景下培养的会计人才与市场需求存在差距。新型活页教材帮助学生实现了专业知识和技能的转移,也体现了教材对高职院校特色发展的价值。本研究首先梳理了国内外学者的相关研究成果,分析了三次教学改革与活页教材建设的关系,最后提出了活页教材资源建设与发展的思路。

An Econometric Analysis of Housing Prices in Beijing’s Xicheng District Under the “Multi-School Zoning” Policy “多校分区”政策下北京西城区房价的计量分析

Students will be ineligible for direct admission to schools in their district under the 2020 “multi-school zoning” policy. In order to determine the extent to which the trend of housing prices in school districts is affected by this policy, this study investigates the housing prices in Xicheng District, Beijing based on the division of school districts. In this study, the data of housing prices and the general situation of communities in Xicheng District, Beijing were obtained from “Anjuke,” dividing them into two periods: 15 months before and after the policy. The DID model and time fixed effect were used to investigate the differential statistics, which indicate the overall net impact of the policy. The results show that the coefficient is negative at a certain statistical level. This indicates that the housing prices of school districts in Xicheng District reduced after the implementation of the “multi-school zoning” policy, suggesting that the policy has effectively reduced the housing prices of school districts in Xicheng District and laid a foundation for the “double reduction” policy in 2022.

A Research on Kuo Chih-Yuan’s Ancient Poetry and Art Song “Liangzhou Ci” 郭致远古诗艺歌《凉州词》研究

Kuo Chih-Yuan was a famous composer in China Taiwan. He was the pioneer of modern music in China Taiwan and was highly recognized in the music industry. His had written a number of art songs, Hokkien songs, children’s songs, and folk songs adapted with vocal works, as well as instrumental works, including piano music, embodying them with strong local characteristics of orchestral suites, operas, musicals, and choral. From the perspective of “Liangzhou Ci,” a creative ancient poetry and art song, this paper expounds Kuo Chih-Yuan’s creative rules and aesthetic principles by sorting out and collecting relevant materials, analyzing the tonality of his works, and making a comparative study of the changes in intervals, rhythm, and musical structure. This paper further refines the characteristics of ancient poetry and art songs in terms of singing, as well as the humanistic characteristics and historical implications that need to be highlighted when interpreting ancient poetry and art songs, in hope to provide useful reference for vocal music teaching and performance.

Research on Structural Deformation Monitoring and Analysis of Ancient Castle Buildings Using Three-Dimensional Laser Scanning Technology 基于三维激光扫描技术的古堡建筑结构变形监测与分析研究

Deformation monitoring refers to the measurement that monitors the change of monitored object using measuring instrument, and determines the deformation status of the target body by recording the changes of the representative discrete points on the target body. Its main purpose is to obtain the deformation characteristics of the spatial position and shape with time and vibration, and to analyze and judge the reasons for the deformation according to the obtained data. The three-dimensional laser scanning technology is also known as the real-scene replication technology. Compared with the traditional measurement technology, the three-dimensional laser scanning technology is high-speed, non-destructive, penetrating and accurate. Taking three-dimensional laser scanning as the technical medium and Deshengmen Gate (Watchtower) as an example, this paper provides technical analysis methods and case studies for the structural deformation monitoring of ancient castle buildings.

This paper attempts to explore the differences between Chinese and Western paintings by comparing the artworks of different painters. Through the analysis of a series of elements, such as color, composition, and painting tools, of specific works, this paper reveals the differences in the ideological connotations of eastern and western paintings.

Research on the Influence of Media Convergence on the Transformation and Upgrading of the Media Industry 媒介融合对传媒业转型升级的影响研究

With the continuous development of social science and internet technology, media convergence has become an inevitable trend in the development of the media industry, and the current society has entered the era of media convergence. In this environment, media convergence has emerged at a pivotal period. Traditional media and emerging media are integrating with one another, putting forward not only new but also higher requirements for the traditional publishing industry in China. Under the development trend of this kind of media, the digital publishing industry chain is undergoing profound changes, and the publishing industry must actively upgrade its thought ideas, operation mechanism, information dissemination, and many other optimization transformations to ensure that under media convergence, there is stability of the traditional publishing industry, sustainable innovation, as well as development. This paper will make a detailed analysis of the characteristics of media convergence and explore the difficulties and development strategies of media industry upgrading in the era of media convergence.

The Construction and Implementation of a Compound Foreign Language Talent Training Model 复合型外语人才培养模式的构建与实施

With increasing global exchanges and cooperation, there is an increasing demand for foreign language interdisciplinary talents. The cultivation of interdisciplinary foreign language talents is a long-term, complicated methodical endeavor, which requires constant exploration by experts in foreign language circles. In order to cultivate compound foreign language talents in colleges and universities, it is important to change the educational concept, enhance the teaching staff, and innovate the talent training mode. In the training of compound foreign language talents in colleges and universities, a compound talent training model of “foreign language + major or direction” should be established, and beginning from the actual situation of the major, the bold exploration and implementation of the transformation of the concept of compound foreign language talent training should be followed through, while strengthening the construction of teaching staff, optimizing the professional curriculum, updating the teaching content, as well as enriching the methods and measures of teaching.

At present, it has become a hot research field to improve production efficiency and improve life experience through big data analysis. In the process of big data analysis, how to vividly display the results of the analysis is crucial. So, this paper introduces a set of big data visualization analysis platform based on financial field. The platform adopts the MVC system architecture, which is mainly composed of two parts: the background and the front end. The background part is built on the Django framework, and the front end is built with html5, css3, and JavaScript. The chart is rendered by Echarts. The platform can realize the classification of customers' savings potential through bank data, and make portraits of customers with different savings levels. Research on the Mode of Online Administrative Litigation under the Background of "Internet +": A Case Study of Hangzhou Internet Court “互联网+”背景下的网络行政诉讼模式研究——以杭州互联网法院为例

The development of e-commerce economy has led to the emergence of new types of legal relationships. The promotion of administrative litigation models should be an approach to promote strengths and avoid weaknesses, whether online or offline. Exploring the advantages of the online litigation model can speed up the processing rate of administrative cases. Relying on big data will also help trial judges accurately locate administrative litigation cases and save judicial resources. Under the background of "Internet +", how to make full use of big data to further advance the online litigation model and solve the problems in judicial practice has become an urgent priority.
电子商务经济的发展导致了新型法律关系的出现。行政诉讼模式的推广,无论是线上还是线下,都应该是扬长避短的途径。挖掘网络诉讼模式的优势,可以加快行政案件的处理速度。依托大数据,还可以帮助审判法官准确定位行政诉讼案件,节约司法资源。在“互联网+”背景下,如何充分利用大数据,进一步推进网上诉讼模式,解决司法实践中存在的问题,已成为当务之急。

Nowadays, Internet technology has been developed to a higher level, and has also gained more and more popularity in people's life and work. Internet technology has penetrated into many fields, providing more convenience for people. Judging from the current development momentum of China's e-commerce industry, fierce market competition and increasingly picky demand of customers, coupled with the gradual formation of online sales model, have all made the existing e-commerce industry face greater challenges, as well as opportunities worth taking advantage of. At present, relying on the rapid development of Internet and computer technology, the concept of "big data" has been popularized. Under the background of big data, every industry has undergone changes and improvement, especially the e-commerce industry, which can more accurately determine the consumers' consumption needs and habits, and can further understand their purchasing power, thus realizing accurate marketing, and strengthening its marketing reliability and pertinence.
