A measurement technique about coordinate of space points based on digital close range photogrammetry was investigated. Two kinds of reference points were placed on the object surface to determinate their spatial position by identifying and detecting. Several key techniques, including code and decode, calibration of the camera, camera orientating technique, high precise image processing algorithm were also studied. The precision of the algorithm was tested and a sample was provided. The result indicated that the testing scope is enlarged and the demand for the measurement of 3D object, especially of the big object is satisfied.

Based on the demand analysis of network operation of rail transit AFC system, a new kind of contactless IC card reader middleware is designed in order to make different non-contact IC card reader equipment compatible with each other, unify the fare calculation and achieve uniform ticket process. The contactless IC card reader middleware includes initialization module, security access module, ticket-card authentication module, fare calculation module and transaction generation module, which packages ticket business rules of rail transit and card processing procedure and interacts with application software and reader devices through a unified interfaces, so as to create a link to connect the card reader and the application software of AFC system. It is a cost-effective option to regenerate AFC systems of the old rail transit lines. It also can solve the problem of maintenance when AFC system upgrades, and reduce cost.

In this paper an improvement of the performance for detecting faces in color images is proposed. This improvement is achieved by integrating the AdaBoost learning algorithm with skin color information. Firstly, the system searches the entire image for face candidates by skin color segmentation and morphological operations, then a powerful feature selection algorithm, AdaBoost is performed to automatically select a small set of features in order to achieve robust detection results, the final face regions are obtained via scanning these face candidates using the cascaded classifier, which is constructed by AdaBoost algorithm.The complete system is tested on a variety of color images and compared with other relevant methods. Experimental results show the proposed system obtains competitive results and improves detection performance substantially.

The functional requirements of water supply network based on GIS are introduced. The application logic structure of water supply network based on GIS chooses three-tier/N-tier architecture. The system is divided into six subsystems. Among them, the analysis subsystem, the aided design subsystem, the installation and maintenance management subsystem and the customer service subsystem serve data management subsystem. The system management subsystem is the control center of other subsystems. The urban network MIS stated in this paper has been implemented successfully in some cities of China.

On basis of the analysis of the requirements of knowledge management for the manufacturing process in manufacturing enterprises, this paper put forward a knowledge management operation mode for manufacturing process based on knowledge lifecycle, and research the operation mode from the points of the knowledge discovery and acquisition stage, knowledge organization and storage stage, knowledge sharing and application stage and knowledge evaluation and innovation. In this paper, by employing the new characterization of control Lyapunov function, an inverse optimal controller is designed for the nonlinear system. The controller guarantee robustness against some input dynamic uncertainties and in the cost functional, the penalty on the control is not always quadratic. It is shown that the Lyapunov function guaranteeing closed-loop stability is a solution to the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation. With this method an inertia-wheel pendulum system is put forward to verify our conclusion. The control law for the pendulum system is designed to make the system global asymptotically stability on one of its equilibrium point, and computer simulations are given for illustration.

The scheme only requires a dynamic memory in a GTP firewall to store some information flow such as tunnel ID. Since the Yangtze River Delta area is well-known for its advanced and dynamic economy in China, the growth vigor evaluation of the cities in this area is related with the development of Chinapsilas social economy in the long run. This paper, based on system theories, presents an index system measuring cities' development energy with respect to cities' appeal, transforming efficiency, and exporting ability. Combining the grey fixed-weight clustering method with the leveled eigenvalue, we evaluate the growth vigor of 16 cities in the district and then work out categories regarding development vigor of them. In the end, it makes an analysis concerning cities belonging to different classes when practical conditions in the area is considered, and raises problems existing in their development stage as well as countermeasures and recommendations to solve them.

Harmonic signal generator whose frequency, phase and harmonic proportion are adjustable is designed for the detecting equipment of power system. The principle of DDS and the design requirement are introduced. Then the algorithm of ROM compression based on the symmetry of sine wave is expounded. Finally using Altera FPGA, the detail design of the whole system is presented and test waveforms are given. Test results indicate that the system fulfils the design requirements.

Using standard questionnaire, 4658 employees were participated the measurement and evaluation on organizational innovation culture, who came from 84 sub-institutes of Chinese Academy Sciences. The results showed the leaders and employees were satisfied with the effects of the building of organizational innovation culture in Chinese Academy Sciences. The 3 highest evaluation indexes were country-oriented; innovation encouragement and imagine logo and the 3 lowest evaluation indexes were altruistic behavior, responsibility and affair-opened. The employees under 30 years old evaluated leadership behavior highest, the employees over 50 years old evaluated employee behavior highest. The evaluation for value beliefs of the employees whose work time were over 20 years was higher than that of other employees. The evaluation for leadership behavior and value beliefs of the key researchers was lower than that of other groups. The evaluation for own leadership behavior of legal persons and leaders were higher than the members.
