: With the continuous development of China's sports industry, the corresponding resettlement policy issues of competitive sport athletes after retirement have become more prominent. This article uses methods such as literature review and on-site investigation to understand that the current social security policies for athletes are not yet perfect, and there are still some athletes who cannot achieve career conversion after retirement, causing employment difficulties. If this problem is not solved for a long time, it will seriously affect the sustainable development of competitive sport in China. Therefore, by studying the current situation and solutions of competitive sport athletes' post-retirement resettlement, we can provide some theoretical reference for the development of competitive sport athletes' post-retirement resettlement

: By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper studies the traditional sports of ethnic minorities in China under the strategy of Healthy China. It is concluded that the traditional sports of ethnic minorities have the characteristics of long history, rich variety, distinct regionality and cross-interoperability among sports. It also has fitness, entertainment and cultural value. And close to the actual strategy of Healthy China on the basis of proposed : to strengthen the theoretical system of traditional sports of ethnic minorities ; build and improve the public service system of minority traditional sports; strengthening the training of ethnic minority traditional sports professionals; the development strategy of promoting the industrialization development of minority traditional sports health resources.

: With the development of social economy and the improvement of daily living standards, humans are paying more and more attention to physical and mental health, and exercise has become an important component of a healthy lifestyle. As a new Social phenomenon, healthy life has a great impact on human daily behavior. How to combine physical exercise to form a more perfect healthy lifestyle to promote physical and mental health has become a research hotspot in the world today. This article aims to promote the organic integration of healthy lifestyle and exercise behavior, and deeply explores the importance and role of healthy lifestyle and physical exercise in physical and mental health. It also makes a clearer statement on the boundaries of physical and mental health. This article analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and background information of a healthy lifestyle, and explains why promoting physical and mental health is beneficial for the construction of social civilization. It verifies the effectiveness of a healthy lifestyle that combines sports and exercise in this article. This article shows through experimental results that living a healthy lifestyle that includes appropriate physical exercise can enable individuals to have a higher evaluation index of their physical and mental health status. Compared with individuals who do not deliberately exercise for daily life, the average assessment index has increased by 11.7%. A healthy lifestyle and physical exercise have an extremely important impact on physical and mental health. Guiding society more correctly and widely promoting the correct concept of physical exercise to promote physical and mental health is conducive to promoting the healthy development of social civilization.

: The outbreak of the “Covid-19” has made the revitalization of education model inevitable. Although the "golden course" is a hot topic in the reform of undergraduate teaching in Chinese higher education institutions, postgraduates are the main source of high-level innovative talents, and the construction of "golden course" is also a way to revitalize the education model. The construction of "golden course" is also very important. In this paper, we take public physical education for postgraduates in Chinese universities as an example, and explore the paths of constructing online and offline hybrid "golden courses".

Adolescents are the hope of the country and the future of the nation. The important subject of the "Healthy China" strategy is the youth. Adolescents’ health has a decisive impact on the health of the whole people in the long-term. Youth sports education and physical culture education are of great significance to improve youth sports spirit and culture and improve their physical health. This article uses literature research methods of literature, comparative analysis and logical analysis to analyze and summarize the current status of youth physical fitness and the status quo of physical education, and then organize and summarize the strategies for youth sports development. Through research: youth physical education We cannot simply educate to cope with the exam-oriented education; through the education of youth spiritual culture, we hope to cultivate the characteristics of youth sports and love sports; through the education of sports, we can cultivate the tenacity and courage of young people, and be healthy and strong.

: Cycling Road races are divided into standard time trials, team time trials and individual time trials, which pose a great challenge to the physical fitness of cyclists. In this paper, the power curve model and speed adjustment strategy model are established, and the genetic algorithm method is used to formulate competition strategies for different tracks and different players. The research on this issue can provide guidance for cyclists and help them achieve better results. In order to determine the relationship between the driver’s position on the track and the driver’s strength, this paper establishes a speed adjustment strategy model according to the force analysis. It is essentially a single-objective optimization model. Combining these two models provides runners with instruction in road cycling competitions. In this paper, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model, and comprehensively considers other factors such as weather and player psychology.
