Exploration on the Role of Football Volunteers in the Development of Grassroots Football 足球志愿者在基层足球发展中的作用探讨

According to the investigations, at this stage, the number of Chinese football volunteers is low; the propaganda of football volunteers needs to be strengthened; the activity and legal guarantee mechanism of football volunteers need to be improved, and a reasonable and comprehensive effective system has not been formed yet. Relevant departments shall formulate practical and feasible activity mechanisms in light of the actual local conditions; a systematic training system for football volunteers needs to be established.

Challenges and Choices Facing Stadiums and Gymnasiums from the Perspective of the Development of the Times 从时代发展的角度看体育场馆面临的挑战与选择

With the gradual deepening of the development of the times, the people's yearning for a better life has become the main theme of the development of the times. This article uses research methods of literature and logical analysis to make a specific analysis of the challenges and choices faced by stadiums during the rapid development of the times. The research found that: seize the opportunities of the times to improve the level of stadium construction and operational management capabilities; establish a sound stadium function to achieve multi-channel development; emphasizing innovation-driven development and realizing the diversification of stadium operation modes are new challenges facing the development of the times, and a corresponding development path has been proposed.

Transmission Electron Microscopy Used to Observe the Transversal Tension Transfer of Skeletal Muscle Caused by Acute Centrifugation 用透射电镜观察急性离心引起的骨骼肌横向张力传递

The change of lateral tension of skeletal muscle can have a direct impact on the injury of skeletal muscle. Acute centrifugal exercise is a major factor to promote the transverse tension transfer of skeletal muscle. The purpose of this study is to determine a scientific and reasonable centrifugal movement mode by studying the changes of lateral tension transfer of skeletal muscle caused by acute centrifugal movement. In this paper, the relevant theories and concepts of transmission electron microscope, acute centrifugal exercise and skeletal muscle are explained at first, especially the acute responses of acute centrifugal exercise in three aspects of metabolic cardiopulmonary response, molecular level response and repetition effect are analyzed. The change of lateral tension transfer of skeletal muscle caused by acute centrifugal movement was analyzed concretely by rat model experiment. The results showed that: compared with the intensity of acute centrifugal exercise, the lateral tension of skeletal muscle increased significantly after acute exercise, from 0.36 to 0.65, with a change range of 0.29. The lateral tension before acute exercise increased from 0.24 to 0.29, with a change of only 0.05. Taken together, acute centrifugation can promote an increase in skeletal muscle transverse tension transfer.

The Mechanism of the Effect of Exercise Training on the Morphology of Neurons in the Caudate Putamen of the Mice 运动训练对小鼠尾状壳核神经元形态影响的机制

The purpose of this article is to study the effect of exercise training on neuronal morphology of somatosensory regions and caudate putamen in the cerebral cortex of mice. In this paper, 20 female mice of Kunming species and 20 mice were paired and randomly assigned to the exercise group and the control group. The exercise group mice performed physical activities. After 8 weeks of exercise training on the exercise treadmill, in a quiet state, tissue sections of the somatosensory area of the cerebral cortex were prepared and HE stained. The changes in tissue morphology were observed under an optical microscope and cell counts were performed. The mice were sacrificed during sexual maturity and senescence, and seven morphological parameters in the frontal cortex neurons of two types of mice were measured by cytomorphometry. The test was used to compare the differences between the parameters of different groups. To a certain extent, it can promote the increase of 12% in the nucleolus of canine pyramidal cells in the sensory area of the cerebral cortex of the white mice, and the increase in the density of the spinal cyst spines in the middle pyramidal cells of the sixth layer and the middle astrocytes of the caudal shell. The conclusion shows that proper exercise can increase the activity of neurons in the caudate putamen of the rat brain, which is beneficial to the transmission of neurons and the release of transmitters, and promotes the function of the brain.

Effect of Ankle Proprioceptive Training on Preventing Ankle Injury of Martial Arts Players 踝关节本体感觉训练对武术运动员踝关节损伤的预防作用

The ankle joint is an important weighted joint of the human body, and it is very easy to sprain in daily sports and life. Furthermore, functional ankle instability can be easily caused by an acute sprain of the ankle, which increases the risk of re-spraining. In view of this, this article summarizes and analyzes the literature on rehabilitation treatment of functional ankle instability, and explores the effect of proprioceptive training of ankle joints on the prevention of ankle injury in martial arts. This article selects a university martial arts team as the research object, and randomly divides them into 5 male and female experimental groups and 5 control groups. The experimental group received ankle muscle strength training, and the control group received ankle muscle strength training and ankle proprioception training. The dynamic balance system was used to perform balance tests before and after training in all control groups and experimental groups. After training, it has a significant effect on the average direction control ability, forward and left direction control ability, the value after training significantly increases, and the P values are 0.017, 0.032, and 0.043, respectively. The experiments in this paper show that both ankle muscle strength training and ankle joint proprioceptive training combined with muscle strength training can improve the dynamic and static balance ability of martial arts players; moreover, the combination of the two training combined to improve the balance ability is more significant and can effectively prevent the ankle joint the appearance of damage.

Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, from the perspective of healthy sports, this paper combs the development of campus football, and analyzes the impact of campus football on students' health and the prevention and control of potential risks. To further promote the development of campus football. The research shows that: the development of Chinese campus football has gone through three stages, and then it begins to get on the right track. In the process of development, it brings beneficial influence to students, but also has some potential risks. We should attach importance to it and guide campus football to develop in a virtuous circle through reasonable control.

Physical fitness training is the foundation and necessary condition for all sports. The physical fitness training in table tennis teaching has a significant impact on the physical fitness and character development of middle school students. This article briefly analyzes the important role of physical fitness training in middle school table tennis teaching through research methods of literature and logical analysis. This research proposes a reasonable design of physical fitness training teaching plans, adopting diversified physical fitness training teaching methods, and focusing on students nerve control of muscles, special physical fitness training for table tennis teaching and other strategies are set up to improve teaching level.

Interpretation of Marathon from the Perspective of Psychology 心理学视角下的马拉松解读

In recent years, the marathon has become increasingly popular and popular all over the world. The number of people participating in the marathon is increasing, and the people who participate in this sport have a long-lasting motivation to participate. This article adopts research methods of literature and logical analysis, through the analysis of the psychological state of the people who run marathon from attention, participation, persistence, and finally development to the urban marathon enthusiastic runners at each stage of the growth process, which is for the majority of amateur marathons. The scientific exercise of runners and physical and mental health provide a theoretical basis, and at the same time provide a reference for the healthy development of the Chinese mass marathon.
近年来,马拉松运动在世界各地越来越受欢迎和欢迎。参加马拉松比赛的人数越来越多,参加这项运动的人有一个持久的动力去参加。本文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法的研究方法,通过分析跑马拉松的人从关注、参与、坚持,最后发展到城市马拉松热心跑者成长过程的各个阶段的心理状态,这是针对广大业余马拉松爱好者的。为跑者的科学锻炼和身心健康提供理论依据,同时为中国大众马拉松的健康发展提供参考。

The Campus football as the focus and breakthrough of physical education reform, its significance and role is decisive. As a carrier of the research, this article will core literacy and platform, using research method of literature and logic analysis, to interpret the new era of campus football connotation, analyze the campus football an important value in core in training students' physical quality, sports core literacy as a sub part of the core literacy, highlight its unique educational value through physical activity. The research found that the core quality in the campus football can cultivate students' athletic ability, healthy behavior and sports morality, contribute to the development of students in an all-round way, has a unique research value in talent training.
校园足球作为体育教学改革的重点和突破口,其意义和作用是决定性的。本文将核心素养作为研究的载体和平台,运用文献资料和逻辑分析法的研究方法,解读新时代校园足球的内涵,分析校园足球在培养学生身体素质方面的重要价值,将体育核心素养作为核心素养的一个子部分,通过体育活动凸显其独特的教育价值。研究发现,校园足球核心素质能够培养学生的运动能力、健康行为和体育道德,有助于学生的全面发展,在人才培养中具有独特的研究价值。
