This study was to investigate the role of positive affect on the effect of person-organization fit and employment. This study used a quantitative approach. 135 employees who worked in PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) Tarahan, Bandar Lampung was chosen as the respondent in this study. Measurement of the person-organization fit variable was measured by an instrument developed by Kristof (1996). Job satisfaction was measured using the Michigan organization assessment questionnaire (Bowling & Hammond, 2008). Positive affect was measured using the positive & negative affect schedule (PANAS) developed by Watson et al (1988). Data processing and hypothesis testing used moderating regression analysis. The findings in this investigation are: first, P-O fit had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, second, positive affect did not moderate the relationship between P-O fit and job satisfaction. This was indicated by the interaction variables that are smaller than the significance value.

The new village market that was built in Pademawu Barat Village, Pademawu District, is not yet fully able to compete with the traditional markets that were running earlier. The inability to compete, includes, the level of visits to the market is low, the income of market management is low, so that the people don't want to visit the village market. The Village Government prefers the important thing to build a physical market, rather than presentations on the future of the Village market. From these problems, researchers want to encourage the realization of thematic markets. As a result, the average community agreed that the market should be used as a thematic market. With the hope, the number of visitors can increase. The method in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive research method.

This research aims to examine how the effects of the performance measurement on psychological empowerment and employee performance. In order to attain the aim of the study, this research is conducted the banking sector, especially Bank Bukopin of Bandar Lampung. According to 40 respondent, researchers analyzed data using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in particularly smart PLS. The result of the study show that the first hypothesis of performance measurement has positive and statistically significant on psychological empowerment hypothesis 1 is supported. However, the second hypothesis is partially supported psychological empowerment on employee performance, and the third hypothesis performance measurement results positive influence on employee performance, then the third hypothesis is supported. This study implies that performance measurement enables to improve employee performance both direct and indirectly through psychological empowerment.

Supply chain management, especially in manufacturing companies, is very important as the companies rely on the raw materials needed for production. Moreover, the success of a company is also determined by how it could gain competitive advantage to compete in the industry. It is proven that a company with effective supply chain management and competitive advantage would perform better. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of supply chain management and competitive advantage on company performance conducted at PT Ahlindo Perkasa Alam. This research uses quantitative method with Census sampling of 32 employees working in the company. The test results show that Supply Chain Management and Competitive Advantage have a positive significant effect on Company Performance at PT Ahlindo Perkasa Alam as much as 76.1%.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Net Profit Margin terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio dengan studi kasus objek kajian pada PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Net Profit Margin dan variabel dependen yaitu Dividend Payout Ratio. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan data sekunder dengan analisis time series pada PT Gudang Garam Tbk periode 2007-2016. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis yaitu analisis data deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dengan teknik statistik menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis variabel Net Profit Margin dan Dividend payout ratio pada PT Gudang Garam Tbk periode 2007-2016 cenderung fluktuatif. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,335 artinya hubungan antara variabel berada dalam kategori rendah, besarnya koefisien determinasi atau pengaruh Net Profit Margin terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio pada PT Gudang Garam Tbk periode 2007-2016 adalah 11,2%. Pada tahun 2013-2017, profitabilitas perusahaan sektor pertambangan mengalami penurunan yang signifikan. Penurunan paling signifikan terjadi pada sub-sektor pertambangan batu bara. Penurunan profitabilitas dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal (Debt to Equity Ratio, ukuran perusahaan dan umur perusahaan) dan faktor eksternal perusahaan (inflasi dan suku bunga Bank Indonesia). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kelima faktor tersebut terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Objek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di BEI pada periode penelitian tahun 2013-2017. Penelitian ini dikategorikan ke dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kausal dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data adalah metode regresi data panel dan menggunakan Uji-t dan Uji-F untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inflasi, suku bunga Bank Indonesia, Debt to Equity Ratio, ukuran perusahaan, dan umur perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Secara parsial, Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan, sementara inflasi, suku bunga Bank Indonesia, ukuran perusahaan, dan umur perusahaan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

This study aims to analyse the effects of Dividend Per Share, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin simultaneously and partially on stock price. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other. The method of purposive sampling was used in this sample of research. The sample of the research from twenty companies, only eleven are selected because the financial statement from each company are complete since 2013-2017. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. By using regression analysis, this study provides evidence that Devidend per Share have significant positive effect on stock prices. Earning per Share have significant positive effect on stock prices. Net Profit Margin have significant negative effect on stock prices.

This study aims to prove the impact of Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value in Badan Usaha Milik Negara that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study used 4 varibles that represented Good Corporate Governance which is Managerial Ownership, Institusional Ownership, Board of Independent Commissioner, and Audit Committee. Meanwhile Tobin’s Q ratio used to counted Firm Value. Population of this research are all Badan Usaha Milik Negara that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange on 2013 until 2017. There are 20 firm are listed. The total samples are 16 firms selected by using purposive sampling method. Data anlysis and hypothesis testing using multiple regression. From 4 variable that used in this research only 2 that had an effect on firm value. There were Institusional Ownership and Audit Committee. This research prove that Institusional Ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Audit Committee had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Other 2 variable like Managerial Ownership, Board of Independent Commissioner has not effect on firm value, while Audit Committee has negative effect on firm value.
本研究旨在证明良好的公司治理对印尼证券交易所上市公司巴丹优沙公司价值的影响。本研究使用了代表良好公司治理的4个变量,即管理层所有权、机构所有权、独立专员委员会和审计委员会。同时,托宾Q比率用于计算公司价值。本研究的人口均为2013年至2017年在印尼证券交易所上市的Badan Usaha Milik Negara。有20家公司上市。采用有目的抽样方法,共选取16家企业作为样本。使用多元回归进行数据分析和假设检验。在本研究中使用的4个变量中,只有2个对公司价值有影响。有机构所有权和审计委员会。本研究证明,机构持股对企业价值具有显著的正向影响。审计委员会对企业价值的影响为负且不显著。另外两个变量如管理层持股、独立董事对企业价值没有影响,审计委员会对企业价值有负向影响。

Return saham merupakan keuntungan yang diterima investor atas investasi saham. Return saham Indeks Kompas 100 pada tahun 2012-2016 mengalami fluktuatif, sehingga hal tersebut menyebabkan adanya ketidakpastian yang akan didapatkan oleh investor ketika melalukan investasi saham di suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh price to book value, current ratio, tingkat suku bunga dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks Kompas 100 pada 2012-2016. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat suku bunga secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham. Variabel price to book value, current ratio, dan ukuran perusahaan secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Secara simultan, variabel price to book value, current ratio, tingkat suku bunga dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap return saham.

ABSTRAK Honda merupakan salah satu perusahan yang mengeluarkan banyak produk kendaraan, salah satunya ialah Honda Beat. Penelitian ini membahas seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian motor matic Honda beat pada Komunitas Honda Beat di Purwakarta. Alasan penulis mangangkat judul ini sebagai bahan penelitian ialah dikarenakan fenomena pengguna motor Honda beat yang terus berada pada urutan nomor satu penjualan motor Honda. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan ialah untuk mengetahui gambaran dan mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian motor Honda Beat.
