Automation of the process of preparing the production of earthworks 土方工程生产准备过程的自动化

Theoretical and materials for the creation of analog-discrete terrain models and their use in solving engineering problems are presented. With their help, it is possible to model areas of flooding, calculate the receipt of solar radiation, plan the construction of infrastructure facilities and other tasks. Various variants of the interpretation of the construction of analytical and discrete terrain models are considered. Block modules of algorithms for constructing, processing and visualizing analog terrain models are given. The samples of structured data sources for their creation are given. A relief modeling technique based on the use of logical-mathematical and matrix methods of big data processing is proposed.

Sorting of intersection collisions 交叉碰撞排序

The article describes the features of the transition to information modeling at the design stage, which lead to an increase in the number of digital information models. Quantitative and qualitative improvement of models entails an increase in the time spent by highly qualified labor resources. A method is proposed for sorting intersection collisions for their subsequent correction in order to rationalize the use of labor resources in design organizations, and the organization of work to improve the quality of digital information models, and design solutions in general. Thus, using the collision sorting method, assigning weights to elements, it is possible to increase the productivity of qualified engineers through the rational use of labor resources. The greatest number of collisions consist of the intersection of walls with walls, from this it can be concluded that the tool with which the walls are modeled is used incorrectly, there is probably a duplication of elements. The value of weak intersections in the future can be reduced, thereby the verification conditions will become tougher, there will be more intersection collisions, the quality of the CIM will increase after their correction. The values of the weights in this study are assigned based on the fact that the load-bearing elements have a higher priority. As further research, it is possible to determine the weights for most of the CIM elements in different types of capital construction projects by expert evaluation and make methodological recommendations.

Analytical Solution of the Task of Boundary Determining of Flow Spreading 流动扩散边界确定问题的解析解

A mathematical model of a two-dimensional high-speed flow in terms of justification and taking into account several physical assumptions is formulated. The problem is solved analytically in the plane of the velocity hodograph and in the physical plane to determine all parameters in terms of flow flow. The coupling of a uniform flow with a general flow in the form of a "simple wave" made it possible to achieve a reduction in the error of the mathematical model. The adequacy of the pre-sented method is shown. The existing models are described that are insufficiently acceptable and adequate in terms of the geometry of the flow boundary, but with a large mismatch in local depths and velocities. The adequacy of the new model as a whole is characterized by the convergence of the model parameters both in geometry (flow spreading boundaries) and kinematics (depth and flow velocity) increased to 18% in both directions. The section of the "simple wave" should be well combined with the real flow, taking into ac-count the forces of resistance to the flow. The boundaries of the use of the proposed model belong to the section of the expansion of the flow in 3-7 b as required in the reference literature, and have been clarified in earlier works. The proposed model, as shown in the article, takes into account real (experimental) flow spreading and is consistent with previously performed theoretical studies. An important conclusion in the article is that the values of the Froude criterion in the new model can be any in the range from 1 to infinity, and at the same time the section "$X_D^I$" can increase with in-creasing Froude number.

The use of artificial intelligence to detect defects in building structures 利用人工智能来检测建筑结构的缺陷

Monitoring the technical condition of structures is the most important task aimed at improving the reliability and safety of buildings and structures. During the survey, a set of tasks arises to assess visible defects and damages, the solution of which requires the experience and attention of structural survey specialists. Often the omission of visible defects is the most common mistake when examining the engineering and technical condition of a building. Technical vision, as a method of classifying objects in images, can significantly improve the efficiency of visual inspection and reduce the number of errors on the object. In this paper, an algorithm for detecting damage to reinforced concrete structures based on a convolutional neural network model created in the Python programming language is investigated. The neural network was trained and tested on real defects of a monolithic reinforced concrete building. According to the results of the work, the high efficiency of artificial intelligence in determining defects and damages in the framework of the survey of the engineering and technical condition of monolithic reinforced concrete structures of a building under construction was revealed. Automation of works on visual inspection of building structures is a promising direction for the development of artificial intelligence.

The article raises the problem of using predictive analytics to minimize and prevent emergency situations at capital construction sites at stages of the life cycle. The concept and procedure for carrying out current and major repairs of an object are defined, the main regulatory documents in the area under study are reviewed, and the need for a transition from scheduled repairs to repairs as needed is substantiated, i.e. to reduce risks and prevent emergency situations at capital construction projects, it is necessary to carry out a systematic transition from capital repairs according to standard deadlines to repairs based on the actual state of structural elements and create a mechanism for flexible adjustment of capital repair programs, which will allow timely repairs of objects in a worn-out condition. Emergency situations are analyzed by nature and type of sources of occurrence in 2022, as well as in comparison to 2021. The prospects for using predictive analytics to minimize and prevent emergency situations at capital construction sites are considered.

Assessment of the residual service life of reinforced concrete slabs with corrosion damage 具有腐蚀损伤的钢筋混凝土板的剩余使用寿命评估

In connection with the exhaustion of the service life of a significant number of buildings and structures throughout the country, assessing their residual service life in general and load-bearing structures separately is an urgent task. The constant degradation of reinforced concrete bending elements due to the simultaneous impact of force and environmental factors leads to the risk of an accident and collapse. The choice of a method for determining the residual service life of building structures, which makes it possible to determine the probable moment of the onset of the limit state, remains a topical issue. The authors reviewed and analyzed the existing methods for assessing the residual service life of building structures of buildings and structures. Based on the analysis of existing methods and the experience of field surveys of building structures of buildings and structures, a method for determining the residual service life of reinforced concrete bending elements is proposed. The calculations of the residual service life of reinforced concrete floors according to the existing and proposed methods are given, the directions for their improvement are indicated. It is shown that it is advisable to determine the residual service life based on the results of field surveys and verification calculations of reinforced concrete structures, taking into account the identified corrosion damage to concrete and reinforcement caused by an aggressive operating environment, as well as determining the parameters and trends in the development of corrosion damage.

TESTING OF THE FEA COMPUTER PROGRAM WHEN CALCULATING FOUNDATION SETTLEMENT 有限元计算机程序在计算地基沉降时的测试

The paper presents the calculation results of the settlement of massive shallow foundations, obtained by Belarusian scientists, using methods regulated by the norms of the Republic of Belarus for the design of TCP 45-5.01-67-2007 "Slab foundations", TCP 45-5.01-254-2012 " Footings and Foundations" and the Technical Code Eurocode 7 (Part 1,2) "Geotechnical design". The paper also demonstrates the calculation results of the settlement in a real structure - an apartment building located at 37a Stroiteley Str. in Perm, made in the program shells of Plaxis 2D Foundation 1.1, Plaxis 3D Foundation 1.1 and PC LIRA-CAD 2013 R3. The values of these settlements are compared with the corresponding results obtained in the FEA computer program. It turned out that the compared settlements coincide with a degree of accuracy sufficient for engineering calculations. The exception is the results obtained using the PC LIRA-CAD 2013 R3, which appeared to be significantly less. Modeling of changes in the strength parameters of the monolithic bond of layers in three-layer reinforced concrete structures under operational influences 操作影响下三层钢筋混凝土结构层间整体粘结强度参数变化的建模

In industrial housing construction, the improvement of enclosing structures is aimed at improving their operational characteristics in order to create a durable shell of buildings that requires the least cost of repairs and creates comfortable conditions for people to live. To ensure high thermal protection characteristics of buildings, three-layer structures made of materials with various physical and mechanical characteristics of layers and ways of connecting them to each other, ensuring their joint work, have been widely used. One of such methods is the creation of a monolithic-bonded cement matrix, which during operation changes its strength and deformation characteristics and affects the stress-strain state of a multilayer reinforced concrete structure as a whole. Temperature fluctuations were carried out under simulated conditions of exposure from different sides of the tested structure when testing models of multilayer enclosing structures of monolithic cross-section, the strength parameters of the concrete of the middle layer and the contact zone of the layers were compared, as a result of which a decrease in the strength of the layers after exposure was established, not exceeding regulatory requirements.

The paper considers aspects of the reactive behavior of structural elements of large-panel buildings. The problem of determining the position of the centers of mass in the process of interaction of the studied objects is solved, thus allowing us to evaluate the kinetics of the behavior of structural elements. Calculation schemes for determining dynamic reactions in the connections of structural elements under pulsed dynamic action on buildings and structures are proposed. A system of forces of the elements under consideration, balanced by inertial internal and external influences, has been compiled. An interpretation of the behavior of structural elements by an oscillator, a circuit producing a continuous, repetitive, variable wave head start, is proposed. This made it possible to quantify the change in the kinetic energy of structural elements when exposed to each other. An algorithm for determining dynamic reactions in the junctions of structural elements has been developed.
