Consolidation of information models of construction objects into a common big data space 将建筑对象的信息模型整合到一个共同的大数据空间中

The article discusses the issues of consolidation and integration of the accumulated arrays of capital construction models information of objects into a common space of information models, created according to the organization and processing of big data arrays principles. The problems of geoinformation binding of information models, organization of means and places of their storage, methods of processing and providing access to interested subjects are considered. It is proposed to create a common space of information models according to a distributed decentralized scheme with direct interaction between state and commercial participants, both in terms of business integration, and in terms of joint data management and implementation of replication technologies. Examples of practical application of integrative solutions of a common information space of open data from information models of construction objects in relation to existing information systems and services are given.

The transition from traditional asset management during the operation phase to the use of information modeling technology opens up both new opportunities and problems that require detailed study. The Effective use of digital doubles can optimize resource allocation and simplify maintenance practices. This article analyzes the subtleties in the operation of non-industrial buildings using information models based on the study of the regulatory, technical and legislative framework. Through a thorough review of existing building standards and regulations, an attempt was made to critically assess the current state of requirements for technical operational documentation, taking into account the application of information modeling technology. In the course of the study, the main legislative acts were identified, the requirements of which must be fulfilled throughout the entire operation stage of a non-industrial building, as well as the features of maintaining and filling out technical operational documentation for multifunctional shopping complex were identified. The authors carried out work, as a result of which inconsistencies in regulations were identified at the stage of operation of a multifunctional shopping complex using standard methods and using information models. The prospects for further development of the topic were also identified.

The article discusses the relevance of deep learning methods using in predictive analytics of parameters of engineering systems in construction. The advantages and disadvantages of such methods are described, as well as the architecture of a cyberphysical type system based on machine learning for solving the problem of predictive analytics algorithms for building engineering system parameters. Conclusions are drawn about the applicability of the DBSCAN clustering algorithms, neural networks with the Attention mechanism and hierarchical trees ensembles within the research task.

Interaction of urban planning activities in the de-velopment of preschool education 城市规划活动在学前教育发展中的互动作用

The article provides information about previously conducted studies of general educational organizations. Based on this experience, the article examines the positive effects of architectural principles of designing pre-school educational institutions on the development of rural settlements. Implementation of new projects aimed at improving the quality of the living environment of the younger generation. One of the most important qualities of architecture for children is its adaptability and the possibility of space transformation during the life cycle of a children's institution building. The principles of sustainable architecture in digital projects of preschool educational institutions are described, which are the basis for space-planning solutions that combine aspects of energy conservation, environmental safety, organization of a comfortable living environment and provide guarantees of high-quality realization of the needs of future generations. The article shows how seven components of industrial activity are implemented in urban development: territorial planning; urban zoning; territory planning; architectural and construction design; construction; capital repairs; reconstruction of capital construction facilities. These elements of industrial activity are proposed to describe the conditions for improving the quality of the living environment in preschool educational institutions. They include such parameters as children's health, social qualities and improvement of preschool facilities for elementary school students.
