Proposed Project Selection & Prioritization Framework during Front-End Planning (FEP) for Revitalization Project Portfolio at Indonesian Oil Refinery Plant 印度尼西亚炼油厂振兴项目组合前端规划(FEP)中的项目选择和优先排序框架建议

Abstract— Due to their aging, refinery facilities face the threat of suffering from incidents and accidents. Even fatal injury may be caused if running without proper maintenance planning. The revitalization project is performed intended to replace, repair, or increase production capacity at an existing refinery. Like other projects in the construction sector, the revitalization project tends to experience the same common flaws in their performance; project delay, cost overrun, scope creeping, operational mishaps, and canceled or stopped. The best time for a project to experience idea development, conduct scope changes, prepare excellent project engineering, etc., is at the Front-end Planning stage. This paper focused on project selection and prioritization at the Front-end Planning. The focus is then zoomed in to the sub-stage of Front-end Planning (initiation, conceptual, and basic engineering design). The aim is to eliminate the infeasible and unpromising projects that cannot meet the requirement. This focus is necessary before more resources are expended, which can ignite catastrophic events in the organization, primarily financial.The literature reviews have been done on the references to develop a comprehensive framework that decomposes the front-end planning into three sub-phases, providing the platform for project selection in each stage with its different focus and objectives. The new framework is proposed emphasizing the gate review and decision gates for those three sub-stages under the Front-end planning phase. The framework also provides the windows of having different selection criteria at each stage; hence the proper criteria will be efficiently used at the right time. Project proposals must go through a prioritization process since the organization's resource is not unlimited. Project proposals would experience the evaluation and selection as an individual project and, at a subsequent level, would be evaluated as part of the project proposals pool where the Project Management Office will prioritize the suitable projects worth execution.

Intisari— Kegiatan produksi pada industri kecil menengah (IKM) Tahu X meliputi berbagai macam proses mulai dari proses perendaman bahan baku tahu kedelai hingga proses pemasaran tahu. Dalam pengerjaanya, pabrik masih menggunakan metode tradisional dan tenaga manusia sebagai operatornya. Berdasarkan pengamatan, postur kerja saat bekerja dapat menimbulkan berbagai keluhan musculoskeletal pada pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagian tubuh manakah yang berpotensi mengalami cidera musculoskeletal dengan memanfaatkan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assesment (RULA) dan Quick Exposure Check (QEC) serta memberikan rancangan perbaikan yang sesuai dengan hasil yang ditemukan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengolah informasi berupa data postur tubuh pekerja di stasiun kerja tertentu yang kemudian diolah menggunakan metode standar RULA dan QEC. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah adanya postur kerja yang berbahaya yaitu pada Stasiun Penyaringan dan Stasiun Pencetakan dengan nilai RULA masing-masing adalah 7 dan 6 dengan kategori resiko tinggi, dan nilai QEC masing-masing 60,79% dan 64,2% dengan kategori resiko sedang. Setelah diberikan usulan perbaikan terdapat penurunan pada skor RULA di Stasiun Penyaringan dan Stasiun Pencetakan menjadi masing-masing adalah 5 dan 5 dengan kategori resiko sedang. Abstract— Production activities at small and medium industries (SMEs) Tofu X include various processes ranging from soaking the raw materials of soybean tofu to the marketing process of tofu. The factory still uses traditional methods and human labour as the operator in the process. Based on observations, work postures can cause various musculoskeletal complaints in workers. This study aims to determine which parts of the body have the potential to experience musculoskeletal injuries by utilizing the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Quick Exposure Check (QEC) methods and provide an improvement plan that is by the results found. This research method is carried out by processing information in the form of body posture data of workers at specific workstations, which are then processed using the standard RULA and QEC methods. The results obtained are the presence of dangerous work postures at the Screening Station and Printing Station with RULA values of 7 and 6 in the high-risk category, and the QEC values, respectively, 60.79% and 64.2% in the medium-risk category. After being given the improvement model, there was a decrease in the RULA score at the Screening Station and Printing Station to 5 and 5, respectively, with a moderate risk category.

Development of Green Housing Willingness to Pay Conceptual Model on Jabodetabek Community Jabodetabek社区绿色住房支付意愿概念模型的开发

The need for housing for Indonesian people is increasing yearly due to the high population growth rate. This fact can gradually trigger global warming. There is a need for intervention in the residential sector to minimize the resulting negative impacts by developing a green building concept. This study uses an extended Theory of Planned Behavior to identify the factors influencing purchase intention and willingness to pay for green housing (GH) in the Jabodetabek community. The study collected 347 valid responses through a survey with a purposive sampling method and used structural equation modeling to test the hypotheses. The factors raised in this study are attitudes, perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, environmental concern, subjective knowledge, policy, perceived risks, green communication, green purchase intentions (GPI), and willingness to pay (WTP). This research proves that attitude, policy, and subjective knowledge factors significantly directly affect GPI. Meanwhile, environ­mental concerns and subjective knowledge can also significantly and indirectly affect GPI. This study also proves a significant influence between GPI and WTP for GH in the Jabodetabek community. Perceived risk has a significant negative impact on the GPI. Additionally, developers can employ a strategy that combines attitude, subjective knowledge, and environmental concern to design programs that address consumers' cognitive and affective aspects. The government can also play a role in promoting the use of GH through incentives related to green construction.

Model of Twin Automatic Stacking Crane Operation Strategy with Dynamic Handshake Area in an Automated Container Terminal 自动化集装箱码头动态握手区双自动堆垛起重机作业策略模型

This paper proposes a new idea for allocating a handshake area of an automated container yard. A block of automated container yards (CY) consists of two areas, which are the import (waterside) and export (landside) areas. The CY has two major activities (loading and unloading), where both are served by Twin Automatic Stacking Cranes (Twin-ASCs). A handshake area in the middle of the CY serves as a temporary slot for both ASCs. This situation causes an imbalance between the ASCs when the demands of each side differ significantly. Thus, we proposed using a dynamic location of the handshake area corresponding to the proportion demand of export and import containers. We developed a heuristics model and algorithms of ASC’s operations to compare the efficiency of the ASC operations between the fixed and the dynamic location. Based on our model and algorithm, we developed simulation software. Finally, we explored some numerical experiments to compare the performance of both policies in dealing with different export and import demand scenarios. Our result showed that the proposed approach outperformed the existing one in reducing unnecessary ASC movements.

People’s Trust in a Virtual Project Team: Results of a Game Experiment 人们对虚拟项目团队的信任:游戏实验的结果

This study aims to: (1) find out the variables that influence people’s trust in the virtual team in a project, (2) find out the relationship of these variables with people trust in the virtual team in a project, and (3) the relationship between the presence of experienced members on a virtual team in leading an organization to determine the success of a project. The experiment was conducted using online Werewolf game and collected questionnaires from 30 respondents that divided into 3 groups, i.e., (1) having experience of being leaders, (2) a combination of having and having no experience of being leaders, and (3) having no experience of being leaders. A correlation test and a comparative test were used to analyze the result. The results found four variables that could influence people’s trust, i.e., (1) ability, (2) benevolence, (3) integrity, and (4) task faithfulness. All variables had a positive effect, except for task faithfulness. There is a relationship between the presence of leaders in a virtual team to the success of the project.

The experiment was conducted using online Werewolf game and collected questionnaires from 30 respondents that divided into 3 groups, i.e., (1) having experience of being leaders, (2) a combination of having and having no experience of being leaders, and (3) having no experience of being leaders. A correlation test and a comparative test were used to analyze the result. The results found four variables that could influence people’s trust, i.e., (1) ability, (2) benevolence, (3) integrity, and (4) task faithfulness. All variables had a positive effect, except for task faithfulness. Optimizing Shipping Operations through Real-Time Monitoring and Control 通过实时监控优化航运运营

The shipping industry plays a vital role in the global economy, with container shipping being one of the critical components. Shipping companies outline the time for customer stripping days in its contracts. The availability of the containers depends on the stripping days. The stripping days’ tardiness will hinder the availability of the containers. Therefore, it is fundamental for shipping companies to monitor both the actual condition and the contract condition of stripping days to estimate container availability and prompt customers to expedite the unloading process. However, there has yet to be a tool for monitoring the actual and the contract conditions. In this study, we used the recorded container stripping data to analyze container stripping days, tardiness, and other important parameters that indicate the performance and reliability of stripping containers. These data were post-processed and analyzed using data mining methods, and the resulting information was visualized using a dashboard to facilitate quick and effortless monitoring the dashboard in this study depicts post-processed data on container stripping days and tardiness for each port of discharge, cargo, customer, and other parameters. The dashboard was constructed using Google Data Studio. As a result, the dashboard is expected to help companies monitor, control, and analyze customers with high tardiness, allowing companies to act and ensure that the number of available containers after stripping meets demand at a given time.

Determinants of Online Impulsive Buying Post Pandemic Covid-19 Covid-19大流行后在线冲动购买的决定因素

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of social media has increased in line with online buying transactions. This research was conducted to find out online impulsive buying due to the large amount of information and promotion spread on social media after the pandemic. Online questionnaires were distributed to 261 respondents who made online transactions. SEM-PLS 3.0. was used to analyze the data.  The results prove that hedonic browsing has a significant influence on flow experience. Flow experience has a significant influence on cognitive experience and affective experience as well as online impulsive buying. Cognitive experiences have significant influence on online impulsive buying. However, affective experiences do not have a significant influence on online impulsive buying. Moreover, financial management behavior cannot moderate the relationship among cognitive and affective experiences as well as online impulse buying. Theoretically, the study shows that irrational consumption processes lead to hedonic shopping due to easy and convenient searching for products through social media. Thus, in practice it is advisable for marketing managers to design their promotions on social media related to products and interspersed with financial literacy so that consumers can shop wisely.

Tool Condition Monitoring with Convolutional Neural Network for Milling Tools and Turning Inserts 基于卷积神经网络的铣刀和车刀状态监测

Tool wear is one of the cost drivers in the manufacturing industry because it directly affects the quality of the manufactured workpiece and production efficiency. Identifying the right time to replace the cutting tool is a challenge. If the tool is replaced too soon, the production time can be disrupted, causing unscheduled downtime. Conversely, if it is replaced too late, there will be an additional cost to replace raw materials damaged by broken tools. Therefore, researchers continue to develop tool condition monitoring (TCM) methods to analyze tool wear. A recent popular method is machine vision with convolutional neural networks (CNN). The present research aims to develop classification models that can categorize the image data of milling and turning inserts into GO (suitable for use) and NO GO (not suitable for use). Two approaches are selected for the modeling process, custom learning and transfer learning, with image data input from smartphones and microscope cameras. The experimental results show that the best model is the transfer learning approach using Inception-V3 architecture with a smartphone image. The model reaches 92.2% accuracy, hence demonstrating a relatively good performance in determining whether the tool is suitable for use or not.

An Integrated ANP and MARCOS for Green Supplier Selection: A Case Study on Contruction Industry 基于ANP和MARCOS的绿色供应商选择——以建筑业为例

Raw material suppliers are important in production, especially in the construction industry. It is because suppliers determine the availability of raw materials in a project. The research aims to propose a new integrated procedure for Green Supplier Selection in the Construction Industry. The proposed integration method is Analytical Network Process (ANP) and Measurement Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution (MARCOS) method. Both methods are Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) procedures. The ANP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion, and the MARCOS method is used to determine the weight of the best supplier. Seventeen criteria are used in supplier selection involving economic and environmental dimensions. The results showed that based on the ANP method, the most important criterion was the consistent quality of goods. Meanwhile, three suppliers were analyzed for selection based on the MARCOS procedure. The results show that the best supplier is supplier X with a utility function value of 0.749. These results show that the proposed procedure (integration of ANP and MARCOS) effectively solves Green Supplier Selection.

Selecting or evaluating reliable suppliers is essential to business, and the food industry is no exception. Business operations are at serious risk if suppliers are not properly selected. One of the risks that occur is the risk of food safety and halal. Not many studies have explored this topic, even though this issue is crucial for the Muslim community. This research aims to Evaluate Supplier Involve in Food Safety and Halal Criteria using Fuzzy AHP. It can help food manufacturers decide based on food safety and halal criteria during the supplier selection. The case study is applied to a food industry in Indonesia that produces biscuits. Eight criteria and 17 sub-criteria based on economic, social, and environmental dimensions were used to evaluate suppliers. The results show that the Halal certification system (HP) and product compliance with specifications (Q2) are the most important factors to consider. Third and fourth places are product price criteria (C1) and food safety management system certifications (FS2). Weighted evaluations of food industry suppliers are also possible with Fuzzy AHP.
