Alat Pemancang Cerucuk Kayu Jenis Drop Hammer Pada Jenis Tanah Rawa Menggunakan Metode Phal & Beitz 使用法尔和贝茨法在沼泽土壤类型中使用落锤式木桩打桩工具

Intisari— Pembangunan rumah ditanah rawa atau lempung mempunyai daya dukung tanah yang relatife rendah. Diperlukan cerucuk untuk meningkatkan daya dukung tanah. Proses pemancangan yang manual menyulitkan pekerja dalam memancang cerucuk sehingga dibutuhkanya alat pemancang cerucuk pada tanah rawa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode phal & beitz untuk melakukan perancangan alat cerucuk. Terdapat beberapa tahapan yaitu, fase perumusan tugas, fase fungsional, fase perancangan bentuk produk/ desain, dan fase perancangan bentuk produk, dari metode tersebut didapatkan alat pemancang cerucuk jenis drop hammer dengan ukuran tinggi tiang 4,5 m dan ukuran tapak 2 x 1 m dengan bobot mencapai 100 kg. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada alat pemancang cerucuk didapatkan waktu yang lebih efisien sebesar 60,35%. Harapan untuk kedepanya semoga alat ini dapat dikembangkan dan dapat membantu pekerja dalam proses pemancangan cerucuk pada tanah rawa. Abstract— The construction of houses on swampy or clayey land poses challenges due to the relatively low soil bearing capacity. The use of piles is necessary to enhance the soil's bearing capacity. However, the manual process of driving piles proves to be difficult for workers, hence the need for a pile driving tool specifically designed for swampy terrain. This research utilizes the Phal & Beitz method to design the pile driving tool. The design process involves several stages, including task formulation, functional phase, product design/shape design phase, and product design phase. Through this method, a drop hammer type of pile driving tool with a pile height of 4.5 meters and a footprint size of 2 x 1 meters, weighing up to 100 kg, was obtained. Based on the testing conducted on the pile driving tool, a significant improvement in efficiency of 60.35% was achieved. The hope for the future is that this tool can be further developed and assist workers in the process of pile driving on swampy land.

Peningkatan Efisiensi Proses Produksi Obat MEF di PT. XYZ dengan Pendekatan Lean Manufacturing 用精益生产方式提高 PT.XYZ 公司 MEF 药品生产流程的效率

Intisari-PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan farmasi yang menghasilkan produk obat generik. Permintaan produk obat MEF pada PT XYZ belum dapat terpenuhi dikarenakan proses produksi obat MEF yang belum optimal. Penelitian bertujuan melakukan evaluasi meminimasi waste yang terjadi, untuk dapat meningkatkan performansi proses produksi obat MEF. Upaya meminimasi waste menggunakan pendekatan lean manufacturing yang diawali dengan pemetaan current value stream mapping (C-VSM) terhadap kegiatan proses produksi obat MEF. Hasil pemetaan C-VSM menunjukkan 14 kegiatan tidak memberikan nilai tambah (non-value added) terhadap produk dengan 4 jenis pemborosan (waste) yaitu waste waiting, defect, transportation dan over processing. Nilai MLT (manufacturing lead time) dan PCE (process cycle efficiency) pada C-VSM adalah 324506 detik dan 39,13%. Perbaikan yang diusulkan pada waste waiting berupa pelatihan operator setiap bulan, penambahan rak untuk peletakan prosedur pengemasan induk (PPI), penyusunan jadwal dan pembuatan form inspeksi mesin stripping. Usulan perbaikan untuk meminimasi waste defect adalah perancangan alat bantu pembatas foil dan pembuatan form pembersihan sensor nozzle, sedangkan untuk eliminasi waste over processing dilakukan dengan menghilangkan aktivitas rekonsialisasi bon putih. Future VSM yang merupakan proyeksi VSM apabila usulan perbaikan dilakukan, dengan nilai MLT proyeksi sebesar 301716 detik dan PCE proyeksi sebesar 52,4%, didapatkan peningkatan efisiensi proses produksi sebesar 13,3% dan diproyeksikan adanya peningkatan output produksi, namun belum dapat memenuhi permintaan produksi pada periode puncak. Perusahaan disarankan untuk mengevaluasi kembali ketersediaan sumber daya produksi yang dimiliki dalam penentuan target produksi terkait pemenuhan permintaan kebutuhan obat MEF. Abstract— PT. Intisari— Dalam bidang jasa, kepuasan pelanggan adalah prioritas utama yang harus dicapai perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan serta bersaing dengan perusahaan kompetitor, perusahaan harus memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan memastikan pelanggan merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Salah satu cara untuk pengendalian kualitas disebuah perusahaan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Six Sigma. Six Sigma merupakan metode perbaikan kualitas secara menyeluruh dengan memfokuskan pada langkah define, measure, analyze, improve dan control (DMAIC). Dalam penelitian ini, ada tiga jenis pelayanan yang diteliti diantaranya yaitu, premium wash, private wash, dan coating and auto detailing. Dari tiga jenis pelayanan ini akan lebih berfokus kepada pelayanan coating and auto detailing karena pelayanan lainnya sudah merupakan bagian pelayanan yang berada didalam pelayanan coating and auto detailing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober - November 2021 dengan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan google docs kepada 110 responden. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, terdapat 3 CTQ (Critical To Quality) yang menjadi poin utama untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan yaitu, ketahanan coating tidak awet, body tidak kinclong dan body tidak detail. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan diagram poreto CTQ ketahanan coating tidak awet menjadi prioritas utama untuk dilakukan perbaikan. Sementara, penyebab-penyebab dari kecacatan pelayanan sebagian besar dilakukan oleh faktor manusia. Diantaranya, tidak memperhatikan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur), Kurangnya pelatihan kepada karyawan, serta penyimpanan bahan dan alat kerja yang tidak rapih sehingga menyebabkan kecacatan pada bahan coating itu sendiri. Solusi yang diberikan untuk permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu, perbaikan kualitas menggunakan Kaizen Five M-Checklist serta pengandalian kualitas menggunakan Kaizen Five Step Plan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, terdapat 3 CTQ (Critical To Quality) yang menjadi poin utama untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan yaitu, ketahanan coating tidak awet, body tidak kinclong dan body tidak detail. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan diagram poreto CTQ ketahanan coating tidak awet menjadi prioritas utama untuk dilakukan perbaikan. Sementara, penyebab-penyebab dari kecacatan pelayanan sebagian besar dilakukan oleh faktor manusia. Diantaranya, tidak memperhatikan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur), Kurangnya pelatihan kepada karyawan, serta penyimpanan bahan dan alat kerja yang tidak rapih sehingga menyebabkan kecacatan pada bahan coating itu sendiri. Solusi yang diberikan untuk permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu, perbaikan kualitas menggunakan Kaizen Five M-Checklist serta pengandalian kualitas menggunakan Kaizen Five Step Plan. \u0000Abstract— In the service sector, customer satisfaction is a top priority that must be achieved by the company. Therefore, to achieve customer satisfaction and compete with competing companies, companies must provide quality services and ensure customers are satisfied with the services provided. One way to control quality in a company is to use the Six Sigma method. Six Sigma is a comprehensive quality improvement method by focusing on define, measure, analyze, improve and control (DMAIC) steps. In this study, there are three types of services studied including premium wash, private wash, and coating and auto detailing. Of these three types of services, they will focus more on coating and auto detailing services because other services are already part of the services that are in the coating and auto detailing service. Analysis of Education Service Quality at XYZ Institute with Servqual, PGCV, dan TRIZ Methods 用 Servqual、PGCV 和丹 TRIZ 方法分析 XYZ 学院的教育服务质量

Abstract— Service quality is important for companies to maintain their business, including companies in the field of education services. Tutoring is a company engaged in the field of educational services. In the current era, many online tutoring has emerged. This resulted in offline tutoring having to improve its strategy to be able to compete in maintaining a business. XYX Institute is one of the offline tutoring institutions with the most students in Sulawesi. Amid intense competition with online tutoring, XYZ Institute needs to improve its strategy by improving the quality of its services. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of service quality at the XYZ Institute and provide recommendations for improvements that can be made to improve the quality of service. This study uses the servqual method to calculate the level of service quality, PGCV to determine the priority order of improvement and TRIZ which is used to analyze repair solutions. Based on the results of data processing, the level of service quality obtained is 96.022%. Then obtained 10 improvement priority attributes. The improvement solution obtained was to carry out several procurements, namely repairing toilet facilities, holding suggestion boxes on each floor, reading corners in the waiting room, and adding chairs and tables to the waiting room. In addition, it is necessary to increase the number of teachers and provide online registration services that are open longer, as well as add features for criticism and suggestions, consultations, learning reports, learning videos, and additional classes on the website.

Pengembangan Model Bisnis pada Rumah Makan K2B Menggunakan Metode Design Thinking K2B 餐厅运用设计思维法开发商业模式

Abstrak— Pada perkembangan industri di Indonesia salah satunya industri yang bergerak dibidang makanan dan minuman yang menjadi kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari masyarakat. Rumah Makan K2B merupakan usaha bisnis kuliner yang menjual berbagai macam menu makanan khas Manado. Suatu permasalahan yang dihadapi Rumah Makan K2B yaitu pendapatan penjualan yang masih belum stabil dan belum mencapai target sehingga memerlukan model bisnis untuk mendapatkan keuntungan dari bisnis yang dijalankan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan model bisnis yang sesuai dengan memberi inovasi pengembangan bisnis serta melakukan uji kelayakan untuk Rumah Makan K2B. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam Design Thinking yaitu tahap Empathize pada Empathy Map didapatkan dari Pain adalah rasa makanan yang tidak sesuai, kurangnya promosi makanan dan layanan pemesanan untuk customer kurang baik dan untuk Gain adalah rasa makanan yang enak, layanan yang praktis dan fasilitas layanan customer yang baik, tahap Define yang didapatkan dari Jobs To Be Done adalah menawarkan layanan pemesanan yang praktis dan menu makanan pedas dan makanan sehat dan berkualitas agar dapat meningkatkan tampilan menu yang menarik dan juga terlihat berbeda dengan rumah makan lainnya, tahap Ideate menggunakan Value Proposition Canvas yang didapatkan adalah menawarkan layanan pemesanan yang praktis dan menu makanan pedas dan makanan sehat dan berkualitas agar dapat meningkatkan tampilan menu yang menarik dan juga terlihat berbeda dengan rumah makan lainny, tahap Prototype menggunakan Lean Canvas yang didapatkan untuk Revenue Stream adalah penjualan produk langsung dan online, dan tahap Test dengan melakukan pengujian produk kepada beberapa customer. Pada Blue Ocean Strategy yang didapatkan adalah menciptakan suatu inovasi baru dengan jasa catering, paid promote, dan website penjualan. Serta hasil uji kelayakan dengan perhitungan hasil yang telah diperoleh dari Break Event Point 33217 unit, Net Present Value yang diperoleh bernilai positif sebesar Rp. 340.804.848, Internal Rate of Return yang didapatkan dengan persentase keuntungan tingkat bunga yang diperoleh tiap tahunnya sebesar 75% dan Payback Period yang didapatkan 0 tahun yang artinya tidak ada batas pengembalian investasi yang dikeluarkan . Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan yang telah didapatkan maka pengembangan model bisnis pada Rumah Makan K2B dinyatakan layak. Increased awareness of environmental and social aspects has become an urgent global issue, especially in ensuring supply chain sustainability. In addition, optimizing sustainable supplier selection and order allocation is also crucial for companies to encourage sustainable industries. This research aims to determine the best potential sustainable suppliers and determine order allocation by considering economic, social, and environmental dimensions. This research proposes an approach that integrates AHP-Topsis and goal programming to solve the problem of sustainable supplier selection and order allocation. The AHP-Topsis procedure is proposed for weighting the criteria and sub-criteria of sustainable supplier selection. Meanwhile, Topsis is offered for supplier ranking. This study offers a goal programming procedure for order allocation. Order allocation is based on three goals: minimizing total procurement cost, maximizing total purchase value, and reducing carbon emissions. A case study is presented on the plastic bean processing industry in Indonesia involving three criteria (Economic, social, and environmental) and 17 sub-criteria. The analysis results show that economic criteria have the highest weight, followed by environmental and social criteria. Furthermore, the TOPSIS method selected the three best suppliers out of 5 alternative suppliers to receive order allocation. The order allocation process for three periods was carried out using the Goal Programming method on suppliers C, E, and A. This research contributes to improving supply chain sustainability. It provides practical guidance for companies in selecting suppliers and allocating orders efficiently.

The rise of Electric Vehicles (EVs), supported by battery swap systems, brings various advantages, including reduced waiting times, lower upfront costs, and alleviating range anxiety. Battery Swap Stations (BSS) enhance green transportation by providing convenient options for EV users, especially in regions with limited fast-charging infrastructure. Many EVs, especially two-wheelers, need battery recharging after reaching their driving range. BSS availability can eliminate charging inconveniences for busy EV drivers. However, selecting BSS locations is often challenging due to budget constraints. This study aims to understand the criteria for selecting BSS locations in Indonesia. Potential location alternatives were identified using a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making approach and input from government officials and industry experts. Factors like driving range, EV capacity, and budget availability were considered in determining the order of BSS establishment. The study found that technological and social aspects were the top criteria, suggesting that BSS development should prioritize established locations like mini markets and petrol stations.

However, selecting BSS locations is often challenging due to budget constraints. This study aims to understand the criteria for selecting BSS locations in Indonesia. Potential location alternatives were identified using a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making approach and input from government officials and industry experts. Factors like driving range, EV capacity, and budget availability were considered in determining the order of BSS establishment. Evaluation of Sustainability Supply Chain Performance in the Food Industry: A Case Study 食品行业可持续供应链绩效评价:一个案例研究

Evaluating sustainability in the food supply chain has multiple benefits, including reducing environmental impact, meeting regulations, satisfying consumer demands, improving efficiency, and enhancing business reputation. This paper outlines a Sustainability Supply Chain Management (SSCM) framework using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to weigh Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). With 12 variables and 39 KPIs, the method involves data collection, performance measure selection, and analysis. KPIs with lower weight values highlight areas needing improvement, such as recycling costs, personnel expenses, sales responsiveness, eco-friendly labelling, distribution efficiency, green product development, recycled material usage, employee capabilities, product reputation, worker satisfaction, and stakeholder trust. Based on KPI weights, recommendations include prioritizing energy use in production and marketing, ensuring timely product delivery, maintaining product quality, streamlining production processes, focusing on energy efficiency, promoting eco-labelling, fostering eco-awareness, and advancing environmental technology.

Fuzzy TOPSIS for Post-Harvest Losses Drivers Evaluation in Fish Supply Chain: A Case Study 渔业供应链采后损失驱动因素评价的模糊TOPSIS方法研究

Being highly susceptible to damage, fish result in significant post-harvest fish losses (PHFL) due to quality deterioration from inefficient harvesting and market dynamics. This study aims to identify the leading factors driving PHFL and construct a practical decision-making framework for the fisheries industry's development. Employing the fuzzy TOPSIS method, we scrutinized the critical causes of PHFL. Our literature review revealed four aspects and 13 operational processes contributing to PHFL across the supply chain. Among these processes, four drivers were the primary culprits: excessive fish capacity in shipping baskets, inadequate ice cooling during transportation to suppliers, insufficient ice cooling during supplier sorting, and the absence of appropriate tools for small retailers. To alleviate PHFL and enhance the fishery industry, priority should be given to addressing excessive fish capacity in shipping baskets, which poses a risk of physical damage during transit. Moreover, inadequate ice-cooling techniques, particularly in transportation and supplier sorting stages, raise public health and food safety concerns. Stakeholders must prioritize these critical factors for PHFL reduction.

The lack of accuracy and slow information flow within the supply chain poses significant challenges to the sustainability of the manufacturing process. Effective information management is essential for enhancing supply chain competitiveness, encompassing increased product yield, improved product quality, cost reduction, and enhanced productivity for quicker product distribution. This research investigates the impact of information sharing on supply chain management to bolster company productivity. Additionally, it delves into the detrimental consequences of insufficient information sharing and offers solutions to ensure efficient information exchange within the organization. To achieve these research objectives, we employ a quantitative approach utilizing the Structural Equation Model (SEM)-Amos and six questionnaire variables: information sharing, information quality, information technology, supply chain management implementation, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Our findings underscore the adverse effects of limited information sharing on supply chain management performance, leading to reduced productivity. The enhancement of supply chain management hinges on effective and transparent information sharing, facilitated by disseminating clear and sustainable information throughout the company. Furthermore, ensuring employees understand supply chain management practices comprehensively is crucial. These measures are poised to contribute to increased productivity and the achievement of customer satisfaction goals.
