SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Layang is one of the high schools located in East Barito Regency. The purpose of this research is to build an Information System Website for the Management of New Student Admissions at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Layang. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, starting from analysis, design, implementation and testing. The design is using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) using context diagrams, Level 0 and Level 1 DFDs and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of the research is that a website for the Management of New Student Admission Management Information System at SMA Negeri 1 Tamiang Layang can be produced that can run and function properly.

BUMDes Baru is a village-owned enterprise established with the intention to improve the welfare of the people of Desa Baru through its main program, namely savings and loans, as well as additional programs in the form of management of agricultural products and village markets. Currently, all activities including savings and loans transactions, PKR levies, facility rentals and making monthly reports for BUMDes are still carried out manually. This resulted in people having to come to the BUMDes secretariat repeatedly in order to take care of loan applications. Therefore, a Website-Based Information System for Savings and Loans and Management of Agricultural Products of New Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of South Barito Regency was created.. The methodology used in the Savings and Loans Information System and Agricultural Product Management of the New BUMDes is waterfall, with stages, namely the Requirements Definition stage which is carried out in making business process designs and flowcharts, System and Software Design is carried out in making Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Databases and Interface Design, Implementation and Unit Testing with the programming languages used, namely PHP, Javascript, PhpMyAdmin and Integration and System Testing using the Blackbox Testing method. This research will discuss the use of information technology for the library at SMPK Santa Maria, Palangka Raya City. This digital library application can assist in making library transactions, because SMPK Santa Maria is still manual, that is, library transactions are carried out by writing the borrower's name and the book data borrowed in the library book. The methodology used in making this website is waterfall, with stages, namely the Requirements Definition stage using a flowchart, Requirements Analysis and Definition through DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and database. Implementation and Unit Testing with programming languages namely HTML, PHP, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, and MySQL, Integration and System Testing using the Blackbox Method.On this website there are several features, namely the homepage, Manage member data, Manage book data, Manage fine data, Manage book location data, print member reports, print transaction reports, Manage loan transaction data, Manage return transaction data, and library floor plan information (shelf book). With the aim that librarians can easily manage data on borrowing books by members.

Education is very important for the future of Indonesia's young generation today. In order to give birth to a better Indonesian golden generation, teaching staff must have a benchmark of student values in the development of student values and activeness which is commonly called a report card. The lack of application of technology as a medium for managing report cards for teachers is still considered ineffective and also inefficient in terms of time. Besides that, there are many problems regarding the difficulty of parents to check report cards because they have very busy activities and busyness in work matters besides that teachers need special time to meet and discuss in preparing report cards so we need a system that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Report cards are one of the important documents for students. So it is necessary to be careful when storing it. Filling out a report card is also a troublesome thing for teachers. The teacher must fill in the lesson values as many students as there are in his class. Of course it is not efficient. Then a website-based report card value processing information system was created called E-Raport or Electronic Reportport. This system was developed using Sublime Text software, PHP, XAMPP, and MySQL database. SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir is one of the junior high schools in Pulang Pisau. Every year the number of students at SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir continues to increase, so student data is difficult to maintain. SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir, still uses the manual method in data recap. Starting from the management of student data, teacher and academic data stored in hard copies or sheets of paper for data recap. Where it fills the storage space of the office and if something happens like a fire, the data will be lost. Backup data is also still using a flash, where the flash can not guarantee data security. Moreover, the size of the flash is not necessarily sufficient for all the data. So from these problems, an application was made for web-based data management on the Academic Information system of SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir. The academic information system uses the waterfall software development method, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. At the analysis and design stage using DFD and ERD for data design. While at the testing stage the method used is the black box method. The results obtained in the study are in the form of a website with features for managing student data, identity, class, class schedule, class, attendance, grades, curriculum, subject groups, academic year and teachers who are integrated with each other. The results of the black box test have been obtained with evidence of testing the black box sheet by the teacher of SMPN 1 Kahayan Hilir.

In the current development of the use of internet services, internet service providers company provides internet services that can be connected to customer’s houses. PT. XYZ is an internet service provider company that operates in the city of Blitar, East Java. The customer of support manager registration process for internet services on this client still does not have an online system so that registration is still done manually by the support manager to be able to integrate its customers with the network provided by the company. Therefore, this registration process on PT. XYZ needs to be converted into an online subscription information system to simplify the subscription registration process and so on. This system module was developed using evolutionary prototyping methodology, starting from the quick design stage by analyzing requirements and designing the system quickly so that it can go directly to the prototype build process. The process of building a prototype is carried out by implementing the results of the system design, then followed by user evaluation to get feedback on the prototype that was built. The prototype refining stage is for stabilization on the prototype that has been made previously and there is a test of the system using the black box testing method. After several trials, and results of the trials carried out, it can be concluded that the system is running well and can be used as a Support Manager Subscription Module on the Home Internet Service Provider Information System in Blitar City. By implementing third party Application Programming Interface (API), the resulting subscription web module can display maps, bank account mutations, and WhatsApp notifications to assist the registration and payment process.

Currently the internet has become an important and effective means of communication to obtain various sources of information. The internet has also been proven to provide benefits to the community, one of which is in the business of providing residential services or boarding houses. Due to limited information about facilities, prices, locations and availability of boarding rooms, it is difficult for people to come directly to the location to survey the boarding house.The methodology used is Waterfall which has five stages, namely, Requirement Analysis and Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and Maintenance. At the analysis stage, data collection and needs analysis were carried out. At the design stage, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) are made. At the implementation stage, the system was created using PHP and JavaScript as the programming language, and MySQL as the database server. The testing method used is the Blackbox Testing method. Service performance appraisal is now starting to become a benchmark for achieving quality service by evaluating every service and piece of information provided. The provision of questionnaire sheets is currently considered less effective in determining the satisfaction index of services due to storing data on questionnaire results and re-recording the results that have been filled in by the community. Therefore, this study aims to build a website to improve the work system with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the community satisfaction index. In designing the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Website, Panarung Village uses the waterfall method with stages: requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance. This website has been tested with black box testing, and the results show that the features on the website can run well. The Panarung Village Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) website can be used as evaluation material for the performance of services in the Pahandut sub-district and also as a means of information such as news data, graphs, survey results, and criticism suggestions.

The provision of questionnaire sheets is currently considered less effective in determining the satisfaction index of services due to storing data on questionnaire results and re-recording the results that have been filled in by the community. Therefore, this study aims to build a website to improve the work system with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the community satisfaction index. In designing the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) Website, Panarung Village uses the waterfall method with stages: requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, operation and maintenance. This website has been tested with black box testing, and the results show that the features on the website can run well. Solar energy is more and more widely used, but photovoltaic is also easily affected by environmental factors. Because of the remote location of the photovoltaic power station, it is very difficult to clean the surface cover manually. However, the use of robot cleaning depends on the accurate identification of the shielding objects. Due to the wide variety of shielding objects, the current technology is difficult to identify accurately. In view of the fact that the types of fallen leaves of photovoltaic panels are complex and difficult to clean, An occlusion detection algorithm for small targets on the surface of photovoltaic modules based on deep learning is proposed, and the model network method for quickly detecting leaf occlusion and determining the occlusion position of photovoltaic panels is discussed. In this paper, an improved YOLO-PX algorithm is proposed to identify and classify the occlusion of photovoltaic modules. Target detection experiments are carried out on the field data set of photovoltaic power station by using the original YOLO algorithm and the improved YOLO-PX algorithm. The experimental results show that the effect of the improved algorithm is good, and the detection accuracy and recall rate are 96.3% and 94.2% respectively. This method can provide technical support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power station.

Cat and dog recognition is a classic problem in the field of image recognition. This paper proposes a fast detection algorithm FAST-CD-Classification-Net for this problem. The algorithm improves F1 from 0.7299 to 0.9875 with the help of residual structure; The product acceleration network reduces the running time from 0.025s to 0.008s without significantly reducing the accuracy. Experiments on the data set CD-KAGGLE show that the accuracy and robustness of the recognition algorithm designed in this paper are better than other algorithms.
