Effect of ply angle on the burst pressure of composite pressure vessels by filament winding 铺层角对复合材料压力容器丝缠绕破裂压力的影响

Abstract A composite pressure vessel is an important structure in different applications including pipes, pipes under pressure and closed system pipes under high pressure and temperature such as gas pipelines and aircraft structures, because of the characteristics of polymer – a composite used as an alternative to heavy materials such as metal in the various applications, including the construction industry. The current work focuses on the study of strength phase orientation and their properties on the burst pressure strength and other parameters, which are very important in the design and manufacture of these vessels such as the selection of type of strength phase nylon 6, 6 and philosophy of mixing of the type of fiber with matrix material (epoxy). The work also includes the study of the effect of two layer angle ply (0, 90), (55, –55), (75, –75) and implements different material testing to evaluate the toughness and stiffness of these vessels and compare the experimental result with the theoretical result. A filament winding apparatus was designed and executed to manufacture different types of subjects according to these angle of ply nylon fiber. The mechanical tests (tensile test, drop test, pipe stiffness test, hydrostatic pressure test) were used to test the vessel. The results shown that the ply orientation (75, –75) has high (tensile strength, toughness, stiffness, impact and burst pressure) when compared with the results from other ply orientations. This shows that [75, –75] ply orientation is the optimal angle for the vessel. Tensile tests show that (75, –75) ply orientation samples have higher properties in two directions, longitudinal and transverse, when compared with other angles.

In the article, there are introduced the selected design and executive aspects of low-energy buildings in relation to binding legal regulations. The integral part of this article are calculations and analyses concerning the thermal quality of low energy buildings and factors which form their energy consumption. Proper shaping of material sets for external envelopes and their junction in thermal and humidity aspects essentially influences building needs for energy and pollution emission of the natural environment.

The article deals with modern energy energy-saving buildings, consisting of geothermal ventilation with ground heat exchangers. The results of modern scientific research in this field are described. A schematic diagram of a geothermal ventilation system based on Rehau equipment is balance equations for the heat exchanger process in a ground heat exchanger is made, as well as analytical and graphical dependencies for determining the heat exchanger thermal efficiency for temperate climate conditions.

Perception of air quality in the selected classroom 对选定教室空气质量的感受

This work is focused on monitoring the perception of indoor environment quality in the classroom. The research was carried out within the framework of the authors' internship at the Lviv Polytechnic in Ukraine in March 2019. The experimental measurements carried out in the selected teaching class. In this article, there are presented the results of measurements, that were carried over three teaching hours with varying numbers of students. The measurements recorded by the means of measurement devices w ture, the relative humidity and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the interior of the classroom. At the same time as the objective measurements, a subjective evaluation was conducted. At the beginning and at the end of the lesson, the questionnaires about their perception of the internal environment. The results of the subjective assessment were compared with the measured values of the objective evaluation. Completion of the research is oriented o classroom, as well as overall satisfaction with the internal environment of the selected room.

The article presents the results of the viability economic analysis of the use of an install tion for the treatment of greywater and/or rainwater, in order to reuse the recovered water for flushing toilets and watering payback time (SPBT) was used in the analysis.
