The aim of the study is to find out, based on the project’s approach, the main components of the project on the research of the microclimate of industrial premises, and to substantiate, develop and apply a means of geometric analysis of the graphic dependencies of its parameters. A comparative analysis of the graphic dependencies indicates the significant effect of local exhaust ventilation on the character of the temperature field in the room. The comparative analysis of results makes it possible to analyze the insulation of isotherms, that is, the effect of local exhaust ventilation on the nature of their location in a cutting plane. The practical significance of the scientific results obtained in the work is to develop a new methodical approach based on the combination of physical and geometric modeling using a constructive device of applied multidimensional geometry, which can be an instrumental basis for the purposeful study of similar technological processes in the production premises.

In this article, the results of glue material regarding concrete connections between existent and new concrete bonds are presented. The basic experimental studies into selecting the optimal bonding layer involved testing 100 × 100 × 100 mm concrete cubes. These cubes modeled so-called “old” concrete constructions. Because most of the currently used reinforced concrete structures that require reinforcement or restoration were made decades ago, most of them do not contain chemical additives and multi-fractional concrete, so the concrete composition was adopted in the proper way, namely ordinary heavy concrete in 1970-1980. As a result of the experimental testing of concrete specimen restoration by means of a clamp arrangement, it is established that the maximum compatible work of “old” and “new” concretes is ensured by the use of bonding layers of specially modified mineral materials and the use of concretes using superplasticizers and a selection of their fractional composition.

The introduction of innovative technologies and solutions and the adaptation of existing building resources to the standards of energy-efficient construction combines economic effects with care for the health and comfort of users as well as limiting the negative impact of buildings on the environment and climate. The thermal modernization of buildings is one way of saving energy. It is estimated that households are the largest heat consumers. In the article, the analysis of the effects of heat consumption reduction was performed for multi-family buildings. The basic effects of thermal modernization relate to economic issues associated with the reduction of fuel, water and electricity consumption, and thus incurred fees. The effects also refer to reducing the amount of air pollution, improving indoor microclimate conditions and user safety, as well as eliminating energy poverty and stimulating public awareness of energy-saving activities.
