Jennifer Finney Boylan is an American trans woman, activist, television personality, author of several books and also a professor. She came out as trans in her 40’s when she felt being estranged in the wrong body. The identity of trans people is always a crucial one. They constantly face many obstacles and they are pushed outside the margins, prejudiced not just in their family, society, but everywhere they go. Boylan transitioned after getting married and becoming father of two children. She managed to be both dad and mother to her children. She says, “When you come out with the truth, no matter how humiliating its revelation might be, you couldn’t be punished for it”. Boylan’s Good Boy: My Life in Seven Dogs is a memoir about seven different dogs she loved during the seven phases of her life. Being a trans has been a burden and a gift in her life. Even when she wanted to transition to live in her true self, she was forced to think thrice because she didn’t want her family and close ones to suffer because of her. The canines she owned were a mixed bunch both in appearance and personality, and Jennifer tells about their dispositions, behavior, and thoughts. This present paper deals with how Boylan’s love for her dogs she owned, helped shape her life and allowed her to accept herself. It also explains how these dogs became part of her during her crucial moments of growth and transformation from young boy Jimmy Boylan to a middle-aged woman Jennifer Finney Boylan.

SOCIETY TM ABSTRACT To be above board, English Language is playing a gigantic role in terms of workplace communication. Workplace English training has a humongous demand to make employees proficient in terms of the four basic skills ‘Listening’, ‘Speaking’, ‘Reading’, ‘Writing’ (LSRW) of English language to a tee. To make the grade in terms of workplace communication, effective and professional training is highly needed. To call a spade a spade, workplace English training has got a strategic ponderosity as it helps different organizations, companies to come out with triumphant in the international market before one can say Jack Robinson. This paper also zeroes in on how to hone communication skills in English in terms of workplace training through Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) and Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL). Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) and Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) are helpful for the employees to continue their workplace English Training through online learning or E-learning along with their Professional work in a balanced manner. To talk Turkey, Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) and Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) are the two ballistic missiles of developing the communicative competence, pronunciation, fluency, grammatical competence, learning proper applications of vocabularies, developing Cognitive skills, Written Communication in terms of workplace English Training.

The Partition of British India into Pakistan and India is one of the most heinous manifestations of humanity on the subcontinent. Women suffered the most in the name of vengeance against another community or nation which led to Social Inclusion that is the denial of rights. The revelation of the relativity of reality is too just and crudely honest that more often than not, the act of realizing such subtleties becomes deliberately incomprehensible to the quotidian human being. Such ambivalence in perspective, circumstance, conventions, and binaries, surfaces through the common denominator, which is time. This study explores the relativity in the times of partition, affirming the statement by the assimilation of two of the works of Ismat Chughtai, pre-partition to modernity, "Lihaaf" and "Jadein" , highlighting the prerequisites for femininity in the pre-partition times, and cognizing the taboo, to the tolerable, finally to the approved. Furthermore, the segregation of women and society by différance has made deconstruction theory viable in analysis. It was a bewildering time where one’s loss of motherland, their kin, and their identity surmised into this perpetual state of disarray that dominated the post-partition minds.
