Integral model of noise-free radio communication lines 无噪声无线电通信线路的整体模型

The development of radio equipment, which can be the basis for radio lines, that can counteract various kinds of interference, both natural and artificial, has always been given special attention. In this case, the main way to interfere with such radio links is, as a rule, the expansion of the signal base. However, this method does not take into account the nature of the destructive effects in conditions of limited frequency and energy resources of radio channels. In this connection, the studies focused on the development of functional models of noise-free radio communication lines, taking into account the density of signal energy distribution in a limited state space, are relevant. This paper considers the development of an integrated model of noise-free radio communication lines, which is characterized by the accounting of statistical parameters of the radio channel model. The approaches to the estimation of efficiency of the developed functional model of the radio lines based on the calculation of information transmission reliability are presented. Theoretical solutions were obtained by the methods of statistical radio engineering and the theory of telecommunications; they are generalized for the models of channels with variable parameters in conditions of nonrandom destructive influence. А positive effect of the practical implementation of the developed model is shown on the basis of analytical modeling.

Computing efficiency of the three-stage interpolated low pass filters 三级内插低通滤波器的计算效率

Undoubted advantages of finite impulse response filters are their unconditional stability, the absence of limit cycles and the possibility of implementing a filter that does not introduce phase distortion. The disadvantage of such filters is the large cost required to compute the response. This paper considers three-stage interpolated finite impulse response low-pass filters. The maximum values of the interpolation factors are determined. Dependences of the coefficient of computational efficiency and the coefficient of increase in the registers of the three-stage interpolated low-pass filter on the values of the interpolation factors, the widths of the passband and the transition band are obtained. Relations for determining the optimal values of interpolation factors corresponding to the maximal value of computational efficiency coefficient are obtained. In addition, the dependencies of the maximum coefficient of computational efficiency and the optimal coefficient of increase in the registers of the three-stage interpolated low-pass filter on the widths of the passband and the transition band at the optimum values of the interpolation factors are obtained. Considered three-stage interpolated low-pass filters should be used in the case when the required stopband is significantly less than the sampling rate. In this case, three- stage interpolated filters require less computational resources for calculating the response than the two-stage interpolated filters or filter implemented by the transversal structure.

Layout of plug-in units of standard structural systems electronic equipment 标准结构系统电子设备外接单元的布置

The aim of the work is analysis of possibilities for improving the layout characteristics of the plug-in units of standard construction systems (19-inch and metric systems) without any improvement or changes in the existing international and harmonized therewith national standards. On the basis of the solutions regulated by the specified standards, the possibility for development and implementation of single-board functional electronic modules in design of cases of plug-in units of standard construction systems is reviewed and substantiated. Constructive solutions are proposed to secure modular design of plug-in units on the basis of single-board functional electronic modules, such solutions being applicable to the whole diversity of the electronic equipment. A conclusion is made on probable implementation of COTS technologies in all types of electronic equipment.

Features of the development of an innovative enterprise with the support of the Innovation Support Fund 创新支持基金支持下创新型企业的发展特点

The tendencies and prospects for the development of small innovative enterprises and the issues of state support for such organizations on a concrete example are considered.The financial and personnel data on the development of the enterprise are reflected, reflecting on the development of the enterprise. The difficulties encountered by the organization in carrying out R & D to expand the range of products are described. The ways of solution are suggested. The analysis of the programs of the Innovation Support Fund is conducted and the mechanism of participation in these programs is shown. The financial conditions for the transition of small innovative enterprises from state support to self-financing are considered. An approximate sales calculation for this transition has been made. Prospects for the development of small innovative enterprises, taking into account the available forms for state support, and the rationale for the need to adjust their activities are presented. The results obtained during the research allow them to be applied by many small innovative enterprises in the development of the electronic component base, as well as in other industries for building a successful innovative business. The proposed model of building a business with government support removes barriers to the development of small innovative enterprises, which will contribute to the accelerated socio-economic development of the country.

Efficiency of documentation flow at scientific and engineering enterprises 科技企业文档流的效率

A choice of a suitable document management automation system often becomes a highly complicated task. Such systems are currently available in big variety. Apart from that, each enterprise has its own specifics, while small and medium-sized scientific & engineering enterprises have also a wide range of small-scale orders. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate a reasonable approach to the choice of a document management system to be efficient for a particular enterprise. The expediency is showed for creating a uniform information space for data exchange at a scientific & engineering enterprise. The author proposes modelling methods and algorithms enabling to decrease the number of generated documents and resources consumed for generation thereof. UML diagrams of the uniform information space have been described. Modelling of local document flows of enterprises has been performed with the help of Petri net: a conclusion has been made on multiplicity and increase in the number of documents in each cycle of the production process. Introduction of the PDM system has been supported and one of the stages of creation of the uniform information space has been described: it is possible to track in real time mode the timelines for execution of documents, ready-made documents and to make the necessary managerial decisions, thereby improving efficiency of the workflow and production process. The authors has demonstrated the implementation of the developed methods and models for a medium-sized scientific & production enterprise in real practice and has provided recommendations on introduction of document management automation systems at such enterprises.

Methods for implementing the Kuznyechik algorithm on FPGAs 在FPGA上实现Kuznyechik算法的方法

Increased volumes and speed of data transmission over computer networks, and also the need to protect the transmitted data, require accordingly to increase the speed of cryptographic data processing. One of the ways to achieve high performance is implementation of FPGAs-based cryptographic equipment. Therewith, to cut the cost of equipment, it is important that encryption modules shall consume a minimum possible hardware resources. The work aims to find the most compact high-speed solution for FPGA-based Kuznyechik block cipher. Several methods for hardware implementation of linear transformation, which is used in Kuznyechik cipher, have been reviewed. Various aspects of implementation of these methods taking into account the architecture of target FPGAs are investigated. We also consider aspects of the FPGA implementation of nonlinear transformation, which is used in Kuznyechik block cipher. Resource consumption by various implemented solutions of linear transformation has been estimated. A relatively compact high-speed implemented solution of Kuznyechik block cipher has been obtained and tested on the real equipment. The achieved values of speed for iterative and fully pipelined implementations of the algorithm have been presented.

Symmetric cable with enhanced uniformity for broadband access 对称电缆,增强宽带接入的均匀性

The purpose of the study is substantiation of the determining influence caused on the homogeneity of the broadband access cable by the process of application of polyethylene film-porous polyethylene film insulation on copper cores. Based on the experimental research it has been demonstrated that key electrical characteristics of the symmetrical cable with enhanced uniformity for broadband access fully meet the requirements of advanced high-speed xDSL systems and structured cabling systems.

Model-based estimation of radio parameters 基于模型的无线电参数估计

It’s proposed to use model-based approach for evaluation of radiation parameters observed by passive location facilities. This method is based on model parameters adjustment and interpretation of correspondent parameters values as experimental parameters evaluations. Evaluation adequacy criterion in this case is maximal probability of overlapping of experimental and model ranges of parameters. Preliminary objects selection can be based on frequency or/end directional characteristics of received signals. A possible selection criterion is based on discrimination conditions of frequency and time ranges. The appropriate analysis is performed on the basis of the extremal analysis enabling to select ranges corresponding to observed objects. Selected ranges are transformed into time functions to be analyzed by model-based method. Therewith the frequency analysis is performed on the assumption of linear frequency modulation of the signal observed. In its turn, the amplitude analysis is based on the passive location model. Parameters are selected either by Monte-Carlo method or by direct processing of equidistant grid nodes.

Оn the structure of the device for measuring residual stresses Оn残余应力测量装置的结构

Тhe article deals with a relevant problem – improvement of the accuracy of measurement of residual stresses in the elements of machines and structures with the use of attachable transducers.Analysis of flexible current-vortex transducers designed in the form of a single-layer coil has been performed. To solve the problem, the method of eddy currents is proposed, which can be used to set the calibration value of the magnetic resistance of the air gap between the transducer and the object.This method implementation based on the scheme of the oscillator with a reactive circuit has been demonstrated. The design of the residual stress measurement unit in the form of «capacitive three-point» self-excited oscillator has been substantiated. The structure of the device for measuring stresses has been proposed. The core element of the calibration value setting unit is a self-excited oscillator with a reactive frequency oscillating circuit, the inductance thereof been the excitation coil of the current-vortex transducer.Magnetic resistance of the gap is measured by moving the transducer vertically versus the surface of the object in the measurement area. The circuit of the proposed device consists of a block for setting the gap magnetic resistance, eddy-current transducer, electron-counting frequency meter, and residual stress measuring unit.

The article gives the overview of the methods for diagnostics of the condition of embedded control systems enabling  remote monitoring of the condition of adjoining equipment to improve reliability of the system operation as a whole. The  presented methods were tested on total ship systems incorporated into integrated control systems of technical facilities,  thereby their performance was proven in real conditions. Work in this direction is highly important and is especially relevant  in the field of development of control and monitoring systems for ship equipment, since increased reliability of the system  reduces the likelihood of false triggering and occurrence of emergency at a monitored facility. These methods make it  possible to monitor the operability of information sources, executive bodies and communication lines located between  them, which is the major part of the equipment incorporated into the system.
