Background: Dissatisfaction, additional work, and desired compensation are related to the needs and perceptions of civil servant health workers to increase their income. However, the probability and influencing factors regarding the income adequacy of civil servant health workers in Indonesia are still unknown. Aims: to find out the factors related to the income adequacy of health workers. Methods: This observational study with a cross-sectional design uses data from the Employment Research in the Health Sector (RISNAKES) 2017 in Public Health Centers in Indonesia. Probit analysis was conducted to assess the probability of income adequacy. Results: A total of 963 respondents were analyzed. The study found that changes in each variable, including income, official residence facilities, training facilities/ seminars/ training, motivation, and job satisfaction of a unit, would increase the probability of income adequacy ranging from 2% - 81%, except for the age variable. By referring to high job satisfaction of > 75% and taking into account the probability of 80%, the presumed adequate income is no less than IDR 28,800,000. Conclusion: The probability of the monthly income adequacy of civil servants in the health sector is influenced by job satisfaction, ability to save, official residence facilities, facilities to attend seminars, age, and income. Increasing and reformulating the amount of income must be done to optimize the performance and productivity of health workers. Keywords: health workers, income adequacy, public health center, saving

Introduction: Herd immunity through vaccination is one of the major strategies for overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic, but there are still doubts about vaccines among health workers. Aims: This study aims to assess the relationship between knowledge of the COVID-19 vaccine and the attitudes of health workers. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study, which involves the distribution of a validated online questionnaire through Google Forms to health workers at Zainoel Abidin General Hospital Banda Aceh. The data consist of general characteristics, 13 questions regarding knowledge, and nine inquiries related to attitudes. Results: There were 301 respondents, of which 87.4% were females and 48.8% were nurses. Only 27.9% of the health workers have a history of COVID-19 courses, 67.8% have good knowledge about the vaccine, and 70.8% with a positive attitude. There was a significant relationship between the knowledge of the vaccine and health workers' attitudes. Furthermore, gender, age, education level, and training history did not affect the knowledge of vaccination, while profession was the main influential factor. Conclusion: This study shows that there is a relationship between knowledge of the COVID-19 vaccine and health workers' attitudes. However, stakeholders must always focus on strategies that can increase understanding and practice of disease prevention Keywords: attitude, COVID-19 vaccine, knowledge, health workers

The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still relatively low. According to the 2021 Ministry of Health report, exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia reached 69.7%. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in West Java is still below the national figure of 65.9%. Based on data from the Health Office of the City of Tasikmalaya in 2022, in Tasikmalaya the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding has been achieved and some has not been achieved. Cibeureum and Purbaratu Health Center have high coverage of exclusive breastfeeding. Bantar and Indihiang Health Center have exclusive breastfeeding coverage, which is still below the target. One of the factors influencing the low level of exclusive breastfeeding is the lack of family support. In addition, a mother's knowledge is also a determinant factor in exclusive breastfeeding. The study aimed to determine the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding. The results of this study indicate that a husband's support was associated with exclusive breastfeeding. Toddlers who did not have a husband's support are 8,542 times more likely to receive exclusive breastfeeding than those who do have a husband's support. Meanwhile, the support of parents and in-laws is not related to exclusive breastfeeding. However, there were a tendency for respondents who receive exclusive breastfeeding to have greater support from their parents and in-laws. Exposure to information about exclusive breastfeeding was not related to exclusive breastfeeding. The results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test showed that there was no relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the mother's knowledge.

As the prevalence of obesity continues to rise, including in adult workers, workplace-based interventions are needed to promote a healthy diet and prevent obesity. Valid measurement of dietary patterns is necessary to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions. Therefore, this study analyzed the validity of the Modern Dietary Pattern Factor Score (MDP-FS) as a proxy indicator of obesity among Indonesian adult workers. This cross-sectional study used the fifth wave of the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) for sociodemographic, dietary, and anthropometric measures. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was used to assess the ability of MDP-FS to detect obesity. The Area Under the Curve (AUC) of MDP-FS was 87% (95%CI 86-88.1%). At the MDP-FS cut-off of 5.2, the sensitivity and specificity of MDP-FS to indicate obesity were 74% and 76%, respectively. MDP-FS have good accuracy as a proxy indicator for measuring obesity of adult workers in Indonesia.

Medical recorders can be directly or indirectly infected with the coronavirus, and even the risk will be greater. Medical recorders who handle parts of patient files can be at risk of infection because they are in direct contact with patient files that may have been exposed to the coronavirus, so medical records need to be handled properly. This study aims to evaluate the handling of medical record documents related to the spread of covid-19 infection at the Tk.III Dr. R. Soeharsono Banjarmasin Hospital. This research uses a qualitative approach to descriptive methods, with 4 primary informants (2 nurses for COVID-19 patients and 2 medical record officers) and 2 triangulation informants (the head nurses for COVID-19 patients and the head of the medical record installation). The research instrument used was an observation and interview guide. The results showed that the procedures for maintaining medical records during the treatment period at Tk.III Dr. R. Soeharsono Banjarmasin Hospital have not made regulations in written form including Standard Operating Procedure. The nurse learned that the medical records of Covid-19 patients should be placed in the nurse station and should not be taken to the treatment room to avoid virus contamination. The filling of medical record documents for Covid-19 patients is no different from ordinary patients. Procedures for maintaining medical records of Covid-19 patients who go home or die at Tk.III.Dr.R. Soeharsono Banjarmasin hospital has made rules in the form of Standard Operating Procedure but some procedures cannot be carried out.
