. The article presents a socio-linguistic approach to understanding the basic forms of matter movement. It is shown that the categories of "consciousness" and "language" are inherent in almost all forms of motion of matter. A connection has been established be-tween the forms of matter movement and types of consciousness. An attempt is made to com-pare the social and biological forms of the movement of matter in the process of development, as well as the experience of understanding the problem of the theory of language from the point of view of the laws of evolution of biological organisms, and vice versa. Separate provisions of the revolutionary concept of historical development and the theory of evolutionary and ecological spaces of biospheric evolution developed by the author are outlined.

. The article considers the idea of academician V. I. Vernadsky about the transi-tion of the biosphere into the noosphere in the context cephalization ideas. The analysis of the factors of urban techno-sociogenesis that influence the processes of improvement of the human brain is carried out. It is shown that the cephalization of the modern human brain is based on qualitative and quantitative changes in the neural networks of the medulla. The conclusion is made about the formation of cognitive cephalization of the brain, which is based on the hierar-chy of cognitive processes in the new conditions of the surrounding reality. The basic princi-ples of different levels of cognitive cephalization are considered. An assumption is made about the emergence in our time of a new stage of transformational changes in the human brain.

. The article is devoted to the problem of adapting the educational system to the information and digital environment, characterized by the constant growth of heterogeneous information. It is fixed that the educational product requires cardinal and global changes in the field of management and implementation. It is shown that Big Data, if properly instrumented, will become a lever for transforming the entire education system. The competitive advantages of Agile and Scrum project and business process management methods in relation to the applied (classical) educational tools are considered. The significant potential of gamification of the learning process is noted. The conclusion is made about the heuristic nature of the mod-ernization of the educational process and the product through the introduction of modern management techniques that exist on the market, in the context of applied purposes.

. The presented article is devoted to the problems of using information and communication systems in the management process in higher educational institutions. It is shown that the main task of information and communication systems is to automate the key processes occurring in the university for the effective maintenance of the main activities of this organization. It is noted that the currently used information and communication systems allow solving only individual tasks, since there is no integrated system that would include work with all the processes taking place at the university. It is concluded that the assessment of the use of information and communication systems will determine whether they really affect the effec-tiveness of management in higher education institutions.

. The article focuses on the image of the world as a relatively stable system, the formation of which turns out to be one of the central tasks of higher education. A review of the "models" of the representation of reality in ontogeny based on the research of J. Piaget is pre-sented. The social conditionality of representations is considered through the prism of the con-cept of constructing reality, the theory of communicative acts, the theory of congruence, the theory of cognitive dissonance, based on empirical data. It is shown that the image of the world, being under constant pressure of feedback from the environment, is subject to modifica-tions, must constantly "attune" to the ongoing changes. It is concluded that such changes occur according to the principle of reducing cognitive dissonance.
