. The article discusses computer languages that allow communication between a person and a computer. A comparative analysis of the "program language" and "living language" is carried out. The logic of the development of computer languages is traced. As a result, a "cognitive inversion" was recorded — at first, a person tried to teach a computer to communicate with a person, and now, a computer teaches a person to communicate with a computer. A critical analysis of the dichotomous classification of "artificial intelligence languages" is proposed, and the limitations of existing approaches are shown. The approach to the "languages of artificial intelligence" within the framework of IT education is considered on the example of the Ivanovo region, the experience of other universities is comprehended.

. The analysis of the content of the texts of six anti-Hitler leaflets by the students’ resistance group “White Rose” is presented. The group's leaflets are an attempt to “wake up” the German clerisy consciousness and remind about the true values of man and the functions of the state. Deontological constants of 1942—1943 historical events are outlined, as well as ethical imperatives of an educated Christian believer, a representative of Western European culture are generalized. The conclusion is made about the key importance of freedom, which is opposed to the values imposed by the regime of National Socialism, as well as about the priority of human free will, as the most important human axiological constant.

. The article is devoted to one of the promising tasks of the sustainable development of the Russian Federation — the growth of human capital. The model of innovative development of high-tech machine-building enterprises is considered, which includes human capital as a source of new ideas formation. The authors substantiate the thesis about the need for interaction between universities and high-tech engineering enterprises in the interests of their innovative development. The university is considered as a component of the knowledge economy, responsible for the formation and development of human potential. A proposal is formulated on the need to invest in the development of not only cognitive skills, but also non-cognitive, in particular “soft” skills.
