: This study was conducted to compare the effect of accelerated storage at 54± 2°C for 3, 7, 14 and 21 days on difenoconazole (Score 25%), azoxystrobin (Amistar 25%) and their mixtures active ingredient content (Amistar top 32.5%), as well as to investigate the effects of sub chronic exposure to the tested male albino rats. Results indicated that difenoconazole 25% active ingredient and in mixture were more stable, where the loss % were 2.23 and 4.47%, respectively, after 21 days from storage at 54± 2°C – whereas, azoxystrobin active ingredient content was stable at formulation amistar 25% and not stable in mixture, where loss % were 2.54 and 6.54%, respectively. The photodegradation of tested fungicides in different water sources were studied. The half-life of azoxystrobin in the mixture was less than the single azoxystrobin in all water source (Nile, ground and waste water). The difenoconazole half-life in mixture was less than single difenoconazole in waste and ground water, whereas, the half-life of single difenoconazole was less than mixture in nile water. Concerning to sub chronic effects of difenoconazole, azoxystrobin and their mixtures after given daily for 65 days to male albino rats at dosage 1/20 and 1/40 of LD 50 . The sperm counts and motility were decreased at all tested fungicides, as well as, LH and FSH levels decreased, histopathological examination showed testicular changes at higher dosage of mixture. All tested fungicides increased liver enzymes (AST, ALT, cholesterol and triglyceride) at dosage 1/20 and 1/40 of LD 50 and induced liver damage and alteration. The mixture of azoxystrobin and difenoconazole induced the higher effect on liver and fertility.

: Sugar beet ( Beta vulgaris var. saccharifera, L.) is an economically important crop grown worldwide for sugar production. cercospora leaf spot disease, caused by Cercospora beticola , is one of the most important vegetative diseases in the northern and central Delta, which affects plant growth and sugar production in Egypt. This study was conducted as an attempt to control cercospora leaf spot disease on sugar beet using resistant cultivars, in addition to using bioagent as an alternative method to the use of fungicides. Results obtained from this work could be summarized as follows. The present study is a try to identify some Cercospora isolates that were collected from six districts in three governorates in Egypt using micro satellite DNA polymorphic analysis the results revealed that the polymorphic percentage in all tested isolates ranged between 83.33 % to zero with total polymorphic band reading 49% as for cluster analysis for RAPD the result showed that isolates were roughly grouped in two major groups according to their geographic origin. : The present studies were conducted to evaluate toxic and biological effects of some formulation compounds; XenTari, Biovar, NeemAzal, (biocids) and Jojoba oil, Orange oil (oils) against cotton leafworm, Spodoptera littoralis (Boisd.). Results clear that all compounds had toxic effect on the 2 nd instar larvae of S. littoralis . Increasing the concentration of compounds and days post-treatment caused increase in larval mortality percentage. Jojoba oil had the highest mortality percentage (33, 42, 46, 47and 50%) and (41, 49, 53, 45 and 57%) after 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days from treatment by recommended and double recommended concentration as compared with 5% for control after 10 days. While the lowest mortality percentages were (13, 16, 18, 20 and 21%) and (19, 25, 28, 31 and 32%) recorded with Orange oil, respectively. 2 nd tested instar larvae were affected more than 4 nd instar larvae. These compounds showed the different effects on some aspects of S. littoralis treated as 2 nd and 4 th instar larvae and caused decrease in larval & pupal mortality percentage, larval & pupal weight, pupation & adult emergency percentage, deposited eggs/ female and hatchability percentages as compared with control. While, Dursban (O.P. Insecticide ) showed the highest effects on these biological aspects as compared with previous all compounds.

: The efficacy of three water plant extracts ie; Mint ( Mentha villosa ), Basil ( Ocimum basilicum )and Aloe vera ( Aloe barbadensis ) with three concentrations (2 , 4 and 6 ml/ L) and plant essential oils of three plants Castor ( Ricinus communis ), Thyme ( Thymus vulgaris ) and Mint ( Mentha villosa ) with three concentrations (2.5 , 3.5 and 4.5 ml/L) were studied under greenhouse conditions during two successive seasons (2019-2020 and 2020-2021) on cucumber downy mildew disease management. The obtained results indicated that, application of plant extracts and essential oils significantly reduced the disease severity and increase the yield production (number of fruits / plant and average fruit yield production / plant). For the water plant extracts the Alo vera (6 ml/L concentration) was the best treatment, while the Basil (2 ml/L concentration) showed the lowest effect. For the essential oils, Castor oil (4.5 ml/L) gave the highest effect on decrease the disease severity and increase the yield while the Mint oil (3.5 ml/L) showed the minimum effect.

: The present study was carried out during spring seasons, 2020 and 2021,the study aimed to evaluate the feeding of silkworm Bombyx mori L. on different artificial diet (T1-T2) in 2020 season and (T1-T2-T3) in 2021 season , on some biological, and technological aspects. The results indicated that the best results were recorded with T 2 diet especially for larvae which fed on young instar (R 1 which fed in 1 st and 2 nd instar) and R 2 which fed in 1 st , 2 nd and 3 th ), during the first season. While in the second season, the best results were noticed also with the larvae which fed on young instarin the treatments (T 1 and T 2 ) and the same sub treatment (R 1 and R 2 ) in comparison with other diets and control for biological indexes (larval weight and larval duration) and silk filament characteristics. The current study supports the trend towards the use of artificial diets during the 1 st and 2 nd instars, due to its importance in the process of natural silk production.
