This paper describes development of the module, which analyzes medical images and its use is also possible in sectors other than medicine. A software module can base on events captured on the ECG graph store images, which the event concerned. Since the ECG chart is only available on video, you will need to analyze this video and chart to properly recognize it. This module plugged together with two other simultaneously developed modules in the FOTOM 2009 will make a brand new version of this application FOTOMNG.

Unified platform for the delivery of notifications to smartphones notification 统一的通知平台,向智能手机发送通知

During the monitoring of information systems, experiments in progress, etc. it is often required that people are alerted about some events in real time, preferably via a mobile phone. Modern smartphones offer advanced means of notification, however these techniques are usually vendor specific. In this paper we design an unified platform for the delivery of short messages and notifications to smartphones. Our solution is based on a RESTful Java Web Service with simple interface and secure access. Although it is primarily targeted for the delivery of iOS Push Notifications, it can be easily extended for other platforms and/or transport methods (Android, SMS messaging, etc.).

In this paper, we define a Fractional Sturm-Liouville Operator (FSLO), introduce a regular Fractional Sturm-Liouville Problem (FSLP), and investigate the properties of the eigenfunctions and the eigenvalues of the operator. We demonstrate that these properties are similar and in some cases identical to those for Integer Sturm-Liouville Operator. We briefly introduce a Reflected Fractional Sturm-Liouville Operator (RFSLO) and demonstrate that neither the FSLO nor the RFSLO are symmetric. We shall consider the topic of reflection symmetry in a subsequent paper.

Experimental design and evaluation in a distributed environment using a genetic algorithm with static allocation 基于静态分配的遗传算法的分布式环境实验设计与评价

We introduce in this paper an execution model for parallel applications in distributed environments. The model is then transposed into a framework that uses two main subsystems to facilitate fast applications development and complete runtime management for parallel tasks and the data flow. The framework has been evaluated by considering three groups of applications with different communication needs: low, moderate and intensive. The experimental results included in this paper are compared to random distributions of tasks across the entire environment, showing important improvements in terms of total execution time and amount of data transferred through the network.

Model of Most lake and its connection with monitoring 大多数湖泊模型及其与监测的联系

The area of the former coal mine Ležáky-Most, which is being turned into Lake Most by the process of hydric land reclamation, is located in the central part of the North-Bohemian brown coal basin, north of the town of Most, and south from the plant premises of Unipetrol Orlen Group, Ltd. From the southwest, south and east side the quarry is surrounded by denudated volcanic elevations of Czech Central Mountains - Hněvín, Špičák a Červený vrch. Ležáky-Most Quarry covers an area of 1264 hectares. Of this total, Lake Most will occupy 311.1 hectares. The stability of water capacity in reservoir Lake Most how about consequently altitude its surface is in his essence dependent on character of climate, plus as well on weather conditions in solving region. It is necessary better recognize these influence to proposition model as well as them quantify. Our intention is to create a model capable of predicting the lake water level behavior. This article summarizes the basic facts about Lake Most and theoretical prerequisites necessary for the creation of a dynamic model. The model is being defined and data necessary to quantify the model variables is being collected. The goal of the project team is to create a comprehensive balance model describing the water level behavior in Lake Most. That is why, the basic task of monitoring system is use in model of Most lake. This article will description possibilies monitoring informations and its connection to model.)

The practical possibilities of steam temperature dynamic models application 蒸汽温度动态模型应用的实际可能性

This paper presents some experiences from the procedure of application of the heat processes simulation models. The main focus is on the steam production and superheating area with their control circuits in the power plant. The model was developed for the support of the full process from the initial design plans phase to the development of new control algorithms. The paper shows the main results achieved by the building of nonlinear dynamic simulation model of water-steam circulation part of once-through boiler. Also some significant steps in the process of the model verification are demonstrated. The verification process was split into several steps. The main focus was on the final behavior of superheaters with control circuit, but also on some partial steps that had to be done (e.g. tests of the model nonlinearity, tests of the water-steam attemperator, etc.). Additionally, the results from the main application are presented. The standard cascade-base quasi-adaptive control algorithm was tested in many standard situations (e.g. primary and secondary control simulation tests), in reactions on common disturbances and in a case of some specific operation errors or disturbances, too. The model has been used to the development of alternative possibilities of control (MPC, robust control). Finally, significant results from tests and development of new control algorithms are discussed.

Vibrotermography and its use for Detecting cracks 振动成像技术及其在裂纹检测中的应用

This paper deals with ultrasonic infrared nondestructive technique for detecting cracks in materials. This technique uses a short pulse of low frequency ultrasound to cause the crack surfaces to rub or clap, thus inducing frictional heating. This heating is then observed through the use of an infrared video camera. In the case of a surface-breaking crack, the appearance of the image of the crack takes only milliseconds after the initiation of the ultrasonic pulse. Subsurface cracks become visible to the infrared camera with time delays that are determined by diffusion of the heat from the crack to the surface of the sample. Using this method, we can observe fatigue cracks as short as 20 micrometers in metal samples.

Hybridized GA-optimization of neural dynamic model for nonlinear process 非线性过程神经动力学模型的杂交遗传算法优化

Neural networks as universal approximators possess capability to model complex nonlinear phenomena. However, when almost nothing is known about the modeled dynamic process it is difficult to determine important parameters like the number of neurons or the size of regressor vector (dynamic order). In order to avoid suboptimal settings for a dynamic model using trial-and-error method, genetic algorithm is used for optimizing the neural dynamic model. To improve the results even more, the genetic optimization is hybridized with a local optimizer in the form of Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm commonly used for neural network training. Here a neural model of biomass-fired boiler emissions is considered, which is eventually intended for predictive control. Series-parallel NARX model is used with two hidden layer neural network and tan-sigmoid transfer functions. The simpler neural model structure will be computationally less expensive what is important for online predictive control. The results confirm the capability of this method to achieve simpler network structures with errors comparable to the case when trial-and-error settings were previously used.

To improve the results even more, the genetic optimization is hybridized with a local optimizer in the form of Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm commonly used for neural network training. Here a neural model of biomass-fired boiler emissions is considered, which is eventually intended for predictive control. Series-parallel NARX model is used with two hidden layer neural network and tan-sigmoid transfer functions. The simpler neural model structure will be computationally less expensive what is important for online predictive control. The article discusses usage of an innovative three-dimensional vision system in a quality control process for surface defect detection. A method of 3D image building and selecting cross section profile on 3D images is presented. The article discusses problems connected with the resolution of the 3D vision system, resolution of the laser beam analysis, and resolution connected with the application of the successive height profiles on sample cast planes. On the basis of the model, measurements allowing assessment of dimension parameters and surface defects of a given cast are presented. On the basis of tests and analyses of such a three-dimensional cast model, a range of checks which are possible to conduct using 3D vision systems is indicated.

Architecture of automatized control system for honey bee indoor wintering process monitoring and control 蜜蜂室内越冬过程监控自动化控制系统的体系结构

Honey bee wintering process is one of the biological processes, which nowadays can be monitored and controlled using the information technologies, control methods and tools. Control and monitoring of such process is really complicated and not a trivial task, because behavior of the biological system, biological objects and their reaction to human intervention is unpredictable. To complete this task it is necessary to build complex control system architecture with many subsystems and elements. The automatized system architecture proposed by the authors is developed to improve the honey bee wintering process and to incorporate information technologies into this process. The system is mainly used for individual honey bee colony monitoring and control. In order to develop such biological process control system it is necessary to use various information technologies and expert knowledge in the specific biological field. Honey bee wintering process takes place in a closed environment, where microclimate control system controls the environment microclimate parameters based on measurement device data. At the same time honey bee hive temperature measurement system collects data about bee activity. Bee hive temperature is the main factor, which is used for bee activity monitoring. Measurement results are automatically transferred to the remote computational system, which completes data summarizing and analyzing. Based on predefined algorithms and prediction models, computational system recognizes the state of the bee colony. Taking into account additional external data and taking into account operator's judgment, the system makes decision whether to change the main control task. The automatized system architecture for the complex task of honeybee wintering process monitoring and control proposed by the authors can be divided into smaller logical and technical parts or so called sub-systems. These sub-systems can be developed individually and independently, but by combining them all together it is possible to build an advanced control system. The authors also consider that important place in the system architecture is taken by prediction models. The usage of the prediction models in the architecture allows the system to make a decision about bee family state more precisely and independently from the operator. During the honey bee wintering process it is possible to use quality and quantitative models. Mainly models are used for determination of the activity stage of the bee colony.
