Visualization of Wireless Sensor Network by a Java Framework for Security in Defense Surveillance 基于Java安全框架的无线传感器网络可视化

Every academic research requires sufficient availability of resources in order to carry out further work. The scope of work done in visualization for wireless sensor networks (WSNs) requires testing its algorithms for large scale deployment. For this, deploying real WSN test bed provides accurate test results but large scale deployment is not feasible. The earlier framework named Net Topo is efficient for simulation and visualization for WSN, but the architecture is dedicated to crossbow sensor nodes forming network, which are very expensive and is hindrance for academic research. Keeping this in mind, this paper sheds light on different Java based framework of visualization for WSN, in which we have included a challenging application area of WSN viz. Security in defence surveillance wherein the designing of this visualization software tool is implemented using economical designed motes. This application tracks the vehicular movement in hostile areas under military surveillance by comparing and showing data from connected network which is set at defined threshold and thus, alerts if any intrusion happens in the implemented area through displayed Graphical User Interface (GUI).

Design of a Network for Detection of Environmental Condition Using Wireless Sensor Network Technology 基于无线传感器网络技术的环境状态检测网络设计

The paper presents the design of a self-configured and small wireless sensor network for monitoring the weather condition such as rainfall and wind direction for the nearest areas. This paper is based on the real time hardware solution on weather broadcasting through satellites measurements, because although the satellite systems are sufficient for monitoring weather condition on the earth and giving their valuable measurements to the scientist to take the correct decisions, but sometimes it is difficult to take the measurements through televisions and other media at different locations for example in remote areas or in the forest areas. The small sensors network arrangement for nearest area provides the best solution to the peoples residing in the rural areas to make them alert or farmers to protect their products safely from calamities.
