The aim of the research is to structure a scale of the reality of sports activity in the directorates of student activities for the universities of the Middle Euphrates, as well as to identify the reality of sports activity in these directorates, and the descriptive approach was followed in the two survey methods and the case study, and the research community was represented by the coaches of the sports teams for male and female students in the directorates of student activities for the universities of the Euphrates. The middle school consisted of (150) male and female coaches for various sports, and the research sample of (40) male and female coaches was randomly selected. The researchers used tools for data collection or measurement (sources, references, questionnaire, personal interview, test and measurement), and a scale was prepared for the reality of sports activity in the student activities directorates of the Middle Euphrates universities. It was distributed to a sample of (100) male and female coaches. Although there are stadiums and sports halls in the student activities directorates of the Middle Euphrates Universities, they are not sufficient for the purpose. And that the most expensive ones are not suitable for practicing sports activity, whether for training or for holding matches, in addition to the weak sports activity programs in the student activities directorates of the Middle Euphrates universities, as they are not satisfactory to the ambition of most coaches, due to weak participation and interaction, and one of the most important recommendations is the need to pay attention to stadiums and sports halls because they are the pillar The basic and first pillar of sports activity programs, and because it represents the element of attraction and enticement for students’ affiliation with university teams, as well as the selection of efficient sports elements that have high academic achievement and previous field experience and full-time training for university teams, which in turn is reflected in the development of sports activity in the directorates of university student activities.

The importance of this study lies in the topic it deals with, its modernity in the educational administrative field and related to the philosophy of total quality management, and the effectiveness of its application in the field of sports management. The research problem was to estimate and know the degree of effectiveness of the college's performance using the college's total quality standards . The aim of the research is to evaluate the educational environment in the schools of Mosul and evaluate the teaching skills for the appliances of physical education and find the relationship between the teaching skills for the physical education and the educational environment in the schools of the city of Mosul. A questionnaire was prepared, and after the scientific conditions were fulfilled from sincerity and stability, it was the most important results. The reality of the material educational environment in the schools of Mosul does not meet all the conditions of teaching practice of physical and sports education. The Research aim : The effect of Aerobic stress in superoxide dismutase and glutathione in football players in blood serum. To identify on relation between superoxide dismutase and glutathione with calcium in blood serum after Aerobic stress in football players. The research hypothesis : The existence of differences in superoxide dismutase and glutathione before and after aerobic stress. The existence of relation between superoxide dismutase and glutathione with calcium in blood serum after Aerobic stress in football players. The researcher used the experimental method to suit the nature of the research, the sample consisted of (10) players representing Handren Football Club in the excellent league in Kurdistan region, who were selected purposively. Their average age, weight and length were (24.9 years), (72.3 kg) and (177.2 cm) respectively. They were subjected to aerobic running rotor at temperatures ranging from 22-25 degrees Celsius using (Brian) test to measure research variables. The researcher concluded the following: There were significant differences in the concentration of superoxide dismutase before and after aerobic effort. No significant differences in the concentration of glutathione enzyme before and after aerobic effort. Significant correlation between superoxide dismutase and calcium after aerobic effort.

Management in this area has become the cornerstone of development since you cannot find any discovery, activity, change or achievement unless after analyzing it, we find out that management is pushing and stays behind them. Therefore, any attempt to provoke sports, economic and social growth basically needs a developed management which uses scientific approaches in planning, organizing, guidance and supervising to achieve the ideal usage of the available resources and promoting the quality of the production to its highest limits. That is why sport management is an obvious profession that practicing it needs a set of knowledge, skills and trainings based on comprehensive quality criteria. The importance of this research stands out in attempting to guide the head and the members of the administrative staff in the sport clubs in KRG-Iraq and the inevitability of making happen planed changes that cover the culture of the sport clubs in general, and all the aspects of the management and organizing process in specific in order to achieve the best possible performance that helps solving many of the problems relating to management and its quality. The research problem lies in when the administrative functions are not practiced properly and effectively, it results in the failure of the administrative process and failure to achieve the goals that been set. We ought to think about how to do management under the spotlight of comprehensive quality criteria so that it helps the sport club administrates to achieve the goals to contribute in preparing athletes scientifically through club administrates and providing human and material resources. That has motivated the researcher to prepare a proposed administrative plan to the managers of premier basketball clubs in KRG-Iraq under the survey method. The research population consisted of the men basketball clubs in KRG-Iraq. Concerning the research sample, it consisted of 9 premier clubs. The research concluded that: it is necessary to follow plan, organizing, guidance and supervising in the club administrates structures well. It is necessary to develop club’s perspective, massage, strategy and goals and its necessary to manage administrates in a way that ascends to the comprehensive quality criteria. The research recommends that assigning the head and the members of the administrative staff should be based on professional qualifications, scientific specializations and not following just on specific organizing structure, but changing it constantly according to the work needs and also recommends establishing information system to manage comprehensive quality in the clubs.

Therefore, any attempt to provoke sports, economic and social growth basically needs a developed management which uses scientific approaches in planning, organizing, guidance and supervising to achieve the ideal usage of the available resources and promoting the quality of the production to its highest limits. That is why sport management is an obvious profession that practicing it needs a set of knowledge, skills and trainings based on comprehensive quality criteria. The importance of this research stands out in attempting to guide the head and the members of the administrative staff in the sport clubs in KRG-Iraq and the inevitability of making happen planed changes that cover the culture of the sport clubs in general, and all the aspects of the management and organizing process in specific in order to achieve the best possible performance that helps solving many of the problems relating to management and its quality. The research problem lies in when the administrative functions are not practiced properly and effectively, it results in the failure of the administrative process and failure to achieve the goals that been set. We ought to think about how to do management under the spotlight of comprehensive quality criteria so that it helps the sport club administrates to achieve the goals to contribute in preparing athletes scientifically through club administrates and providing human and material resources. That has motivated the researcher to prepare a proposed administrative plan to the managers of premier basketball clubs in KRG-Iraq under the survey method. The research population consisted of the men basketball clubs in KRG-Iraq. Concerning the research sample, it consisted of 9 premier clubs. The research concluded that: it is necessary to follow plan, organizing, guidance and supervising in the club administrates structures well. It is necessary to develop club’s perspective, massage, strategy and goals and its necessary to manage administrates in a way that ascends to the comprehensive quality criteria.
