MOBILE WEB BASED SCHOOL INFORMATION SYSTEM GOVERNANCE 基于移动web的学校信息系统治理

Schools are one of the basic needs of society in order to improve human resources through academic education and other supporting education. Through schools, people can study the development of education by utilizing the development of technology and information which is increasingly easy to obtain. Currently schools are trying to become institutions that are able to serve the community well, especially in terms of conveying information to the community. However, so far information is still done manually, such as pasting on announcement boards, circulars distributed to students. Along with the rapid development of technology and information, the researchers aim to create a mobile web-based school information system at MTS Ma'arif so that all information can be accessed easily. Researchers designed and realized a mobile web-based school information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The use of the mobile web in competency development and school quality is the right thing because the mobile web is a very informative and dynamic medium to add insight in finding educational information. The implementation in this study can be accessed anytime and anywhere via the internet. The mobile web can make it easier for schools to convey information and promotional processes that have so far been done manually.

ANALYSIS OF THE ROLE OF EDUCATION PERSONNEL IN SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION 浅析教育人员在学校管理中的作用

Educators and education staff have the same role and task, namely carrying out various activities that lead to the creation of convenience and success for students in learning. The role of educators in facilitating school administration is very important because they have great duties and responsibilities for the smooth running of teaching and learning activities in schools. Every school requires skilled, reliable educators, and understand the job description. The formulation of the problem in this paper is first, what is included in school administration? Second, what is the role of education personnel in school administration? The purpose of this study is to increase understanding of the concept of school administration and the professional ethics of education personnel in school administration. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data collection techniques by taking data in the library, reading, taking notes, and processing research material. Based on the results of the data analysis, several conclusions were found as follows regarding matters covered in school administration, namely 1. Curriculum Administration, 2. Student Administration, 3. Infrastructure Administration, 4. Financial Administration and 5. Public Relations Administration. The role of education personnel in school administration is to play an active role in quality service efforts, and the formation of professional human resources in the field of school development and administration. As well as carrying out the educational code of ethics as a form of moral responsibility towards his profession as an educator

DEVELOPMENT OF A WEBSITE-BASED ONLINE LEARNING MODE AS A MEANS OF INCREASING STUDENT INDEPENDENCE IN LEARNING 开发基于网站的在线学习模式,提高学生学习的独立性

Now with advances in technology students and teachers alike can learn in the hands of technology. Currently, all countries in the world are facing the Covid-19 pandemic. All activities are restricted to prevent the spread of the Corona virus, including educational activities. In Indonesia, it has been more or less three months, all educational activities, from primary and secondary to tertiary levels, are conducted online. In this research concept, what researchers will do is how to make a website as a learning medium easily and can be understood by students and readers from all walks of life. Features can also be used properly so that students are interested and enthusiastic in independent learning. At the stage of making the website the researcher uses wordpress as a medium for editing the appearance of the theme or other features. So that it really can help researchers in simplifying and accelerating the creation of a website as a learning medium that helps students to learn independently online. At this stage the research model used is the waterfall model. Starting from the level and progress of the system, using this model has a systematic sequential software development method. In developing a website-based online learning mode as a means of increasing student independence in learning, teachers can update subject data, input new subject data, and delete unnecessary data. Subject data whose access time limit has been determined will be deleted by itself at a predetermined time. The teacher only needs to register as a teacher and can immediately become a teacher on the Website-Based Online Learning Mode Development Website as a Means to Increase Student Independence in Learning after passing certain predetermined phases and conditions. After completing teaching and learning activities, users can close the account or Logout from an existing account on the Website. After that, the website can be closed by closing the browser application which is used to open a website-based online learning mode development website as a means of increasing student independence in learning.

CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR SPREADING HOAX NEWS THROUGH ELECTRONIC MEDIA IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF LAW NUMBER 19 YEAR 2016 从2016年第19号法看电子媒体传播虚假新闻的刑事责任

Advances in information and communication technology have an impact in terms of delivering information that runs so fast and can be accessed through social media such as Facebook, Twitter or mobile phone messages such as WhatsApp and others. Due to this progress, social media users cannot filter properly regarding the truth of the news that will be received or disseminated so that it gives birth to hoax news. The criminal responsibility for spreading hoax news is contained in the article referring to the provisions of Article 28 paragraph (1) 45A paragraph (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016. In the process of proving the crime of spreading hoaxes in online media, additional evidence is contained in Article 5 of the ITE Law concerning Electronic Information and Electronic Documents and/or printed results. Factors that influence the spread of hoaxes are curiosity, weak journalism, weak economic factors, the emergence of unofficial media, the low quality of media literacy. Prevention of hoax news by means of media literacy so that they have useful skills in processing, accessing, analyzing information and evaluating any information that is obtained or wants to be disseminated by social media. So that social media users can think critically about what they see and read so that it will give birth to a social media order that has etiquette.

ACHIEVEMENT STUDENT SUPPORT SYSTEM USING WEIGHTED PRODUCT METHOD 成绩支持系统采用加权乘积法

Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia No 12 of 2012 that higher education in part of the national education system has a strategic role in educating the life of the nation. Students are people who try to develop themselves through the educational process on a particular path, level and type of education. The Weighted Product method is chosen because the method of completion uses multiplication to connect the attribute value, where the value must be raised with the value of the attribute weight in question. Criteria that have been determined include average value, discipline, attendance, extracurricular, and Non-Academic. The results of this study there are 6 alternatives, that A2 alternative with the value 0.145790734 as students with the lowest value and alternative A3 0.212196782 as students with the best value.

IMPROVEMENT OF SPEAKING SKILLS USING THE SOCIODRAMA METHOD IN INDONESIAN LESSONS FOR GRADE V STUDENTS 运用社会戏剧教学法提高五年级印尼语学生的口语能力

The purpose of this study is to improve students' speaking skills through the application of the Sociodrama Method to grade V students of Sangun Ratu Elementary School.  This study used Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were grade V students of Sangun Ratu Elementary School which amounted to 31 students (18 female students and 13 male students). The object of this study is speech skills and the Sociodrama Method. This class action research is carried out through two cycles. From the results of the actions of cycle I to cycle II there is an increase in speaking skills in students. The data collection method uses interview sheets, observation sheets, documentation and evaluation tests as well as student worksheets. The data analysis technique used is that there are three stages, such as data reduction, data presentation (data exposure), and conclusion drawing (verification).   The result of this study is that the application of the Sociodrama Method can improve students' speaking skills.  This can be seen from the results of the research and supported by the following facts: (1) the accuracy of pronunciation (pronunciation) in cycle I is 78.6% and increases in cycle II, namely to 81.9%;  (2) fluency of speech in cycle I, which is 82% and increases in cycle II, which is to 83.2%;  (3) the courage of the opinion in cycle I was 38.6% and increased in cycle II, which was 72.2%. With the increase in the value of student speaking skills, it affects student learning outcomes, from 35.48% precyclical or 11 completed students increased to 53.33% or 16 students completed in cycle I, then increased again to 87.10% or 27 students completed in cycle II.  This study concluded that the application of the Sociodrama Method can improve speaking skills in grade V students of Sangun Ratu Elementary School for the 2020/2021 school year.
本研究的目的是透过社会戏剧教学法在三根拉图小学五年级学生身上的应用,来提高学生的口语能力。本研究采用课堂行动研究。本研究以三根拉图小学五年级学生为研究对象,共31名学生(女生18名,男生13名)。本研究以言语技巧与社会戏剧法为研究对象。本集体诉讼研究分两个周期进行。从循环一到循环二的动作结果来看,学生的口语能力有所提高。数据收集方法使用访谈表、观察表、文档和评估测试以及学生工作表。所使用的数据分析技术有三个阶段,如数据还原、数据呈现(数据暴露)和得出结论(验证)。本研究的结果是:社会戏剧教学法的应用可以提高学生的口语能力。这可以从研究结果中看出,并得到以下事实的支持:(1)第1周期的发音(发音)准确率为78.6%,第2周期的准确率为81.9%;(2)语言流畅度在第一阶段达到82%,在第二阶段达到83.2%;(3)第1周期的意见勇气为38.6%,第2周期的意见勇气为72.2%。随着学生口语技能价值的提高,它影响学生的学习成果,从周期前的35.48%或11名学生完成到周期一的53.33%或16名学生完成,然后再次增加到周期二的87.10%或27名学生完成。本研究的结论是:运用社会戏剧教学法可以提高三根拉图小学2020/2021学年五年级学生的口语能力。

The subjects of this study were grade V students of Sangun Ratu Elementary School which amounted to 31 students (18 female students and 13 male students). The object of this study is speech skills and the Sociodrama Method. This class action research is carried out through two cycles. From the results of the actions of cycle I to cycle II there is an increase in speaking skills in students. The data collection method uses interview sheets, observation sheets, documentation and evaluation tests as well as student worksheets. The data analysis technique used is that there are three stages, such as data reduction, data presentation (data exposure), and conclusion drawing (verification).   The result of this study is that the application of the Sociodrama Method can improve students' speaking skills.  This can be seen from the results of the research and supported by the following facts: (1) the accuracy of pronunciation (pronunciation) in cycle I is 78.6% and increases in cycle II, namely to 81.9%;  (2) fluency of speech in cycle I, which is 82% and increases in cycle II, which is to 83.2%;  (3) the courage of the opinion in cycle I was 38.6% and increased in cycle II, which was 72.2%. This study aims to determine the impact of smartphone use on the development of elementary school students' behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. The effect of using a smartphone is an impact or influence that can be beneficial or detrimental that arises as a result of a habit of using a smartphone. Meanwhile, the behavior of children who use smartphones is all actions or actions taken by children towards the use of smartphones. The impact of smartphone use on the current generation of the nation lies in the child who later grows up to be a leader. A leader who is able to lead himself is the most important factor. The thing that needs to be considered is character education that must be instilled early. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods as a stage in carrying out research. This research used data collection techniques including the observation, interview, documentation and recording stages. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the use of smartphones by children is based on individual needs, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, children's learning is all online.  Smartphones can be a means of learning and entertainment for children because they provide a lot of needed information. In addition to these beneficial things, the continued use of smartphones has a bad impact on children's behavior.

Online learning serves as a lesson between educators and students by using an internet network that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Of course, the online method has a good level of effectiveness if it can be implemented optimally but also vice versa if there are still many obstacles in the implementation poses, it will also cause several problems whose consequences will have an impact or be felt by educators and students in the school. This time the author will conduct a study carried out at Sribasuki State Elementary School 1, Kalirejo District, Central Lampung Regency about the implementation of online learning at the school. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of online learning at the elementary school level. The method collected in data collection is a question and answer (interview) to the resource persons, namely several students, parents of students, and educators (teachers) directly or via WhatsApp. The results of the study showed various opinions from students, parents, and educators (teachers). From these various opinions, it can be concluded that the online method is very helpful in the learning process and it is considered that the method is quite appropriate to be chosen during the current Covid-19 Pandemic, but on the other hand, the level of effectiveness is still assessed below the learning carried out face-to-face. Therefore, some students, parents, and educators (teachers) really hope that the learning process can be carried out face-to-face as soon as possible.

Healthy youth is the progress of a nation. Marriage under the age of 18 is a problem that must be faced by some young people in the world (especially in developing countries like Indonesia). The high risk of sex outside of marriage has attracted the attention of the government. One of the government efforts related to adolescent health is to provide sex education to adolescents so that they understand the risk of infectious diseases caused by free sex and drug abuse. In addition, the rapid development and advancement of information technology have changed all attitudes, styles, and ways of thinking of modern humans. Even today, the culture of dating, free sex, and the use of illegal drugs has become commonplace and even commonplace among young people. The aim of this study is to provide personality education through the website-based Gendre application to enable young people to understand the negative effects of premarital sex or trying to use illegal drugs. The author hopes that the younger generation can avoid a lifestyle that has a negative impact on their own future and the future of the Indonesian nation. From this research, the Genre website is produced and the testing on this system uses the User Acceptance Testing method, which is a questionnaire with 4 stages, namely user reactions to the system, and reactions. users to the system interface, user reactions in operating the system, and user reactions to system functionality. and the search results were calculated using a Likert scale, and the number of responders was 10 people. From the test on this research, it is concluded that the test results using a Likert scale are 88% of respondents like the results of this website.

The development of technology information could increase performance and enable various activities could be held with fast, precise, and accurate so that finally will increase productivity. Technology is one style of life moment this. With android, humans can too get entertainment without going to something place, that is, one of them through the games in the application android. Besides that, there are many game features that are not only as entertainment play however already lots of games for honing power thinking and logic that can introduce material for more interesting for accepted and understood especially by children who are still in age early, they are in a period of most rapid growth and development good physique nor mentally. because of that, the author create educational games based on the system Android operation with the hope that the children could direct use the application game. With getting knowledge more a lot and, changing patterns learn not to be too bored and bored. Educational games this is application learning for a child at an age early starting from around ages 3 to 6 years containing Theory learning about introduction animals, letters, numbers, colors, and fruits. With apply results of educational games this, hope could help children in learning and can increase patterns think creative as well as add more knowledge.
