Analysis of Lubricating Cooling Liquids Negative Influence to the Human's Health and the Ways of it Reduction 润滑冷却液对人体健康的负面影响分析及减少途径

Lubricating fluids may have a significant negative impact on both people and environment. The study analyses the approaches used to estimate the negative influence of lubricating fluids on the human health and provides the results of the analysis performed. The paper also considers the existing methods of impact reduction of lubricating fluids in mechanical engineering enterprises. The authors of the paper also propose the classification of the ways of minimizing the negative influence of lubricating fluids on the human health.

Usage of Robots for the Increasing the Effectiveness of the Fire Protection 机器人在提高消防效能中的应用

One should conclude that the role, possibilities and significance of disaster and rescue services in life protection and ensuring of populated areas in town and in the country are little examined. In fact, this process begins only now. The service area of fire protection brigade is of great importance. In Riga these areas are larger than in other towns. It can be clearly seen in Table 4, where the density of Riga fire-fighting brigades stations in comparison with other world cities is given [2-4].

Sustainable Building Area and Green Economy 可持续建筑面积与绿色经济

There are often no easy answers to environmental and sustainable challenges in the way to Green economy. Long-term building ideas developed in other countries known as sustainable building are becoming more popular also in Latvia. The development of sustainable building is stimulated with the help of many conditions: economic (necessity of saving resources and energy), social (market – tailored according to the needs of the consumers; high demand for the qualitative accommodations). In this paper the basic principles of sustainable building and management have been studied, as well as the relevant technical criteria have been analyzed. The paper provides recommendations for the improvement of the situation.

Development of Activities for Reduction of Noise Influence on the Work of Air Service Operators 开展活动,减少噪音对航空服务营办商工作的影响

Airport is an important link in the economic life of a country. However, it also is a great source of environmental pollution and enomous. Noise influences the inhabitants of territories around the airport, as well as the airport emloyees. The article examines the risks air service operators are subject to, the criteria of objective evaluation of such risks, establishing the noise levels leading to irreversible hearing damage and other professional diseases. In connection with RIGA International Airport expansion and increase in the level of the flight intensity, it is especially topical to evaluate the influence of noise on the airport employees, in general, and on the air service operators, in particular, and to elaborate the activities for limiting such an influence.

Occupational Safety Management Aspects on Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plant 城市污水处理厂职业安全管理刍议

There are new municipal waste water treatment plants being constructed in Latvia in the framework of the projects implemented with the EU co-financing. New modern equipment requires certain approach to occupational safety provision. This paper discloses aspects for occupational safety increasing on newly constructed municipal waste water treatment plants within several samples of WWTP designs, actuated in Latvia. WWTP occupational issues are examined from two aspects: operational safety and designed-in safety. The paper reviews several tender requirements for WWTP construction, Latvian Cabinet of Ministers regulations, EU-OSHA materials and abstracts of some medical researches in WWTP occupational health risks. Finally, recommendations to WWTP occupational safety increasing via project owner specification to design and via project owner staff operational safety trainings are presented.

Risk Reduction Possibilities Considering Equipment, Working Environment and Human Factor in Road Construction 道路施工中考虑设备、工作环境和人为因素降低风险的可能性

In modern road construction the work becomes even more intensive, requires maximum attention and concentration; therefore, practice and experience have been examined in the organization and implementation of labour protection measures. The objective is to study to what extent the road construction workers are influenced by dust containing crystalline silica that occurs in the process of asphalt concrete milling, based on Latvian and foreign studies. Additionally, the analysis is provided and the assessment of risk factors that occur during the milling process: noise, vibration and ergonomic risks.
在现代道路建设中,工作变得更加密集,需要最大程度的关注和集中;因此,对组织和实施劳动保护措施的实践和经验进行了考察。目的是根据拉脱维亚和国外的研究,研究道路建筑工人在多大程度上受到沥青混凝土碾磨过程中产生的含有结晶二氧化硅的粉尘的影响。此外,还提供了铣削过程中发生的风险因素的分析和评估:噪音、振动和人体工程学风险。
