Terjadinya konflik dan tsunami Aceh, selain menimbulkan keterpurukan dalam bidang sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya masyarakat, juga menimbulkan masalah sosial lain yaitu anak terlantar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk penanggulangan anak terlantar, serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penanggulangan anak terlantar di Kecamatan Panga Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakanTeknik Siklus Kesamaan Data. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa, bentuk penanggulangan anak terlantar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial di Kecamatan Panga Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, dilakukan dengan memfasilitasi berbagai keperluan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan anak terlantar, baik yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah setempat, maupun oleh Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam penanggulangan anak terlantar di Kecamatan Panga Kabupaten Aceh Jaya adalah, adanya Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat yang menampung anak-anak terlantar untuk dibina secara formal dan informal. Sedangkan faktor penghambat kurang berkembangnya Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat dalam menanggulangi anak terlantar di Kecamatan Panga Kabupaten Aceh Jaya, dikarenakan minimnya bantuan yang didapatkan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat untuk operasional dan biaya asuh. Saran-saran hasil penelitian ini, kepada dinas terkait diharapkan dapat memberikan modal usaha kepada anak terlantar sebagai tindak lanjut pasca pendidikan di yayasan. Dan bagi Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat, diharapkan dapat menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak lain, guna mendapatkan pendanaan yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan pengembangan yayasan dan pengadaan fasilitas yang lebih memadai bagi anak-anak terlantar yang ada di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Fatayat.

On December 26, 2004 and March 28, 2005, Aceh experienced an earthquake phenomenon. These two earthquake phenomena caused damage to the Aceh region, including the Aceh Singkil area in Kampung Teluk Ambun. As a result, Teluk Ambun Village, which is in daerah aliran sungai (DAS), had to be moved. Currently Teluk Ambun Village is located in transmigrasi daerah aliran sungai (Trandas) which is in the plantation area. As for the problem in this research is how the socio-economic changes in fishing communities after the occurrence of regional transmigration. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type. To obtain the data used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are socio-economic changes in fishing communities after regional transmigration, namely changes in fishermen's income, then some fishermen make a shift in their main livelihood, namely as oil palm farmers. In addition, there is a change in the mindset of the fishing community about the importance of education and knowledge, fishermen are paying attention to the education of their children so they can get a good job.

Abstrak* Budaya kemiskinan merupakan suatu permasalahan kemiskinan yang disebabkan oleh faktor kebiasaan hidup sehari-hari dalam masyarakat. Budaya kemiskinan pada masyarakat nelayan, khususnya nelayan kecil dan buruh nelayan, karena kebiasaan hidup sehari-hari terus terjadi secara turun temurun dalam masyarakat, sehingga masyarakat nelayan terjebak di dalam situasi tersebut. Kemiskinan merupakan tidak berdayanya individu dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan hidup, banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kemiskinan pada masyarakat, yaitu faktor alamiah, struktural, sumber daya manusia, dan budaya. Penelitian ini hanya fokus pada salah satu faktor kemiskinan saja yaitu faktor budaya. Penelitian ini membahas tentang budaya kemiskinan pada nelayan kecil dan buruh nelayan. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui potret kemiskinan yang disebabkan oleh faktor budaya. Metodologi yang digunakan yaitu metodologi kualitatif dengan menggunakan paradigma kontruktivistik dan penentuan informan dengan teknik memilih nelayan kecil dan buruh nelayan yang aktif melaut . Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan potret dan reproduksi kemiskinan yang disebabkan oleh faktor budaya, analisa data dilakukan melalui analisis naratif berdasarkan kronologi yang dialami oleh individu atau masyarakat dari nelayan kecil dan buruh nelayan.

The existence of COVID-19 has attracted the attention of the public, even at the beginning of its appearance, this disease was frightening. However, when there are calls to work at home, worship at home, and various policies that are considered detrimental to the community, and exacerbated by hoax news, slowly there is rejection and even distrust of the existence of COVID-19. So this research was carried out to see how students' knowledge about covid-19 and their belief in the ability of the state through the government both at the center and the regions. Students were chosen as research objects, apart from the fact that some students did not carry out health protocols on campus, also because students were seen as agents of change so that good knowledge of students would bring good knowledge to the community. The results showed that students had good knowledge and were in tune with the information provided by the government. Regarding some students not wearing masks, it was more because they were not in a crowd. Students believe that the state through the government can handle this covid-19 well, although students also see that there are some unsatisfactory things such as the ban on going home, Chinese foreign workers are instead allowed to come. Even though these foreign workers continue to carry out strict screening, they are ensured that they are in safe conditions for the community. The non-applicability of the lockdown is also considered a weakness in handling, even though the government has explained the economic growth that must be fought for.

Musik etnik merupakan salah satu entitas sosial yang kemunculannya masih tergolong baru. Ia merupakan bagian dari respon terhadap kejenuhan kemodernan yang bersifat global. Sebagai sesuatu yang baru, musik etnik masih membutuhkan ruang sosial sebagai wadahnya untuk beradaptasi untuk dikenal dan diterima oleh masyarakat luas. Oleh karena itulah, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bentuk-bentuk adaptasi sosial musik etnik yang berlokasi di Kota Labuan Bajo Kecamatan Komodo Nusa Tenggara Timur. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah komunitas musik etnik ‘Rumah Kreasi’ sebagai salah satu kelompok yang dalam kurun enam tahun terakhir sering tampil di berbagai event di Kota Labuan Bajo. Dalam kurun waktu tersebut komunitas pun mengalami perkembangan hingga menjadi terkenal. Atas dasar itulah komunitas ‘Rumah Kreasi’ dipilih sebagai subyek penelitian. Dengan demikian, pendekatan penelitian ini adalah Studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, teknik observasi, dan kajian literatur. Teknik analisis data mempergunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu Teknik Tiga Alur berupa reduksi data, kategorisasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bentuk adaptasi sosial kelompok musik etnik ‘Rumah Kreasi’ dilakukan dengan cara (a) mengikuti berbagai event, (b) kolaborasi dan adaptasi musik etnik, (c) menyanyikan lagu tradisional Manggarai, (d) belajar musik etnik dari komunitas lain, dan (e) menampilkan musik etnik di sekitar Labuan Bajo. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kelompok musik etnik melakukan adaptasi bukan hanya fokus pada musik etnik melainkan juga pada aspek pengembangan kelompok dalam membangun jaringan sosial agar dikenal di masyarakat sekitar.

Kendati dinilai memberikan pasokan listrik namun keberadan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap yang menggunakan sumber energi Batubara di Teluk Sepang memiliki dampak yang justru menghasilkan konflik. Adapun konflik terjadi antara PT Tenaga Listrik sebagai perusahaan yang mengelola PLTU dengan masyarakat setempat yang bergabung dalam Koalisi Langit Biru. Selain dampak keberadaan PLTU, kajian dalam penelitian ini ialah mengkaji mengenai upaya penyelesaian atas konflik yang terjadi antara kedua belah pihak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi non partisipan dan dokumentasi tertulis yang relevan dengan penelitian. Informan ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling , yakni penentuan informan yang bertujuan untuk menggali data langsung dari informan kunci. Setelah dilakukan analisis data yang melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa selain adanya dampak pencemaran lingkungan, keberadaan PLTU Batu bara disisi lain menambah solidaritas in-group pada kelompok Koalisasi Langit Biru guna memperjuangkan penutupan PLTU batu bara di Teluk Sepang. Meskipun dalam prosesnya ada pertentangan yang menyebabkan goyahnya persatuan di dalam masyarakat pada saat memperjuangkan penutupan PLTU batu bara. Adapun resolusi konflik yang dilakukan meliputi tahapan negosiasi, konsiliasi serta arbitrasi yang bertujuan menyelesaikan konflik antara kedua belah pihak.

Indonesia adheres to a democratic system of government. Each citizen, on the basis of the choice of ordinary people, chooses free political participation and then changes their direction as a sympathizer. Today, the excitement of political participation in Indonesian society to spread on Aceh has been somewhat hurt because some people have changed the political climate to be bad. This is reflected in the previous political participation side by side to deliver rhetoric to reap the voice of the people, but it has become a competition for each other. The purpose of this study is to find out what types of political participation occurred in constituents in Banda Aceh and West Aceh and who are the actors or groups that weaken or strengthen political participation in the constituents. The research method used is a qualitative approach with informants consisting of key informants, subject informants and non-subject informants. The results showed that the types of political participation in the constituents of Banda Aceh and West Aceh were very different and that sympathizers and political actors continued to strengthen and weaken the constituents. It is expected that this research will be a comparative study of the dynamics of policy in the Aceh region.

Asabiyah merupakan kecenderungan solidaritas dalam kelompok, acap digunakan untuk menilai stabilitas dan kohesivitas kelompok sosial tertentu. Peran asabiyah sangat menentukan lahir dan runtuhnya sebuah bangsa, negara dan peradaban. Tulisan ini mengunakan pendekatan sosio-historis, bertujuan untuk menganalisa konsep asabiyah Ibnu Khaldun dan bagaimana konsep ini terkait dengan solidaritas berdasarkan agama. Solidaritas agama, misalnya, telah mendorong usaha menyatukan negara Islam seperti gerakan Pan-Islamisme, Persatuan Arab dan Persatuan Muslim. Data untuk tulisan ini dikumpulan melalui pendekatan analisa dokumen (document analysis). Tulisan ini mendapati bahwa antara asabiyah dan solidaritas agama memiliki hubungan yang mutually-inclusive. Bahwa, asabiyah memiliki peran penting dalam kemunculan awal sebuah negara dan peradaban. Sedangkan solidaritas agama diperlukan sebagai identitas dan kesadaran yang menyatukan perbedaan identitas budaya dan etnis (asabiyah) dalam sebuah negara dan aliansi. Pada tahapan awal lahirnya sebuah negara asabiyah sangat diperlukan sebagai pemantik semangat juang dan keberanian. Sementara solidaritas agama bisa menekan etnosentrisme dan menghilangkan persaingan, kecurigaan dan kecemburan di antara entitas etnis yang berbeda. Ringkasnya, identitas budaya dan etnis (asabiyah) dan solidaritas agama saling membutuhkan dan menguatkan terutama untuk mencapai pembangunan dan kemajuan. Jika ikatan asabiyah menguat tanpa ikatan solidaritas agama akan memicu kemunduran dan keruntuhan bagi sebuah negara dan peradaban.

The title is "Mixed Marriage Between Javanese and Acehnese Ethnics in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency". The research problem is how the process of mixed marriages between Javanese and Acehnese ethnics in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency. The purpose of writing is to determine the implementation of intermarriage between Javanese and Acehnese in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency. The research method used is ethnographic research methods or reports on an ethnic group, which are written based on the results of field research and use a "gradual progression". In this study, the authors concentrate on one of the stages, namely finding cultural themes. The main data of this research is qualitative data obtained through interviews with mixed married couples. Data collection techniques used include observation techniques, interview techniques. The data analysis process was carried out since the data collection in the field took place in stages and was described in writing. The conclusion of the research obtained is that mixed marriages between Javanese and Acehnese in Pante Ceureumen District are carried out through socio-economic relations, socio-political relations and socio-cultural relations and are driven by factors of similarity in education, occupation, place of residence, religion and also because of a mate. and arranged marriage. The implementation of mixed marriages between Javanese and Acehnese ethnics in Pante Ceureumen District, uses the customs of the two ethnicities. The traditional mixed marriage culture between Javanese ethnicities that is still being carried out includes the stage of proposing, fiance, seeds, bebet and weights as well as the wedding party. This study aims to describe how the patron-client social interaction or relationship between the owner and the buffalo caretakers in Gampong Gunong Mata Ie, Aceh Barat Regency. This study uses the patron-client theory of James Scott using descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques such as observation techniques, and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are a form of interaction or social exchange relationship between patron and client in mawah keubeu: a) material exchange relationship between livestock keepers and livestock owners b) non-material exchange relationships between buffalo breeders and buffalo livestock owners. The patron-client social exchange pattern between buffalo keepers and buffalo owners occurs because of economic inequality. The process of social exchange that occurs in buffalo keepers and buffalo owners is usually very strong and lasts a long time, this is due to the mutual benefit between clients and patrons.
