FEATURES OF THE ARTISTIC INTERPRETATION OF THE CHERNOBYL TRAGEDY IN THE LYRI CS OF LINA KOS TENKO (аrticle two) 《丽娜·科斯·腾科》中切尔诺贝利悲剧的艺术诠释特征(第二篇)

In the article features of artistic interpretation of Chernobyl tragedy in poetic and publicistic works of Lina Kostenko are considered. The Chernobyl theme in the works of Lina Kostenko constitutes the basis and center of the lyrical experience, forming a complete work. The Chernobyl tragedy entered the poetic consciousness of the poetess so deeply that even in the works on another theme memories of Chernobyl, allusion to it arise, a mosaic of thoughts and feelings of the poetess turned to modern reality is formed. Lina Kostenko continues the best traditions of Ukrainian literature which are associated with acute perception and ethical and philosophical artistic understanding of the most important socio-historical events, phenomena, processes for the country and people. At the same time, the poetess not only recreates her artistic perception of the world, but also transforms, reinterprets traditional genres, sometimes falling back to combinatorics of various genre and poetology systems. Not so much as desire for a unique repetition of themes, images, emotions, thoughts but also some kind of inner peculiar repeatability is inherent to Lina Kostenko’s creative consciousness. It is based on the integrity of the author’s lyrical subject with its special ethical and philosophical vision of reality, the view of life addressed to the contemporary reader. In the work of Lina Kostenko a distinctly pronounced tendency of the aesthetic solution of acute socio-historical, moral, philosophical problems actual for the modern life of the Ukrainian people emerges. The peculiarities of this view of life, the experience of the world are peculiarly refracted in the lyrical and tragic theme of the Chernobyl disaster.

ETHIC-AESTHETIC HORI ZONS OF AN INTELLECTUAL DETECTIVE BY BORIS NECHERDA («THE DEATH OF A CARRIER») 鲍里斯·涅切尔达的《智识侦探的伦理美学境界》(《承运人之死》)

The means of creating the prototypes of the personages of the novel from the real peo- ple from Boris Necherda’s surrounding are very important, especially the creation of the image of a famous Odessa artist Yuriy Kovalenko and changing of aethetic search of two different but spiritually close creators. Agonal circles, spread all over the text of «The death of a Carrier», influence both genre nature of the novel and its plot and composition, creating a philosophic subtext in such a way. Thus, the novel of Boris Necherda gave a great impulse to formation of an existantial, intellectual detective in Ukrainian literature of the end of the 20th — the be-ginning of the 21st century, built on the harmony of two opposite spheres — mass-reading and eletism (immanent artistic nature of the text, which subbases creates a philological game, leading to a abyssal sense of the novel).

«THE WORLD OF THINGS» AND HERO’S «ENVIRONMENT» IN O. ZABUZHKO’S NOVEL «THE MUSEUM OF ABANDONED SECRETS» 扎布日科小说《被遗弃的秘密博物馆》中的“物的世界”和英雄的“环境”

The discovery of the past times — is the leading topic of O. Zabuzhko’s novel «The Museum of Abandoned Secrets». This topic is significant one for the post-colonial countries, and in post-Soviet Ukraine Zabuzhko and her collegues try to investigate the past, which was distorted by the ruling Communist party. The novel was considered in the fields of genre and images specifics, it was also the subject of the hender studies. While this research deals with the certain mechanisms of past actualisation in the text, particularly with the help of Bakhtin’s hero’s «environment». The srtuctural analisys is used in the research. The novel is built as a collection of a museum halls, and the text can be understood as a list of exhibits and commentaries about the exibits. An exibit in Zabuzhko’s novel is a thing from the past times, and everything can be such a thing — a note in a book, a phrase, a picture. This thing was a meaningful object for people from the past, however, the novel’s heroes should guess the thing’s purpose. The past has its’ secrets, and the heroes act like children in a game: they just collect bright things. However, the thing has its secret and this sectret should be guessed, otherwise, the hero may feel himself in a danger. Solving this past’s trick, the heroes stand between the two worlds: the modern one and the past one. The modernity in Zabuzhko’s novel is the world of dead people, unlimited consuming is the only purpose for them. However, the past is alive, because it was abounded, so this past and the people from the past are looking for a justice. And this justice can be reached with the help of the secrets and with the help of the people, who are ready to seek the truth. So the truth seeking becomes a special purpose for Zabuzhko’s heroes. They should solve the secret’s riddle and connect the two worlds: the modern and the past ones.

NARRATIVE DIFFUSION IN THE PROSE BY WILLIAM CARLOS WILLIAMS 威廉·卡洛斯·威廉姆斯散文中的叙事扩散

The present article examines the narrative models in short stories by William Carlos Williams, a prominent American modernist poet and physician, whose prose legacy has been left out of literary critics’ attention up to the present. The aim of the article is to an alyze the narrative features of literary works by the physician writer. The material of the research is «The Doctor Stories» collection of short fiction written between 1932 and 1962. The study relies on the methods of narratological analysis, reception theory and hermeneutics. The material under consideration provides an efficient incorporation the author’s experience as a medical practitioner and its artistic rethinking. «The Doctor Stories» reveal a unique outlook of the author who was able to observe people in the most complicated and intimate situatons of their lives — in the moments of suffering, hopelessness, grief, loss and death. In Williams’ short fiction, the efficacy of treatment depends on the patient’s communicative readiness for cooperation with the narrator, whereas the disclosure of the profound intentionality of a literary work requires the reader’s receptive readiness for engaging in a joint creative process with the author. Each short story is presented through the prism of homodiegetic narration: a fictional doctor gives an account of his encounters with patients, and shares his thoughts and feelings about each particular medical case. The dominant feature of Williams’s prose work is the technique of narrative diffusion, which impels the reader to engage in the receptive process as an active participant and equal partner. The doctor’s and patient’s narratives are deliberately given in a continuous flow of story without any syntactical borders in order to erase the boundaries between the narrative «I» and the receptive «You». In such a manner, the reader is required to apply a considerable amount of interpretative abilities, and thus to assume a part of receptive responsibility. The prospects for further research are in the study of literary and medical discourse by the US physician writers, which enables us to deepen the understanding of the American national literature and its historical and cultural context.

У статті йдеться про дискурсивну практику есею-шкіцу в сучасній українській літературі. Спозиціоновано шкіц серед інших видів есею. Осмислено сутність шкіцу як есею ментативного типу. Розглянуто його особливості на прикладі творчості Івана Лучука (збірки «Ніби поезієзнавчі шкіци», «Літературний джаз», «Трохи поезієзнавства»). Зроблено висновки про специфіку спресованості ідей, сконцентрованості й ущільнення поля розмислів у шкіці як літературному творі.
