لا يخفي أن قضية التراث تعد إحدى القضايا المفصلية في الفكر العربي؛ إذ إنها شغلت حيزا معتبرا في الجدال الفكري والنظري بين المفكرين العرب المعاصرين في المشرق والمغرب. ومدار الخلاف بينهم على مسألتين رئيستين: تتعلق الأولى بمشروعية البحث في التراث، أي السؤال عن جدوى وضرورة التفكير في التراث، وعن ضروب العلاقة التي يمكن أن تكون له بالحاضر ودوره في بناء المستقبل. وتتعلق الثانية بكيفية قراءة هذا التراث، والمناهج الكفيلة بتقديم القراءة الملائمة له. أما فيما يتصل بسؤال المشروعية، فقد انهتهى الأمر إلى التسليم بأن التعامل مع التراث أمر لا انفكاك عنه، لأن التراث حاضر فينا، وهو "جزء من انشغال الإنسان بذاته، بدراستها وبنائها."

There frequently un-correspondences of word level, word unit, structure, and intra system in translation activities between those of the source language and those of the target language. This so-called shift of translation may also occur on the level of meaning, be it to the more specific meaning, to the more general meaning, or simply as the result of different nature between two languages. This phenomenon was also found by the researchers in the novel entitled “Para MujahidCinta” whichis the translated version from the Arabic of one of the most Egyptians best novelist Najīb Kīlānī, entitled Layālī Turkistān. The results of the research show that the translator, Shocheh Muhammad, employed such shift in his translation particularly in regards with the tarkīb iḍāfī, composite words with a solid meaning, to become reduced-adjective clause, reduced-adverb clause, or etcetera. Such changes in translation affirm that shifts may occur, not only by the need to deliver the meaning or message, but also –in a wider context- by the fact of different characteristics of languages. This is, to some extent, nothing to do with correspondence between two languages which is the basis of translation theories.

Artikel ini menjelaskan dua tipologi karya ulama klasik yang berhubungan dengan nahwu dan tafsir. Jenis pertama adalah kitab nah}wu yang dalam penjelasan materinya selalu melibatkan ayat-ayat Alquran, baik sebagai dalil untuk kaidahnya maupun penjelasan untuk maksud kaidah tersebut. Model ini bisa dilihat dalam kitab I’rab al-Qur’an karya al-Zajjaj (w. 316 H). Sedangkan jenis kedua, merupakan kitab tafsir yang dalam banyak penjelasannya melibatkan analisis aspek bahasa terutama nahwu. Model ini dapat dilihat dalam dua kitab tafsir klasik yang mu’tabar, yaitu Tafsir al-Tabariy karya Ibnu Jarir al-Tabariy (lahir 224 H), dan kitab tafsir al-Kasysyaf karya Imam Zamakhsyari (lahir 467 H). Model pertama diistilahkan dengan nahwu-tafsiriy, dan yang kedua disebut tafsir-nahwiy atau tafsir-lugawiy.

This paper examines a collection of short stories entitled: Liman nahmil al-Rasasah by Jihad Al-Rajbi>using the semiotic approach of Charles Sander Peirce. This paper intends to describe the symbolic meaning implicit in the text in expressing the reality of the events behind the Intifada in the Palestinian state presented in the short stories of Jihad Al-Rajbi. This research includes library research; by reviewing library materials, in the form of books, encyclopedias, journals and other sources relevant to the topic being studied. The results of the analysis found that the language used by the author in conveying communication to the public was a symbolic language, to deliver the reader to the context of the Palestinian people in the period 1967-1993. Bullet words (Al-Rasasah), small stone stones, children, mothers, al-Quds, seclusion is a symbol that is often repeated in short story narratives. This symbolizes the oppression of the Palestinian people over Israeli cruelty, so the word used as the parent title of the collection of short stories Intifadhah is the word bullet (Al-Rasasah).

Khutbah or khitabah is a form of prose literary that has its own characteristics in that it is presented. Even with the Khutbah carried by Thariq Ibn Ziyad too, which was said to give an influence on its audience, in this case is his soldiers. Through stylistics point of view, the writer studies Khutbah of Tariq Ibn Ziyad according to al-aswat (phonology), ikhtiyar al-lafz (Word preferences), and al-inhiraf (deviation) aspects. Based on this analysis it is found that there are elements of phonology, word's preferences, and deviations that relate to the events that occurred as said in the khutbah. Because of in fact that a work of literature cannot be separated from the historical frame of reference where the literary work is presented. Khutbah of Thariq Ibn Ziyad when it is seen from the stylistics indicate that this khutbah appears to provide stimulus, spirit, influence as well as reassuring to the soldiers who want to fight to the dhalim King, Roderick while expanding to a number of areas. This is proved by damir, harf, and mufradat used in the preaching that is very relevant to the conditions in those situations.

AbstractLiterature (al-Adab) is the delivery of something by the processing of deep feelings that are full of value and art about the image that will be given and expressed in a certain form with certain rules as well. Periodization of literature begins since the period of ignorance, the period of Islam which includes Daulah Umayyah, continued Abbasiyah period, Turki Usmani, and the last modern period. While the purpose of learning literature among them to increase knowledge and understanding of students to literature to life more directed and become good; also help students understand the social limps in their lives and at the same time how to play a role to overcome them.AbstrakSastra (al-Adab) adalah penyampaian sesuatu dengan pengolahan perasaan yang mendalam yang sarat nilai dan seni tentang gambaran yang akan diberikan dan diekspresikan dalam bentuk tertentu dengan kaidah-kaidah yang tertentu pula. Periodisasi sastra dimulai sejak periode jahiliyah, periode Islam yang didalamnya termasuk Daulah Umayyah, dilanjutkan periode Abbasiyah, Turki Usmani, dan terakhir periode modern. This study discusses the use of developed terms of literary criticism in the Arab. literature always experiences renewal in terms of science because literary criticism is a cultural product that often interacts with the conditions of the surrounding world, one of which is the terms of literary criticism which is the criterion in its use, so that raises the question, what are the terms of the Arabic literary criticism that are developing now? the purpose of this study is to find out the terms of literary criticism that developed in contemporary times as balancing the transformation of the ever expanding world of external literature. The method used in this research is library research, which is by collecting library data related to terms in Arabic literature. The finding in this study is that in contemporary Arabic literature there are three phenomenal terms, first the inner experience of poets (writers), the second organic unity and the theme in literary works, the third form of poetry.

This study proves that Arabic as an identity and as a connector between the contemporary Arabic literary products and economic changes. It can be concluded that the more faded the use of Arabic, the various Arabic cultural and literary products will be degraded and even eliminated; and the magnitude of the value of economic changes that cannot be detailed will be a deficit, especially in the field of creative industry and translation. This research is aimed to explore the significance and relevance of cultural products to the East-an. This research uses library method in the perspective of data gathering and qualitative method in data reduction perspective. The perspective used is the perspective of globalization. Stages of analysis related perspectives used are the placement of the global arena, symbiotic mutualism, and technological involvement.
