Este trabajo explora las características discretas y diversificadas de la industria cultural y creativa (ICC) para identificar y controlar el riesgo idiosincrático de esta en el mercado abierto de capital financiero. Se selecciona y procesa un panel data de empresas de la industria cultural y creativa registrado en el Mercado Bursátil de Arte y Cultura de Tianjin, en el período 2011- 2017 para identificar los factores que influyen en el riesgo idiosincrático de la ICC a través de un modelo de señal múltiple de calidad. Los resultados muestran que la liquidez, el riesgo de mercado y las características particulares de la industria tienen un significativo impacto en el riesgo idiosincrático. Vale recalcar que el impacto del riesgo de mercado sobre el riesgo idiosincrático de la ICC se limita solo dentro de la industria, mientras que la compraventa en el sistema financiero externo no tiene impacto significativo en el riesgo idiosincrático de la ICC, por lo tanto, no se observa efecto de sustitución de inversión. La investigación concluye que el riesgo idiosincrático de la ICC puede ser identificado y controlado basado en la liquidez, el riesgo de mercado y el patrón de compraventa de las empresas en la ICC. Esto ayuda a los empresarios de esta industria a evaluar el riesgo financiero de potenciales inversiones y a los hacedores de la política pública a mejorar los mecanismos de vigilancia del sistema financiero.

Today more than more environmentally friendly economic system is urgent, less predatory and aware of the well-being of all people in the planet. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to explore in literature the conceptual perspective of circular economy, its strategic contribution to sustainable development, its implementation and consequences, as well as contrary opinions. A progressive interest and global trend topic, which has gen-erated a notable movement at the level of governments, foundations, industry and socie-ty, regarding reconsidering resources management throughout the life cycle of a product/ service that leads to achieve prosperity, mitigating the impact on the environment and enabling the well-being of human beings and other species. The research methodology is qualitative, and the findings are reviewed through a descriptive exploratory method. that in the strategies of sustainable development, both the should consider the implementation of circular economy pro-jects and define actions to be taken from the public sphere to promote the transition towards this new economic conception. A limitation of this study is the scarce local em-pirical evidence on the subject, thus international literature and experiences have been used.

The environmental pollution caused by mining in the Province of El Oro has brought se-rious and irreparable consequences to the environment. Mining has been there for a long time, causing a great damage by its activities in the cantons located in the upper part of the province. The objective of this research is to unveil the level of social participation in the care and preservation of nature, for this purpose the use of descriptive and qualitative research was required as a methodology in which the explanation on the background of the phenomenon and the problems was established obtaining the results through obser-vation. The qualitative research design chosen for this work has allowed us to establish a difference between the data collected by bibliographic sources and the results obtained by researchers through observation, to finally conclude that mining is considered one of the most detrimental activities against the environment, due to the consequences and effects mining leaves on it. However, this does not mean that mining must be completely eradicated, the exploitation of minerals should not bring negative consequences to the environment because the main victims will be us. impacto ambiente.

The present investigation analyses the conditions of gender equality in which the teachers who occupy leadership positions at the Central University of Ecuador (UCE) are found from the perspective of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5 and its goal 5.5, for which a mixed quantitative and qualitative methodology was used. Although the gender problem in universities is identified and presents a series of implications and/or factors such as the androcentric culture, the lack of historical references, the feminization of private spaces, the minimum organizational areas for women within the universities, lack of gender awareness, differences in leadership styles (prototypes), the university as a reproductive space for inequalities, etc., in response to which agreements, policies, goals, and more have been established; in practice progress is slow. In the Ecuadorian case, the legal framework has played a fundamental role since it has pressured universities to incorporate women into leadership and management positions. The findings show that compliance with SDG 5 and goal 5.5 at the Central University shows progress, but not enough.
