With the Presidential Regulation number 95 of 2019 concerning the Electronic-SPBE-based Government System, every local government is obliged to implement SPBE services. In order to implement the Kupang City Samrt City road map and Kupang City SPBE master plan, it is necessary to map and evaluate the current condition of information system application services in each sub-district in Kupang City. To ensure the maturity level of services or application of information systems in the sub-district government in Kupang City, it is necessary to evaluate SPBE services using indicators based on the Regulation of the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 5 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for Evaluation of Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). This study aims to evaluate the maturity level of the SPBE service domain, including government administration services and public services in the sub-district government environment in Kupang City. The approach is based on Permenpan No. 5 of 2018 Indicators, aspects and on the SPBE service domain. The value of the SPBE service domain in the sub-district scope in the Kupang City Government is 0.132. With the maturity level, it has not reached a value of 1. The maturity level is at level 0 which is not included in the maturity criteria. Because the maturity level of SPEBE services is between 1 to 5. The maturity level has not yet reached level 1. The level 1 criteria is that SPBE services are provided in the form of one-way information. Likewise, the level of maturity in the aspects of government administration and public services does not reach level 1.

It is needed an audit system control that does not only provide an evaluation of the Analysis Information System Management of Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang Using the Cobit 5 Framework, but also can provide input for the improvement of IT management in the future. This research is qualitative using interview and observation methods to assess the processes of several domains contained in the Cobit 5-based Capability Level standard. Researchers used the Cobit 5 framework with a focus on the MEA domain (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) as a reference. The focus is on the domain based on the problems that exist in the Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang to monitor, evaluate and assess the suitability of the domain with the hospital strategy in assessing the needs of the hospital and whether the current system still meets the objectives that have been designed and controls needed to meet regulatory requirements or not. This research is expected to provide good results so that it can be used as material or a reference in the development of Analysis Information System Management in the Regional General Hospital Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang Using the Cobit 5 Framework.

Nagekeo Regency is one of the regencies in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. District Nagekeo consists of seven sub-districts that have various cultures. Nagekeo Regency is a fairly developed area. Along with the times, it turns out that so far there are still many people, especially in Indonesia who do not know where and how, the cultural diversity in Nagekeo district, even the Nagekeo people who live outside Nagekeo district, mostly do not know how the culture in Nagekeo district is. . Likewise, students and students who want to study or are given assignments by teachers and lecturers to get to know Nagekeo culture in depth, often they are very difficult to find sites related to Nagekeo culture in full, as well as one of the supporting books on history and culture. The Tetandara Village Office, South Ende District, Ende Regency, has an information system in the form of a manual and not yet automated so that it is slow in the process of adding, changing and deleting data and other resident data collections. The purpose of making the Population Administration Information System at the Tetandara Village Office is to help provide alternative solutions to problems in the Tetandara Village. The method in this research by utilizing certain techniques, namely observation, interviews and literature study. The result of this research is a set of Population Administration Information System software in Tetandara Village. The conclusion of this study is that the design of this information system provides a lot of convenience in the population administration process.

The rapid development of universities in Indonesia has made competition between universities even greater so that the Quality Assurance Agency of each university greatly affects the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. The College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang was established in 2000 and the formation process was based on the Notary Deed of the Uyelewun Indonesia Foundation. The College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang campus has two majors, namely, undergraduate Informatics Engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and service of the quality assurance agency at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important. The Standard Document in SPMI (Standard Dikti) is a document containing various criteria, measures, benchmarks, or specifications of each higher education implementation activity of a university to realize its vision and mission, so as to create a quality culture in the university. In designing Information Services the Guarantee Agency This quality uses the programming language PHP, MySQL and Adobe Dreamweaver Application. The result of this research is the establishment of the Quality Assurance Agency Information Service. Based on the results of test analysis using the slovinter method, there is an average value of 87% with the criteria of Strongly Agree (SS). Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with the criteria of Less Good. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development.

The technology in the computer field is currently growing rapidly to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of any job. A web-based science information system is a facility in a computerized system that is equipped with functions and designed to be suitable for the input of certain data for the purpose of speeding up and speeding up the data input has been used by the inexperienced user. Information systems have become the most important choice for providing and searching for information on specific data. Public junior school 5 Kupang City is one of the schools in need of a web-based academic information system. Schools as a state authority in the education sector do a lot of data management in data administration, both student, teacher and personal data. The writer is creating a web-based academic information system that will allow the grading system to be changed from a manual to a computerized system. The software developed in this study uses PHP and MySQL as database servers, which are then tested for their feasibility so that an effective and efficient academic information system can be used at the public junior 5 Kupang City. Computers not only process data and images, their use is becoming more and more widespread and has become a medium of communication, information and education. An EDP system can be used more easily if it is equipped with a more precise system with the main data to be used, including the use of a web-based science information system. A web-based science information system is a facility in a computerized system that is equipped with functions and designed to be suitable for the input of certain data for the purpose of speeding up and speeding up the data input has been used by the inexperienced user. Information systems have become the most important choice for providing and searching for information on specific data. Public junior school 5 Kupang City is one of the schools in need of a web-based academic information system. Schools as a state authority in the education sector do a lot of data management in data administration, both student, teacher and personal data. The writer is creating a web-based academic information system that will allow the grading system to be changed from a manual to a computerized system. School is an education that is formal, non-formal and in formal. Access to less information about the location of schools and the spread of schools from sub-districts in Belu Regency that have an impact on the community and education implementation parties in searching or seeing related information from these schools. To overcome this problem, a school grouping system is needed based on sub-districts using webgis-based k-means that can provide convenience in seeing the location of the school and the spread of the school. Thus to see the location and spread of schools in each subdistrict in Belu regency using the K-Means method. How the k-means works to group schools by sub-district with this webgis can be more easily displayed a map of schools in Belu regency that completes a review of the school mapping. The results of this study were successfully carried out by obtaining 3 clusters consisting of cluster 1, cluster 2 and cluster 3 with the Mean Squared Error (MSE) testing is 0.035

Hypertension is an event that causes a lot of data that has not been processed properly. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics of Kupang City, hypertension is in the top 10 with the highest number of sufferers in Kupang City. Through the official website, namely kupangkota.bps.go.id hypertension is in third place the number of diseases suffered by the community in 2018 with 28,701 cases and an increase of 6,935 in 2019 and of course it will increase in the following year. In this study clustering hypertension using the Data Mining method, namely k-Means clustering, the k-Means method can produce more accurate data in data grouping. The purpose of this study is to process and classify hypertension data so that it can help the government, especially the local Health Office, in classifying which areas have a large impact as swearing hypertension.
