Aiming at the shortcomings such as large amount of manual calculation and subjective factors of designer in the system layout design commonly used in facility layout design. A method of facility layout optimization based on backtracking search algorithm is proposed. The paper takes a library in university as the object of research, by establishing mathematical model of library facility arrangement, applying backtracking search algorithm to facility layout optimization in the library. After that we obtain the optimal solution of facility layout, and we use F-D graph to compare with the previous solution. The result shows that the solution proposed in the paper is feasible and effective to solve analogous facility planning problems. This paper aims to extract optimal power from a hydraulic floating wind turbine using torque control and pitch control. When wind speed is below rated value, a nonlinear fuzzy controller is designed to capture maximum wind energy through regulating the displacement of hydraulic pump fixed in nacelle. When wind speed is above rated value, to achieve the pitch angle control and guarantee that the generation system safely works, an adaptive fuzzy controller is built and the stability of the control system has been analyzed through Lyapunov criterion. In order to validate the feasibility of the proposed controllers, the system has been simulated in Matlab/simulink under random wind speeds. The results show that as the wind speed is below the rated value the power coefficient has been kept to the optimal value. Furthermore, the maximum output power has been held near to rated value as the wind speed is above the rated value. This design is aimed at the difficulty of carrying barreled drinking water. The climbing car takes deformation wheel as the main form and planet wheel as the auxiliary form to climb up. When the deformation wheel turns forward, the inner wheel hub retracted under the control of the motor to realize stair climbing. In reverse rotation, the inner hub stretches, and the two hubs merge into the whole wheel to achieve flat driving. The design and application of power system line loss calculation and lean management system have important guiding significance in guiding loss reduction and energy saving and promoting line loss management. In recent years, the electric energy data acquire system, as a tool that can effectively meet the power enterprise's demand for power consumption information, has also accumulated a large amount of user power consumption data while meeting the power supply marketing automation needs. These power consumption data contain huge user power usage information. Therefore, the user data collected by the power electric energy data acquire system can be analyzed and processed to identify users with high suspicion of power severance, so as to reduce the management line loss. To this end, this paper studies a small-volume user anomaly power detection scheme based on Support Vector Machine (SVM), which can effectively identify the abnormal power consumption mode by tracking and screening the load data of the user for a period of time. An unbalanced sample synthesis processing model based on SMOTE+Bagging is constructed. The differential evolution algorithm is used to optimize the SVM parameters, which solves the problem that SVM classification performance is more affected by parameters. At the same time, the operational efficiency of the SVM-based Bagging integrated classification model is guaranteed. Human beings have known the phenomenon of friction for a long time, among which "drilling wood to make fire" is one of the earliest methods to make use of friction. From the point of view of human history, human understanding, use and mastery of fire is the first practice for human beings to understand nature and make use of nature to improve production and life. Drilling wood to make fire is an important symbol of human beings from barbarians to civilization. In this paper, the selection, treatment and fire conditions of "drilling wood for fire" wood material are studied by using tribological theory, and a simple auxiliary device is built to verify the actual friction fire process. In this paper, drilling wood to make fire is raised to the height of scientific research, and drilling wood to make fire is closely related to tribology. After the experiment, the designed simple device can meet the requirements, and the open fire can be produced in the expected time. This paper compare the differences between Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) and Pseudo Derivative Feedback (PDF) control algorithms in a two degree of freedom (DOF) planar robot manipulator. The PID and PDF control algorithms are compared in MATLAB which is a simple and practical tool for testing algorithms. An ODE45 function of MATLAB was used in order to solve differential equations. The solution of the differential equation contains the force acting on the actuator. Moreover, since the gain is unknown, a mathematical approach was introduced to carry out the gain. Simulation results showed that PDF control algorithm is shown to be superior to PID control algorithm by comparing the responses in MATLAB. In order to study the average load sharing characteristics of planetary transmission, based on the lumped parameter theory, the dynamic model is established by considering the factors such as error, support clearance and support stiffness. The Runge-Kutta numerical method is used to solve the model, and the relationship between parameters and load sharing characteristics is obtained. The results show that with the increase of the support gap, the load factor tends to be flat after the rapid decline; with the change of manufacturing error, the load factor and the error approximate a linear relationship; with the increase of the support stiffness, the system load factor After a rapid increase, it tends to be gentle. For annular narrow slot structure of electrochemical machining process test cycle is long, type face the problem of difficult to predict, establish mask electrochemical machining process of the electric field, flow field and temperature field coupling mathematical model, using COMSOL Multiphysics to numerical simulation of multiple physical fields, get the machining gap in electrolyte, current density, velocity and pressure distribution. According to the processing principle of large-scale CNC gear hobbing machine, a high-precision on-machine measurement method for large gear pitch deviation using relative method and absolute method simultaneously is proposed. The mechanical body of high-precision on-machine measuring instrument with two-stage positioning system are designed to improve the positional accuracy of on-machine measurement. The system structure with upper and lower computers is proposed, which uses the high speed IO port of NC and Ethernet network for communication, so as to make full use of the function of NC system of gear hobbing machine. A large number of repeated experiments show that the range of 10 measurements of the pitch deviation and the cumulative deviation of the pitch in the developed machine are within 1/10 of the tolerance of the 3-grade precision worm specified in the national standard GB10089-88. A large number of repeated experiments show that the range of 10 measurements of the pitch deviation and the cumulative deviation of the pitch in the developed machine are within 1/10 of the tolerance of the 3-grade precision worm specified in the national standard GB10089-88.
