Administration is the activity of systematically managing and recording data information to provide various information and also make it easier to retrieve it either partially or completely. The administration of mailing at SMK Negeri 1 Glagah is still conventional by recording incoming and outgoing mail using a book and storing the mail in an uncertain places. Some of the problems that can be solved with information technology, one of which is the storage of incoming and outgoing mail at SMK Negeri 1 Glagah. With a mail administration application that uses the CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL database, teachers who being admins or operators can directly enter incoming and outgoing mail data in the application, and they can directly distribute the mail to the receiver person through the application. Teacher who receive the mail will get a notification on the application if there is a new mail coming in. With the Mail Administration Application, staff and school principals can find out the existing mail data easily and computerized with accurate and archived data. The results of the questionnaire recapitulation can be concluded that the overall application quality level is in Good criteria, with a percentage of 84.33%.

In this technology age, people's need for communication systems is growing. In various places and conditions, communication must be maintained to meet various needs. One of the solutions required in these circumstances is an optical fiber communication system. Fiber optic cable is a light-based data transmission technique. The advantages of optical transmission include the fact that the light spectrum does not spread like radio frequencies, making it impossible to intercept, the fact that it propagates at a very high speed, allowing it to go very large distances, and the ease with which it may be installed. To tackle this problem, we proposed to innovate by realizing and developing a two-way voice and text communication system using fiber optic cable media. The voice and text communication system created and deployed in this study is based on an Android application. This communication system does not require a server and internet network. Only Android smartphones, access points, fiber media converters, and fiber optic cables are required. The greatest throughput value measured by the system is 2708 bytes/second, while the lowest is 1020 bytes/second. The longest delay is 2.314 seconds, while the shortest is 1.99 seconds. In terms of packet loss, the value is 0%.

IP Phone merupakan salah perangkat pada Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) yang dapat menyalurkan suara menggunakan IP. Berbagai tipe IP Phone bermunculan dengan harga dan fitur yang bervariasi, sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan terkait bagaimana perbandingan kualitas suara pada IP Phone yang dihadirkan oleh berbagai tipe tersebut, mengingat kualitas suara dalam telekomunikasi sangat penting agar tidak menimbulkan kesalahfahaman saat telekomunikasi berlangsung. Terdapat dua tipe IP Phone pada sistem yang sudah diregistrasikan dengan server sehingga dapat melakukan panggilan dengan range frekuensi 300Hz s/d 3400Hz, kemudian dari komunikasi antar IP Phone terdapat bentuk gelombang sinyal informasi input dan output, respon amplitudo suara terhadap perubahan frekuensi suara serta nilai delay dari pergeseran fasa menggunakan alat ukur Tranmission Test Set dan Oscilloscope yang digunakan untuk mengetahui karakter kualitas suara dalam komunikasi antar IP Phone sesuai hasil uji parameter. Hasil pengujian sitem dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk gelombang sinyal informasi input dan output pada frekuensi suara memiliki bentuk gelombang sinus, namun gelombang output pada IP Phone tipe A frekuensi 300Hz s/d 1100Hz dan IP Phone tipe B frekuensi 300Hz s/d 1300Hz mengalami distorsi, selanjutnya dari hasil nilai Peak to Peak gelombang diketahui adanya penguatan tegangan yaitu semakin besar nilai frekuensi pada input maka akan semakin kecil nilai penguatan tegangan yang dihasilkan. Nilai respon amplitudo terhadap perubahan frekuensi suara dengan nilai amplitudo input -23.5 dBm pada kedua IP Phone memiliki penguatan daya yang semakin kecil ketika nilai frekuensi suara semakin tinggi. Nilai delay yang didapatkan dari pergeseran gelombang input dan output antar IP Phone yaitu kurang dari 150 ms.

The pandemic period caused by the coronavirus disease causes restrictions on the number of users in a room to minimize the spread, for example, libraries. The library is a room area that can cause virus transmission when crowds of visitors. A system is needed to provide information regarding the number of library visitors. Utilizing a network (wifi transmitter) available in the library can provide information on the number of visitors based on the number of network users in a room. Utilization of the network (wifi transmitter) can be in the form of a positioning system by utilizing the wifi signal beam received by the user in RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator). To calculate the estimated user position, a trilateration method is used based on the placement of three wifi transmitters. The library visitor positioning system consists of users as wifi transmitter users and admins. At the X-coordinate, the measuring point with a low deviation of the measurement value is indicated by points C and E with a value of 0.1. The large deviation of the measurement value is indicated by the P point of 4.5. At the Y coordinate, point O has a low deviation value of 1.25, and the largest deviation value is at point M of 5.6. The accuracy of the X coordinate shows a value of 97.647% and at the Y coordinate of 96.57%. Both coordinates have good accuracy for the points used as position measurements.

Generally, height and weight measurements are carried out separately as well as to determine the Body Mass Index must be calculated manually using specific formulas that not everyone understands, so it is difficult to know whether the body has reached a normal number or not. This study will provide suggested solutions to support the body to be healthy in measuring devices and android applications, for height measurement using ultrasonic sensors, weight using loadcell sensors and NodeMCU ESP8266 as data processors. The results of measuring height and weight appear on an LCD, the results of Body Mass Index (BMI) and the recommended solutions to meet standard body numbers in calculating BMI appear on the android application. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it is known that designing a measuring instrument with NodeMCU ESP8266 based on Android has been successfully carried out. The measuring instrument by implementing the Ultrasonic Sensor HC-SR04 as a height measurement can perform a success percentage of 96.95% and Loadcell Sensor as a weight measurement can perform the percentage of success is 98.97%, while in measuring Body Mass Index (BMI) can do a success percentage of 90.84%, the measuring instrument can also emit sound in the form of body condition in accordance with the measurement results obtained by the microcontroller with a success percentage of the sound output of 100% but has an average percentage of voice output delay variations of 2.1 seconds.

Duck eggs are an animal food that can be consumed. In community life, generally there are two ways of salting, namely the first with water, salt, and bricks. The process of mixing water and salt still uses the manual method, namely by hand. Salt is a major factor in the salting process of eggs which functions as a preservative to prevent spoilage of eggs, thereby increasing their shelf life. In order to become salted eggs in general, that is by preservation. The method used is experimental, the purpose of experimental research is to create or develop an existing research.The test results on this tool are to produce specification data or to get certainty whether a tool is functioning properly or not. So that if there is damage to the tool or equipment it cannot run properly, it can be analyzed precisely and easily, and we can conclude that the difference in the results obtained from one day to the next

On January 2021 rain often splashing Malang City with intensity high and deep period a long time, so some areas experience flood. BMKG is an Indonesian official institution in charge to give information forecast weather good through online media nor offline. However, they do not give specific information about real-time location weather. This study aims to make it easy for user in accept information on bulk rain, water level, wind speed and temperature as effort to prevent flood. This study proposed prototype using bulk sensor rain, water level, wind speed and temperature as well as using ESP32 as microcontroller with monitoring via android. A kiosk / traditional minimarket is a small shop that generally sells goods like a modern minimarket. During this pandemic, it is recommended to pay for an item without contact (online) to break the chain of the Covid-19 virus. Therefore, an Android-based smartphone is very useful for making payments for an item online. Most people desire to have an item they want even though the price offered is sometimes quite expensive. However, some buyers want to get the goods as soon as possible and for payment to wait for a certain period according to their ability. This is detrimental to the kiosk owners because they do not get income from selling their goods. This reminder makes it easier for sellers to collect bills automatically without waiting for buyers to shop again at the same kiosk. Besides that, there is a limit for each buyer, which is useful for kiosk owners, so they do not lose money. This research needs to have a communication system that can make it easier for kiosk owners to collect bills from their customers without waiting for the customer to come again to shop at the same kiosk. In other words, the kiosk owner has certainty from the customer according to the agreed payment due date.

Berenang merupakan kegiatan yang digemari masyarakat. Namun tanpa disadari, beberapa kolam renang memiki kualitas air yang tidak cukup bagus sehingga menjadi media penularan berbagai penyakit dalam air. Pengawasan kualitas air kolam renang merupakan upaya sanitasi yaitu dengan memberikan cairan kaporit untuk mereduksi zat organik dan sebagai desinfeksi terhadap mikroorganisme. Dengan adanya hal tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian mengenai sistem telemonitoring kekeruhan dan pH air terhadap pengurasan serta pemberian kaporit otomatis dalam kolam renang berbasis smartphone. Sistem diaplikasikan pada miniature kolam renang yang terdiri dari empat sensor yaitu sensor pH, sensor turbidity, sensor ultrasonik, sensor waterflow, keempat sensor akan mengirimkan data ke ESP32 untuk diproses sesuai sistem yang dibuat. Setelah ESP32 selesai melakukan pemrosesan kemudian dikirimkan pada firebase dan aplikasi pada smartphone untuk mempermudah monitoring dan kontroling air. Hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dirancang menggunakan ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler akan memproses hasil data dari sensor pH, sensor turbidity, sensor waterflow dan sensor ultrasonik. Kemudian hasil data pH memiliki nilai pH paling tinggi yaitu 7,9 dan terendah 6,9. Selanjutnya hasil data sensor turbidity memilki nilai 0 NTU dengan ADC tertinggi 3827. Pengurasan secara otomatis dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu sebagai monitoring dan kontroling. Selanjutnya untuk kualitas jaringan WiFi yang diuji menggunakan Wireshark ketika melakukan proses pengiriman data dari segi delay memiliki nilai rata-rata 0.188389435, packet loss 1.178 dan throughput 7428 Kb/s.

This paper introduces a millimetre-wave antenna design for 5G application using an alternative substrate called Kevlar-Alumina Composite. Kevlar-Alumina Composite had been researched and measured comprehensively by Indonesian Institute of Science (LIPI) Bandung showing dielectric value of 9.2. The application of the antenna geometry is based on Vivaldi Coplanar antenna with L shaped feeding on the ground plane. Vivaldi Antenna is chosen as it has a relatively small size with various structures. An antenna of 3.75 GHz for 5G application using Kevlar-Alumina Composite is proposed. The simulated results of single-element 5G antenna have return loss value of -21.949 dB, 1.173 VSWR, directive radiation pattern at E-Plane and H-plane, and surface current. The use of the Kevlar-Alumina Composite performed good results.
