Reliability Analysis on Solid Rocked Engine Vessel 固体振动发动机容器可靠性分析

: The solid rocket engine is widely used in missile. In order to expand the scope of attack, both iincrease specific impulse and decrease weight are become the research goal. In this paper, we take the vessel of solid rocket engine as research object, simulate the pressure of hydrostatic test, establish the finite element model of solid rocket engine vessel, solve the stress for any element in solid rocket engine vessel and find the maximum stress point by ANASYS, and then we solve reliability by the method of random analysis. According to this reliability, change the pressure which load on the inside of solid rocket engine vessel while insure reliability higher than the criticality. In this analysis, we can increase the pressure which loads the solid rocket engine vessel and we achieve the sensitivity of all parameters.
固体火箭发动机广泛应用于导弹。为了扩大攻击范围,增加比冲和减轻重量成为研究目标。本文以固体火箭发动机容器为研究对象,模拟静水试验压力,建立固体火箭发动机容器的有限元模型,利用ansys求解固体火箭发动机容器内任意元件的应力并求出最大应力点,然后用随机分析法求解可靠性。根据这一可靠性,在保证可靠性高于临界水平的前提下,改变固体火箭发动机容器内部的压力载荷。在此分析中,我们可以增加固体火箭发动机容器的载荷压力,并实现所有参数的灵敏度。

Deformation Prediction of Shield Construction Based Soil Unified Movement Model and Optimization Selection of the Reinforcement Schemes 基于土体统一运动模型的盾构变形预测及加固方案优化选择

: In order to control the construction deformation of the tunnel under the existing highway, the pavement deformation under the condition of the tunnel section of shield tunnel in Shanghai was calculated. The deformation of the pavement under the condition of the tunnel was calculated, and numerical simulation is carried out with FLAC3D numerical simulation. In view of the original pavement deformation amount and shield construction deformation increment and over the pavement deformation specification maximum allowable value of contrast the single grouting reinforcement, setting pile and grouting combined with the road pile foundation reinforcement of three different reinforcement scheme is determined. Through the numerical simulation analysis to determine the scheme for the optimal solution, after the construction of the comparison of the actual deformation, second scheme on deformation control is better than expected. It is proved that the prediction with high accuracy and this is an important reference for similar projects.
为控制隧道在既有公路作用下的施工变形,对上海某盾构隧道隧道段条件下的路面变形进行了计算。对隧道条件下路面变形进行了计算,并利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件进行了数值模拟。针对原有路面变形量与盾构施工变形增量及超过路面变形规范最大容许值的对比,确定了设置桩和注浆结合道路桩基加固的三种不同加固方案。通过数值模拟分析确定方案为最优解,经过与施工实际变形情况的对比,第二方案对变形的控制效果优于预期。实践证明,该方法具有较高的预测精度,对类似工程具有重要的参考价值。

Effect of Height Variation of Closely Located Interfering Buildings on Wind Loads on Tall Buildings 相邻干扰建筑高度变化对高层建筑风荷载的影响

: This research paper investigates the modification of wind loads on a tall building (principal building) having rectangular cross-sectional shape due to the variation in height of two closely located interfering buildings having a similar plan shape. The models of the three buildings (principal and interfering buildings) are placed in a U shape plan for the study. The heights of interfering building models are varied in two different manners: (1). Height of both the interfering building models is reduced simultaneously (2). Height of only one of the interfering building model is reduced. Wind tunnel experiments are undertaken using five component force balance load cell and the results are reported in the form of X-Y plots. The interference effect causes increase in the torsional moment as height difference of the two interfering buildings increase, also shielding effect causes reduction in the along wind force as height of the interfering buildings increases. Value of torsion on the principal building is observed to be as high as 33 times of that in the isolated case. However, a reduction is high as 69 percent is observed in the force in along wind direction due to shielding.

Effect of Bridge Pier Geometry on Local Scouring 桥墩几何形状对局部冲刷的影响

: Local scour around bridge pier is the main reason for failure of a hydraulic structure like as bridge piers, abutment etc. Local scour around a bridge pier is largely depending on the shape of the bridge pier and how the design is fashionable from the view of construction. Local scour is a complex phenomenon which depends on the discharge, depth of flow, geometry of the pier and type of sediment particle. In this study, geometry i.e. shape of the pier is the main concern. Research is carried out by considering three different geometry pier of rectangular, circular and oblong shape to conclude the optimal shape of the pier at a different flow velocity of 0.146m/s, 0.231 m/s & 0.323 m/s on 15m hydraulic flume under clear water condition using natural sand as the bed material in the university laboratory. Results show an idea that the scouring at the upstream face is directly proportional to the exposed upstream nose area of the pier. It is also shows that the scouring is highest in all cases for the rectangular pier and minimum for the oblong pier.

Study of Soil Characteristics & Their Influence on Mobility of Copper 土壤特性及其对铜迁移率影响的研究

Soil is a major reservoir for contaminants as it possesses an ability to bind various chemicals. Pollution with toxic heavy metals is a serious concern because once these heavy metals enter the soil they can persist for a long time. In present investigation, the basic soil characteristics of three different soil samples are studied to understand the transport of heavy metal Copper through vertical diffusion and their by plotting breakthrough curves at different depths. The results indicate that the diffusion of Copper at different depths of soil columns is time dependent and increases with the depth of soils. The results of the study are highly useful in designing of the abatement techniques adopted for removal of containments or impurities especially focusing on inorganic pollutants, managing effluent disposals producing from industries processing heavy metals, prediction of heavy metal movement in soils and finally their way to groundwater.

Effect of Varying Field Conditions on Stripping of Bituminous Roads 不同现场条件对沥青路面剥离的影响

: Presence of moisture on road surface can result in loss of bond between aggregate and bitumen mix due to which stripping can take place leading to reduction in pavement life. Most of the studies all over the world conclude that stripping is mainly caused due to the presence of moisture on the pavement. In this paper the results of a laboratory study that considered increased immersion time of bituminous mix in water along with the effect of moving traffic on the road have been presented on aggregate from three different sources using two bitumen grades. It is found that stripping value is affected by source of aggregate and bitumen grade. Also, it is observed that increase in immersion time and application of traffic pressure affects the stripping value. The pH value of water in which aggregates were immersed was also varied. The increase in alkalinity of water was found to increase the stripping of aggregate.

It is found that stripping value is affected by source of aggregate and bitumen grade. Also, it is observed that increase in immersion time and application of traffic pressure affects the stripping value. The pH value of water in which aggregates were immersed was also varied.
