This study aims to analyze the communication strategy of the agricultural insurance program in the South Kalimantan region to create superior and independent farmers. This communication strategy can contribute to existing development programs in the South Kalimantan region. This research used qualitative methods with SWOT and TOWS analysis techniques. Data collection techniques were open interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), and field observations (research locations and district level). The results of the study showed that agricultural insurance in the South Kalimantan region had obstacles that occurred in the field. Many farmers did not understand and were not interested in participating in this rice farming insurance. First, the analysis of the agricultural insurance communication strategy in the SWOT analysis in the South Kalimantan region was to increase the quality capacity of government human resources in the field by providing socialization technical training and involving opinion leaders, groups, and village governments in disseminating information. Second, the communication strategy in the TOWS analysis was to optimize the existing social capital in the community, form information centres at the village level, add variety and diversity in the methods of conveying information by extension workers and Jasindo officers and provide a variety of media sources of information, especially social media, and internet. The agricultural insurance communication strategy is essential to policymakers in implementing development programs.

This research aims to produce a digital public relations campaign model carried out by the West Java provincial government in the Anti-Covid19 Vaccination Campaign. The research uses a qualitative case study approach with theory or a knife of digital public relations analysis. Based on the research results of the digital public relations model using the SHARE model. The difference between the research conducted with other research lies in the object and conceptual approach that produces additional research because it makes a model. Its significance lies in using the digital public relations model as a new approach in public relations campaigns. While the limitations, the Digital Public Relations campaign model only emphasizes content. To be more comprehensive, combining conventional and digital methods in public relations campaigns is necessary.

In two national surveys on tolerance, equality, and cooperation among religious communities conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs at 2019 and 2021, the DKI Jakarta harmony index was below the national average. This study aims to capture the activities and communication management patterns of the Religious Harmony Forum of DKI Jakarta, especially in overcoming intolerance and radicalism. Both intolerance and radicalism are often cited as triggers for the emergence of religious disharmony in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study show that, first, the communication management of the DKI Jakarta FKUB is not well-organized as a modern organization that always follows the developments based on communication and information technology. Second, the problem of the forum lies in the weakness of social regulations and government actions in implementing recommendations. Third, the role of this forum must be wider, and more innovative to support the country at a macro level to prevent intolerance and radicalism.

The results of the study explain that the millennial generation's social communication process is carried out in three stages; first, building social communication on the basis of social media and direct face-to-face communication. Second, the use of adaptive language style according to the communication context, and communication symbols using verbal signs through text and non-verbal signs through emoji symbols. Third, the formation of the image of the millennial generation is done by managing speech, writing, comments, and emojis based on the values of honesty and openness. The contribution of this research is that there is a map of shifts in social communication patterns from direct face-to-face communication patterns to internet-based and social media-based communication patterns.
