The arrangement on victims in the Kuhap is only stipulated in Article 98 to Article 101, the articles relate to the right of victims in demanding compensation. The mechanism taken is the merger of lawsuit cases in exchange for criminal cases. The purpose of this study is to explain the underlying importance of legal protection against victims of fraud crimes and forms of legal protection for victims of fraud crimes in the provisions of the Kuhap and RKUHAP. The research methods used in this study are: Normative type of juridical research. With a legal approach, and a conceptual approach. The victim is a party who is harmed in the occurrence of a crime so that it must get attention and service in providing protection against it. The importance of protection to create a just and peaceful society without any crime or violence. Article 133 RKUHAP is regulated on compensation for victims who state if the defendant is criminally convicted and there are victims who suffer material losses. For law enforcement officials to pay attention and prioritize justice in providing protection to victims because victims have suffered losses and mental disorders and the rule of law that has been made must be carried out and given in accordance with what has been determined.

The self-help housing stimulant assistance program (BSPS) is an effort by the government to assist the implementation of the construction of decent houses or housing in a healthy and safe environment independently. This program aims to help the community to have a healthy, safe and comfortable home. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the self-help housing stimulant program at the Department of Public Works and Public Housing, Aceh Singkil Regency. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative method, where data collection uses observation and interview techniques in the form of written or spoken words from the people or actors observed. The Aceh Singkil Regency Self-Help Stimulant Housing Assistance Program (BSPS) is running well, but there are some that cannot be overcome in the implementation of the stimulant assistance program, in the sense that this program is almost completely running smoothly.

This study is purposed to determine the legal consequences for someone who commits copyright infringement, especially when the person commercially utilizes the economic rights of a song copyright work. It also wants to know what efforts can strengthen the protection of a song copyright work. The method used in this study is normative juridical method through literature study, with the presentation of data in the form of secondary data. The results showed that the legal consequences for perpetrators of violations of the economic rights of copyright works are punished with imprisonment for a maximum of four years and / or a maximum fine of Rp. 1.000.000.000. In the sanctions, parties other than the creator are prohibited from taking advantage of the economic rights of the creator. The effort to strengthen the protection of a song copyright work is to form a special body that will be in charge of preventing and eradicating all acts that violate the copyright of song works. Then no less important is to apply all the provisions of existing regulations firmly by all law enforcement officers, especially judges in each decision.

This article aims to examine aspects of legal certainty and justice in the application of the death penalty in Indonesia, as well as the concept of legal and fair deadlines for executions. Using normative judicial methods, this article shows that current law does not reliably and fairly determine when the death penalty should be executed. Due to time constraints, the legal certainty and justice of those sentenced to death are not guaranteed. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the laws and regulations for execution in the basic criminal law, public criminal law, and statutory law.

The development of the internet which is increasing both in technology and its use, has made crimes that were originally conventional such as threats, theft and fraud can now be carried out by using computer media online with a very small risk of being caught. cases of fraud by manipulating someone's data or using someone's name to carry out their fraudulent actions through Facebook and Whatsapp online media occurred in the Lampung Province area. This study was conducted to identify and explain the factors that cause perpetrators to commit criminal acts of manipulation and creation through Facebook social media accounts and how to implement criminal sanctions. This research is a normative juridical research that wants to identify the background aspects and the application of criminal sanctions. The data used consists of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The results showed that the factors causing the perpetrators to commit criminal acts of manipulation and creation through Facebook social media accounts were environmental factors, lack of social control, community interests, people's ignorance, facilities, facilities, technological progress and psychological factors. The application of material criminal sanctions against the perpetrators of the criminal act of manipulation and creation through the Facebook social media account that was applied was appropriate because the elements of a criminal act were proven.

Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 18/PUU-XVII/2019 tanggal 06 Januari 2020, merupakan sebuah putusan fenomenal yang menghapus kelembagaan parate eksekusi sebagaimana tercantum dalam Pasal 15 Ayat (2) dan (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia. Terhadap putusan ini diajukan kembali oleh pihak ketiga dan diputus oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi dengan putusan No. 2/PUU-XIX/2021 tanggal 31 Agustus 2021. Kedua putusan tersebut mengeliminasi kedudukan parate eksekusi dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia. Parate eksekusi merupakan legalitas yang dimiliki lessor dalam upaya melakukan eksekusi bila lessee wanprestasi. Kedudukan parate eksekusi sebagai pranata hukum jaminan pasca putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi merupakan permasalahan hukum dalam penarikan jaminan, yang secara yuridis belum dimiliki oleh lessee. Dari permasalahan diatas, maka tujuan dalam penulisan ini hendak mengkaji kedudukan parate eksekusi pasca putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 18/PUUXVII/2019 dan No. 2/PUU-XIX/2021 terhadap hak eksekutorial lessor berdasarkan pranata parate ekekusi. In the pandemic era, technology is one way to do activities to facilitate a human activity, the legal aspects that regulate life which aims to regulate harmonization between humans are often violated by certain elements to gain profits, apart from globalization, prostitution also participates Entering the realm of online media, there are many pimps who promote prostitution on social media. Violating online postings violate not only moral norms but also legal norms. This social disease occurs in many areas in Indonesia, including Aceh, especially Nagan Raya. This study aims to determine Law Enforcement Against the Crime of Online Prostitution of Minors in Nagan Raya Regency and the obstacles faced in law enforcement against online prostitution crimes. The method in this study is the empirical judicial method by conducting interviews with both informants and respondents who have been determined previously. The results of the study indicate that law enforcement against online prostitution in Nagan Raya Regency has been running and a series of investigations and investigations have been carried out to uncover cases of online prostitution. From the results of the investigation conducted, it is known that the perpetrators of online prostitution crimes for minors use WhatsApp as a transaction medium. For pimps, Article 506 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) states that: "Anyone who takes advantage of the obscene acts of a woman and uses it as a livelihood, is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of one year. The obstacles faced by law enforcement in dealing with online prostitution in Nagan Raya Regency are divided into 2, namely internal and external. Internal obstacles include the lack of legal instruments to ensnare perpetrators (Commercial Sex Workers) and users (consumers) of online prostitution, the lack of police personnel who can immediately follow up on the finding of the cyber team, the need for up-to-date equipment and personnel capabilities to balance the growing cyber crime, the difficulty of completing evidence and witnesses for court filings and the lack of socialization programs related to online prostitution as a preventive measure such as outreach to students. External constraints encountered include the attitude of the people who are permissive and reluctant to report online prostitution that they encounte.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis Investasi Pemerintah dalam Bentuk Pemberian Pinjaman di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan statute, conceptual dan case study. Bahan hukum dalam penelitian ini berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder, dengan cara identifikasi, inventrisasi, klasifikasi, dengan teknik analisis yang bersifat deduktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pinjaman dapat dibagi menjadi pinjaman biasa dan pinjaman dalam rangka pemulihan ekonomi nasional (Pinjaman PEN), pinjaman biasa mengharuskan persetujuan dewan, sedangkan pinjaman PEN mengsyaratkan pemberitahuan, dan kedua pinjaman tersebut terkait dengan investasi.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalihan hak milik melalui akta jual beli yang diterbitkan oleh PPATS terhadap tanah yang sedang berperkara di Pengadilan. Idealnya PPATS menolak pembuatan akta jual beli karena tanah tersebut sudah bersertifikat bukan atas nama penjual yang menghadap ke PPATS. Kenyataan empiris menunjukkan PPATS tetap membuat pengalihan hak milik melalui akta jual beli seperti dalam kasus yang ditemukan dalam putusan perkara nomor 37/Pdt.G/2018/PN.Bna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pertimbangan hakim yang mengabulkan gugatan penggugat terkait pengalihan hak milik melalui akta jual beli yang diterbitkan oleh PPATS dan mengkaji kekuatan autentikasi terhadap akta jual beli yang diterbitkan oleh PPATS atas tanah yang sedang berperkara di pengadilan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan analitis (analitis approach), pendekatan kasus (Case approach) dan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dasar pertimbangan hakim mengabulkan gugatan penggugat dikarenakan penggugat memiliki dasar kepemilikan terhadap tanah tersebut berupa putusan yang diputuskan oleh Mahkamah Agung Nomor 629 K/Pdt/1998 Jo. Putusan PK Mahkamah Agung RI Nomor 384 PK/Pdt/1998. Penerbitan akta jual beli atas tanah yang sedang berperkara di pengadilan yang mengandung cacat hukum ada dua yaitu penyimpangan terhadap syarat formil dan syarat materil dari prosedur pembuatan akta PPATS dan Kekuatan autentikasi akta jual beli yang diterbitkan oleh PPATS atas tanah yang sedang berperkara di pengadilan dalam kasus yang penulis telaah syarat objektif tidak terpenuhi maka perjanjian batal demi hukum dan akta jual beli yang diterbitkan oleh PPATS dikesampingkan pembuktiannya di pengadilan oleh Judex Factie dan dianggap tidak pernah ada.

In the era of modern technology as it is today and even more so in the Covid-19 pandemic, cyber notary is also mentioned as a post that needs to carry out each technical aspect of his/her authority and duties as a notary with the help of technology, especially that is related to the urgency of making a notary deed electronically. Article 16, Paragraph (1), lines C and M of the Law on Notary’s Position (Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris-UUJN) requires a notary to embed a fingerprint as an attachment to the original deed and read out the deed/agreement in the presence of client attended by at least two (2) witnesses, and after being read, should be signed by the client, witnesses, and a notary. Meanwhile, the Law on Article 5 Paragraph (4) on Information Technology and Electronic Transaction (UU ITE) provides limitations by making exceptions to notary deed is not included in the category of electronic information or document. Therefore the problem concerning the creation of a legally binding relationship (a deed) using electronic means (e-Notary) has not yet received a solid legal basis and has not guaranteed legal certainty, especially regarding the authenticity and existence of the electronic deed. In addition, the research will also explore the practice of implementing the development of the cyber notary concept in the field of civil law in several countries, both those with the Common Law tradition and the Civil Law tradition, many of which have empowered the function and role of a notary in electronic transactions. The utilized research technique is the normative legal research technique by using the approach to legislation and analysis of legal concepts sourced from primary or secondary legal materials. The results indicate that the concept of a cyber notary in creating a deed by electronic means (e-Notary) requires arrangements that provide clear rules regarding the terms or conditions in the framework of making a notary or authentic deed conducted using the concept of a cyber notary. Thus, the notary can carry out professional duties without contradicting the laws and regulations. In addition, the development of the cyber notary concept that comes from the Common Law System tradition in practice has been widely applied and is no exception for the Indonesian state which is included in the tradition of countries that adhere to the Civil Law System as a modern legal state, of course, cannot escape developments outside the law.
